Rehoboth Beach Vacation Rental - Enjoy life on the bay

Five Bedroom House on Rehoboth Bay. Private Pier with boat lift. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from our first or second floor covered porch. The house has two large family rooms, a full kitchen on the first floor and a kitchenette on the 2nd floor. Parking for for up to 9 cars. You’ll enjoy fishing, crabbing and relaxing on the private pier. Bring your boat and spend your days on the bay… or visit the famous Rehoboth Beach boardwalk just minutes away. Nearby coastal highway has shopping, restaurants, movie theatres, miniature golf and other activities for the whole family.
This is a residential neighborhood so no parties or gatherings will be allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. We are accepting weekly or monthly reservations: Saturday to Saturday. No daily or weekend rentals

You must have prior permission to bring a pet. (Please call or email me)

Week with extended family and 3 year old and baby

Great, comfortable house. Spacious. Great back yard and view. Right on bay. Around 20 minute drive to several beaches in Lewes and Rehoboth.

Great House

The house is beautiful. We loved the location and amenities. The only bad thing about our trip was the previous tenants, who left us with overflowing trash and recycling bins. There was so much trash left that were were 2 extra bags that didn't fit in the bins. It was quite the mess for us to deal with on trash day durnig our vacation.

Property has the most impressive view of "all time" Owner bice very comfortable.. I would recommend a railing off the back deck stairs for us older folks Would stay again Steve

Already trying to figure out when we can come back

Seven evenings, seven spectacular sunsets. Morning coffee on the deck. Plenty of space inside, well appointed kitchen, comfy beds, easy drive to beaches and lovely state parks. Our second stay here and my only complaint - same as last time- is that the week went by too quickly.

Our 2nd year staying here. Waterfront home with extras! Kayaks, bikes, beach equipment to use. And especially the crab traps! Look forward to it! Home is set up efficiently, clean, all the necessary amenities. Dock was cleaned compared to last year. Would love hot tub or pool.

Million Dollar View

The waterfront location of this property is amazing. We had a fantastic time kayaking in the bay. Our son enjoyed hanging out on the pier, fishing, and crabbing. The neighborhood is super-quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Check-in was simple, and communication with Chip was great. It was nice being in a location that was the perfect distance from all the action. We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful area

My family & I had a wonderful stay. Loved the homey feel of the house, backyard & the pier. The kayaks were a plus too! We brought along our dog and he loved the backyard to play, the pier & going into the bay. We would definitely stay in this home again! Thanks Chip

Welcoming Home on the Bay

For the past two summers, we’ve enjoyed a week away at this cozy bayside home. The house is comfortable, well equipped, and has a gorgeous sunset view. We appreciate using the kayaks, beach chairs and umbrella, bikes, games, and grill. Best of all, we love cool mornings with a cup of coffee on the deck with our pups as they enjoy the sights and sounds on the bay.

Fun in the Sun

Crabbing, Kayaking, Playing Games Outside, and Riding Bikes were just a few of the things we enjoyed while on vacation. We made lots of great memories! The place was Awesome.

Love the bay house

The kayaks and crabbing were thoroughly enjoyed, as well as the bikes, etc. Only downfall was definitely the seagull dropping covered pier. We couldn't spend much time on pier due to odor. Would have appreciated a good power washing prior to arrival. And baking pans don't fit the oven. 🙄 But we enjoyed the house. It fit all our needs and expectations. Was our 1st time renting a house. We were a bit leary, but very grateful we chose to rent! May become an annual vacation week! Thanks Chip and Stacey!

We had an amazing stay at Chris’s home in Rehoboth. The house is exactly as pictured and has great amenities. Kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. Views and sunsets were beautiful

Awesome week

My family and I had a wonderful week at the house. It had everything you could ask for and the view was awesome. The house is bigger than it appears and the sun room is great. The kayaks and the bikes came in handy. Quiet neighborhood but close enough to everything. Five stars all around.

Cozy Home on the Bay

Our family enjoyed a great week at this lovely home! The views of the bay and gorgeous sunsets over the water were just wonderfully serene and relaxing. Two of us had fun on the kayaks and we played croquet in the backyard. We rode bikes in the morning and had daily coffee on the back deck. The large sunroom on the back side of the house gave great bay views even when not outside. The home is clean and well equipped with all that’s needed for cooking/living and leisure activities. It is quite spacious yet cozy. It was wonderful to have all four of us in our family there together, plus our two dogs who had a great time watching all the birds, boats, and taking walks in the neighborhood. Many thanks to Chip for a memorable family vacation. We surely hope to return someday and highly recommend this home to other families.

Beautiful, peaceful place.

We loved the area and all the house amenities. Kitchen was very stocked with most anything you needed for spices and cookware and dishes. The house was clean and very large for the 4 of us to hang out separately or together. The bikes, kayaks, crab cages were great fun to use. There are many great places to visit in the area including restaurants.

Beautiful view of bay. Inviting home with everything we needed.

We Had a great time at this home. We kayaked around the bay, walked in the nice neighborhood. Also visited the Rehoboth beach, Boardwalk, and the outlets. Enjoyed sitting on deck watching the boaters, jet skis, and sea gulls. We would definitely visit again.

Bayfront home with dock a wonderful find.

We had a wonderful week, fishing, crabbing, and relaxing in this very special cottage. Everything we needed was there for us. This is a nice quiet neighborhood where pets are welcome. Just 5 minutes from the Rehoboth attractions. Sunsets were spectacular. We had invited 2 other couples who backed out due to fear of COVID- 19 but we definitely felt safe as the unit was well sanitized. We hope to return again.

Great stay

The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Wi-Fi was strong. Really appreciated the use of the kayaks. The location is terrific - right on the bay. The sunsets were beautiful. Lots of gulls on the dock, for some reason, as others have mentioned.

Beautiful vacation home

What a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for us, two couples and a toddler. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy the beautiful bay view. The kayaks and bikes were great to use. We had a big crab feast using the crab pots provided - so much fun to catch and eat!! Wonderful secluded vacation but also close to the beaches for a fun day at the ocean. Very well stocked kitchen for cooking, plenty of games. Definitely a gem!! I highly recommend it!
