Welcome to our fantastic home! We're absolutely thrilled to have you as our guests, and we want to make sure you have an amazing stay.

When you're here, you'll have access to the top two floors of the house, along with the garage and everything above the basement, including our beautiful backyard. It's your own private oasis to enjoy!

We've got a wonderful groundskeeper who takes care of the property from the basement, and we also have a fantastic co-host who's here to assist you with anything you might need during your stay.

To get things started on the right foot, please enter through the three-door garage. We've set everything up to make your stay as convenient and comfortable as possible.

Welcome to Your Excursion!

As your host, my utmost priority is to ensure that every aspect of your stay, including your arrival, is filled with care, understanding, and happiness. To maintain this positive atmosphere, here are some check-in instructions:

Check-In Time: Your check-in time begins at 3:00 pm, allowing you ample time to prepare for a wonderful stay. Upon your arrival, you'll find the door unlocked, and the keys conveniently placed on the countertop.

Meet Our Groundskeeper (Governor of the Property): We have a dedicated groundskeeper who oversees property maintenance, guest services, and acts as the governor of the property. If you'd like more information on the "Governor" concept, feel free to reach out to us. You can contact our groundskeeper, Rodney Fields, directly. Please note that the door to the basement downstairs is off-limits as it is a private living area.

Towels, Hand Towels, Blankets, Comforters, or Sheets: Each room should have a minimum of two towel sets. Additional blankets, comforters, or sheets can be provided upon request but may come with an additional fee to cover cleaning and inventory constraints.

Parking (Vehicle Limit 4): Please be aware that only four vehicles are allowed, and three of them must be parked in the garage upon arrival. Let us know how many vehicles you'll have on the property, and we'll provide a garage opener. Additionally, there's a 240 Volt Outlet for electric vehicles, including Teslas.

Wi-Fi (High-Speed Internet): Stay connected with our Wi-Fi network.

Cooking (Kitchen Area): While we don't have specific instructions for all the cooking utensils, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, coffee maker, crockpot, and more. Please treat these amenities with care and clean up after use.

A/C (Heating & Cooling): Maintain the temperature between 69 to 72 degrees when cooling the home and 72 to 76 degrees when heating for your comfort. If you have specific preferences, please let us know.

HOA (Neighborhood): We want to be respectful neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment. Please follow these requests:

Overall, it is a serene and picturesque area, perfect for relaxation and introspection. It boasts an exceptionally low crime rate, ensuring a safe environment for your peace of mind.

Rental Conditions: We kindly request that you carefully read and sign the rental conditions. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Pre-Arrival Form and Super Hog Identity Verification: To streamline your stay, we ask that you complete the pre-arrival form and the Super Hog identity verification. This will help us ensure a smooth experience for you and our other guests.

Garage Parking: We kindly request that you park all vehicles in the garage to maintain privacy and discretion. This helps to ensure that our neighbors and passersby are not aware of our short-term rental operation.

Backyard Play and Events: For your enjoyment, please be mindful to play in the backyard rather than the front yard if you have children or pets. Additionally, we have a beautiful back porch that is perfect for family events and communal retreats, but we kindly ask that you keep noise levels in check to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

Mail Delivery: We kindly request that you refrain from having items mailed directly to the house without prior consent. In the event that something is delivered to the mailbox, our governor or groundskeeper will ensure it reaches you. If a package is left on the front porch, guests are welcome to collect it themselves at the front door. Please avoid having signature-required mail sent to the house to maintain discretion. We appreciate your understanding, as we are actively working to change the Bentwater covenant against short-term rentals due to the evolving economic landscape, especially with the impact of COVID-19.

Trash Collection Reminder: For your convenience, please leave your trash in the designated area, and our dedicated groundskeeper will handle the trash removal. There's no need to worry about taking it out yourself; our team is here to manage this for you.

We're delighted to provide you with a variety of transportation options to make your stay as convenient as possible. When it comes to getting around, you'll have access to:

Taxis: Reliable taxi services are readily available in the area, making it easy to hail a cab for your transportation needs.

Great experience!
The house was a pleasure to stay in for a long weekend with our large family, including kids. The host was very communicative from the beginning. The house was well stocked with amenities including toiletries items that you may have forgotten. It was especially nice to have some toys for kids to play with while there, including air hockey, which was a big hit. All around great experience, great house, and superb location. Thanks again

Great home with a great location!
We came to town to celebrate the life of our grandmother who passed away, so there were quite a few of us staying together here, and we really enjoyed our stay here in Acworth! It was located perfectly near everything we needed - grocery store, gas station, family and friends! The tacos at the Shell Station on the corner are worth the venture out! The home fit our family perfectly… all 10 of us and a dog. The neighborhood was perfect too. We walked in and the house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The property manager was friendly and had everything ready for us upon our arrival. The only thing I would be mindful of is that you can only park 4 cars on this property. So if you’re planning on having a few families stay here together, make sure you’re mindful of that. They currently also only have one remote, but the host assured us they were getting more. Thank you for making this stay for our family smooth and easy during this time of our lives!
