Beautiful, fun home w/3 masters, pool & spa

You will have so much fun with your group and make lots of memories in this newly built, spacious and beautiful home that is close to restaurants, the yacht club and so much more! The home is a vacation itself with many fun things to offer, heated pool & spa, games, bikes & +! There are 3 King Suites and 2 bunkrooms with triple bunks, for a total of 9 beds (12 people) plus we have convertible furniture for additional sleepers, if needed!

Come and enjoy this newer built, beautiful home on a canal that leads to the gulf! Heated pool and spa, outdoor kitchen, fully equipped indoor kitchen, board games and a variety of entertainment are throughout the home. High speed internet and dedicated work space make it easy for anyone who needs to work while away. Close to so many things to do and eat (and there is no shortage, just check out our welcome book when you check-in!), lots of sleeping and sitting space make this home ideal for a great getaway. Many amenities are included to make your stay even easier! No additional electric charges or pool heating charges. The salt water pool has 7 loungers, a kids picnic table, an 8 seat table and chairs, a ring toss game, a volleyball net w/beach ball and floats available for use.

Guests will provide a 4-6 digit code of their choosing to access the home.

We are available and here to help if the need arises. We do sleep at night so we can't offer 24hr service ;) anytime between 8a-10pm EST we should be reachable.

This house lives up to its name. It's truly a beautiful, fun house with so many amenities. The house and garage are filled with bikes, games, beach/pool toys, board games and so much more.Jackie is the most responsive host we have ever had. Before our stay, I asked if they had corn hole or if we should bring ours from home. Jackie promptly ordered one and it arrived on our first day!Our 3 generational family enjoyed many of the area's activities. Some of us even went Iguana Hunting.If you stay in this home, you'll have a fantastic vacation.

This house was perfection! Clean, comfortable beds, fantastic pool, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, and plenty of room for our family of ten. The host, Jackie, answered all of our questions in a complete and timely manner. Staying in this gorgeous home in a quiet neighborhood was a great decision. We highly recommend her home!

Family Vacation

Perfect house for a family vacation. House is very clean, great set up, host has included many nice details and amenities in the house, beds are comfortable, outside area is great - very great overall. Seems like the neighborhood is a little older/tired but location is good.

Family vacation

We had a fantastic time at the house. Couldn’t have asked for a better host, Jackie, she was so accommodating and would respond to anything we would need. Also she has everything you need for your stay at the house. Especially for kids. High chair, pack and play, games. The pool area was outstanding!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Awesome Experience

Amazing place! Lots of amenities including pack n plays and high chairs. Beach chairs and towels as well as a kitchen with everything! Well beyond our expectations. Very clean! Host was fabulous and responded quickly with questions.

The host, Jackie, is very responsive! Like within minutes most the time. She went out of her way to provide lots of extra info and ideas. She never made me feel guilty for asking so many questions, just answered them all and then some, very quickly. This house has everything one could want. It was clean and very well equipped. I would advise anyone renting, to go to the house BEFORE going grocery shopping because there is just SO many extras there for people to use that you would not need to buy. This is a great house for a large family with kids. The two bunk rooms were great. Whole house was nicely furnished. Would rent again from this host! If I had any suggestions, it would be to install towel hooks on the bathroom door and/or just outside the showers.

What a great home. We were lacking for nothing. The home is equipped with everything one would need to make one’s stay memorable. The host is amazing. The home is immaculate. The pool is refreshing bedrooms are inviting after a long day of playing. Can’t say enough good things about this property. Will look forward to coming back.

Everything you need!

Jackie was an amazing host, both quick to respond and friendly. The house is located at the end of a canal with 3 kayaks and plenty of life jackets for adults and kids. The pool area has an entire area for relaxing and swimming, I don't think the kids left the pool the entire day. They have plenty of bath, pool and beach towels for everyone! Publix and shopping is a quick 5 minutes away. The yacht club beach is a quick 5-7 minute drive, but unfortunately the Boathouse restaurant had burned down. Ft Myers Beach is only about 25 minutes away and Sanibel beaches are more like 30-45 but highly recommend. Overall, would recommend this house in a heartbeat!

Great communication with owner/manager

The home is very nice, new, clean, and as described on VRBO. The best part was the communication with the owner. She was great. We stayed at the home a few days after Helene and she was engaged in a back and forth with me prior to the storm, up to the end of our stay. I was confident she would have canceled our trip if we wanted without a fee but we went and it all went well. The location is near many of the bars and restaurants in town though the block itself that the home is on is tired. It’s the newest property in it’s street.

Perfect 3 Family Vacation Spot

This home is the perfect place to relax with kids! There is so much for them to do! From boards games, cards, ping pong, pop a shot, a 4 person bike, the pool, and a nice big side yard to play soccer or wiffle ball in! Then when they needed a break the nice oversized sectional was the perfect spot for them to all hang out and watch a movie while the parents could still watch them from the pool outside. The neighborhood was so quiet and there was little to no traffic so it was safe for the kids to ride bikes. Also the home being a ranch was nice not having to go up and down steps to get to bedrooms and the connecting bathroom to the pool area was perfect to keep the kids from having to go in through the house if they needed to use the restroom. The owner was very responsive and concerned our every need was met! They have a very nice home and I hope future renters help them keep it that way!

STAY HERE!!

I cannot say enough good things about this home. The second you walk in you will not want your stay to end. It's bright and airy as you walk in with large windows. An over sized comfy couch begs for you to sit on it. It has large sliding doors that open up to a beautiful patio area. We cooked fajitas outside on the grill. The table and lounging area was so nice to sit outside and talk. It is completely screened in so no bugs! The pool is a great size with nice features. We enjoyed the hot tub and the kids played pool volleyball. The three master bedrooms are so nice with the attached bathrooms. The other two rooms have the bunk beds and the kids stayed comfortably. They do have to share a bathroom with one of the other masters but it wasn't a problem for our group. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need. Even seasonings. There is a coffee maker with k cups ready to go. The TV and games were nice to have also. The ping pong table, basketball game and weights got some use too. Our boys tried fishing in the canal but weren't too successful. The location of the home is central to many restaurants. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had or recommendations we needed. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again and it's already in our plans to return some day soon. Thank you for a memorable vacation we didn't want to leave. :)

I lovely place and a great host

We were intown for a HS graduation and hosted our family (of 12) and this house was perfect! Nice spaces for us to gather in, games for the kids and a very convenient location. The host was very nice and responsive to any questions. As bonus there are very cute owls nesting in the front yard!

The SE Cape is such a great spot that's close to the Yacht club, downtown Cape Coral, which is full of fun and unique restaurants and less than 30mins to Sanibel Island or Fort Myers Beach. Just 17.5 miles to Fort Myers Airport (RSW) and there's so much to do that is in a drivable distance! Just check out my welcome book that's provided to our confirmed guest reservations :)
