This spacious three level townhouse spans 1430 square feet, with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.
From the garage or parking lot, take the walkway to the front deck with Adirondack chairs to enjoy those perfect sunny days. Enter through the front door, with a welcoming entryway with a ski coat rack, and into the main level great room, that is open and bright.
Living Room: The living room is flooded with natural light, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. Unwind on the king memory foam sofa sleeper, cozy leather chair and ottoman, or chaise lounge while watching your favorite shows on the Smart TV with cable programming. In the colder months, gather around the gas fireplace for a snug evening. Step out onto the spacious uncovered deck with patio seating and your very own private hot tub.
Kitchen and Dining Area: The remodeled modern kitchen features stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a gas range, making it a dream for any chef. It's fully equipped with all the essentials, including a drip coffee maker. The wood dining table seats up to 10, with table leaves and extra chairs for additional seating.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms: Master Bedroom 1 (2nd level): This bedroom features a king-sized bed, a Smart TV with cable, ample natural light from the slider doors that open to the Juliette balcony, dresser, and closet space. The en suite bathroom with a single-sink vanity and tile/glass shower. Bedroom 2 (2nd level): Equipped with a queen-sized bed, dresser, closet space, and Juliette balcony. Loft Bedroom 3 (3rd level): Perfect for kids or a group of friends, this bedroom boasts two sets of twin over full bunk beds, a dresser, and a cozy papasan seat. Stay cool with a portable A/C unit during the warmer months. Additional bathrooms: A 2nd level full shared bathroom with a single-sink vanity and tub/shower combo, and a 1st level full shared bathroom with a single-sink vanity and tile/glass shower.
Outdoor Spaces: Enjoy the outdoors on the spacious main-level deck with new Trek flooring, a private hot tub, outdoor dining, patio seating, and a gas BBQ.
Community Amenities: For additional recreation options, the Park City MARC is just steps away and a low-cost day pass will provide you with access to workout equipment, tennis and pickleball courts, and more!

We had a pleasant stay. Its location is a few minutes drive to the slope and city center which is super convenient. The place is immaculately clean, and well appointed though the seating furnitures are functional with diminishing comfort due to wears and tears. The beddings are super comfortable for good night rest after a fun day at the slope. Our family chef appreciates the full kitchen tools and utencils. Bathrooms and showers are functional and super nice though the rounded toilets are yearning to become elongated in future upgrades. All in all it was a nice stay.
