CDC cleanings are performed using checklists following all CDC cleaning guidelines.

Situated in a quiet neighborhood, Park City Racquet Club is a renovated condo with stunning mountain views. It is located on the free shuttle route and right next door is the Park City Municipal Area Recreational Center (PCMARC), that offers a gym, indoor tennis and track, pool and more. The Park City MARC is also one of the premier theaters for Sundance Film Festival, in addition to the Eccles Center (the #1 Sundance movie premier location), which is a half mile away. Additionally, Park City Mountain Resort is only two miles away!

This property is 1,550 square feet within three levels, with two bedrooms + loft, two and a half bathrooms, and can easily accommodate 10 people.

You will enter the home through the front door into the main living area – living room, kitchen and dining area with hardwood floors throughout.

Living Room: This cozy space features a queen sleeper sectional sofa, a 47" HD LED Smart TV, Blu Ray DVD, gas fireplace with push-button control, game table, and a private deck (with amazing views).

Kitchen: This gorgeous kitchen is fully equipped and updated with granite counters, custom cabinets, decorative tile accents, and stainless appliances.

Dining Area: Featuring a wood table with seating for 8 and access to the front deck with patio seating and a BBQ.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

Master Bedroom (upper level) - A king bed, gas fireplace with push-button control, 37" LED TV, and private deck with mountain views. Additionally, there is a portable AC unit available. There is a full shared bath offering a granite counter sink and a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 2 (upper level) - A queen bed, 37" HD LED TV, a private deck, and access to a full shared bath with a tile shower, located on the main level.

The loft has two twin beds, 2 twin trundles, portable AC, a 40" HD LED TV with built-in wireless (Smart TV) and Blue Ray DVD. There is also a half bath on this level.

Outdoor Areas: The main level features a large private deck off the living room with an 8-person high-end Bullfrog hot tub, stainless steel BBQ grill, fire-pit, and cozy outdoor seating and patio table all overlooking the Park City ski slopes and natural open space. This unit has a 1-car detached garage and plenty of parking in the community.

Great Stay at Park City

We had an amazing time at this Park City Condo. The bus stop is just steps away, making it so easy to get to the mountains. We also loved having the hot tub after a long day of skiing. Highly recommend!

Awesome house!

Loved the house, the hot tub, and the views. The location is great, close to everything. We even got to see a moose I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in Park City, in any season. Thank you for sharing your home.

Super convenient, super comfortable, super well-equipped. The bus stop is about 20 paces away. The kids loved the third floor. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds comfortable. It was a privilege to stay in such a nice home.

This property is fantastic! Very welcoming and cozy; It had everything we needed inside along with instructions of how everything worked. They thought of everything. There’s also plenty of seating outside to visit while the kids run around and play outside. We will most definitely be back.

Great condo in a great location

The condo was as described and the very large deck on the front -with a grill and a table for 8 - and on the back - with comfy chairs, fire pit and terrific hot tub - really made it special. The kitchen was very well stocked. The few questions and issues we had were taken care of by the management company almost immediately. Parking was easy and we were glad to have a garage to store our bicycles.

Location of property, and ease of check-in were wonderful. However, the mattresses in both bedrooms were sorely in need of replacing. Uncomfortable to say the least. Other than that, great little place !!

Christmas ski trip

Great proximity to the bus stop, literally right out the door.Our party of 8 slept well in the bedrooms provided. Living area is small and the sofa had a large defect making seating limited. Plenty of utensils, pots & pans for cooking. The owner likes a lot of decor which bordered on clutter. We did enjoy the hot tub very much. Our ski experience at Park City was less than ideal due to the ski patrol strike & less than 25% of lifts & trails open. Would like to come back when the mountain is fully operational.

Great Location - A Little Snug

The management and communication was great and so was the location. Honestly, the condo felt a lot smaller than the fish eye photos lead you to believe. While it does technically sleep 10, if you're group is all adults, then this is a bit of a stretch. Also, it felt pretty lived in with a lot of personal items all over the unit. Otherwise, it was great. Super good location and we had an excellent time. Thanks.

Great Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo even though the local ski resorts ceased operations a day after we arrived. We made the most of our family trip and still enjoyed the area. The condo is just as described. Enjoyed being very close to the bus stop and using the hot tub. The property management company was very helpful with pre-planning links and suggestions. Jeff was friendly and quick to respond to a maintenance problem. Would have liked some cabinet and counter space for the food supplies we purchased, esp since all restaurants offered carryout only. Would definitely love to return.

Ski Vacation

We had a few negative issues with the condition of the place when we arrived. We addressed these with issues with the management and they gave us a discount for our stay. With a few improvements this place would be what we would expect for the listed rental price.

Ski Vacation

1st of, let me say that the unit was perfect for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed the unit. bedrooms were great, kitchen was great and being able to jump in the hot tub after skiing all day was perfect. Also, with the bus line right outside the back door made getting around Park City extremely easy. But before you rent this from VRBO, you need to know that there is a rental company renting this unit. You will be charged a booking fee from VRBO and a booking fee from the rental company. So, if you book this through VRBO just know that you're about to be charged double for the same "service". But again, the unit itself really is good.

Great getaway with a lovely sunken hot tub!

We had a great time! The bed was firm but comfortable, and we slept well every night (not always a given for either of us). Our favorite feature by far, however, was the sunken hot tub on the deck, complete with a bar system for easy lid removal. We spent a lot of time reading, talking, and relaxing in the hot tub in the morning and later in the evening (when the sunlight was less intense) - it was the perfect way to decompress! The only thing we were disappointed in was a significant amount of pet hair on the comforter and all pillows on the King bed. It looked like a dog had laid on top of the bed and pillows and the bedding hadn’t been washed afterward. We didn’t really care about the hair on the comforter, but the pillows were an issue so we grabbed the smaller pillows off the Queen bed in the other room and used those instead. It didn’t impact our enjoyment of the stay at all, but if it were a bigger group it might have been a more disappointing issue. Overall, a great weekend spent in a beautiful, well-appointed home in a fantastic location. We highly recommend it!

Summer in Park City

Park City is my favorite place to go in the summer to get out of the heat in Phoenix. Due to COVID-19 this was the first time we stayed somewhere other than with local friends. This property was perfect for out family. The area/neighborhood was very nice and easy to get to Main St either by bus, walking or biking. We enjoyed the 2 decks this condo has. Our granddaughters loved the loft bedroom and hot tub. This condo had everything we needed and was very clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Listing a bit of an exaggeration

given the wide-angle lens photos and the description, "sleeps 10!" I expected far more room. While the kitchen table had seats for 10, it was almost impossible to move. Everything was far smaller and more cramped. also, important to note--the Room that "sleeps 6" is on the 3rd floor, comprises of 2 trundle beds and 2 fold-out cushion chairs. My 2 grandkids slept there, but no way would 6 people be comfortable there, with one small bath and little room for luggage. However, location great--free bus service to town. Good condo for 2 couples (share a bathroom) and a couple of kidskin the loft, but don't plan on having much space--or more people unless you're outside on the patios. All appliances worked well, could have used some instructions with all the remotes.

Great place for kids and adults!

All of us enjoyed our stay here from 5yr old to 63 yr old. Everything was very clean and well stocked. Easy drive to all the sites we wanted to visit!
