We are quite surprised by your comments, as they don’t align with our experience, nor the experience of our other guests. Our professional cleaning team consistently delivers high-quality service and thoroughly cleans the home between every booking. All linens, including extra blankets, are always freshly laundered and inspected before each stay. The furniture is exactly as shown in the listing photos, and the home is presented exactly as described. Additionally, none of these concerns were brought to our attention during your stay, and our inspection report both before and after your visit did not reflect the issues you’ve mentioned. We take pride in maintaining a high standard, and it's unfortunate that your experience was different from what we typically hear from our guests.
