Welcome to your Rehoboth Beach getaway! Upon entering this 2 BR condo, you will notice the owner’s attention to detail that will make your stay enjoyable. The open floor plan, accentuated by 18" tile and 9ft. ceilings, features a large granite & stainless Kitchen with an island and bar stools. This cook’s Kitchen has been outfitted with quality kitchen cookware and barware to enjoy your favorite meals. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the balcony. After a day at the beach, chill out on the large sectional and enjoy your favorite shows on the new 60” SMART TV with full streaming services using Roku remote. Services include streaming services YouTube TV and NETFLIX. If you would like to connect to our quality tabletop stereo, connect via aux jack, USB or included attachment to aux that accommodates Bluetooth.

The Master Suite is tastefully decorated in spa colors and features a king Tempur-Pedic bed and Master Bath with new comfort height commode . The 2nd Bedroom offers twin beds, TV with Roku remote (and includes same streaming services) and large hall bath.

This serene community offers 2 swimming pools, a tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, playground, fitness center and elevators. The location of this condo is ideal being on the ocean side of Rt. 1 and approximately 1 mile to the beach and downtown Rehoboth. Located across the street from the Breakwater Junction Trailhead, it is a biker’s or walker’s dream with access to Lewes, Rehoboth, the beach and even some of the outlets. Access to many retail locations is possible without traveling on busy Route 1, saving precious time for the beach and other activities.

Beautiful property in great location. Close to beach , shopping and restaurants. Pool is across from the property. Easy access to all amenities. Definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay while we finished the last week of summer vacation at the beach. The condo, facilities, and pool were all wonderful. Getting to and from the beach was also very easy. We had a great time and stay at the property

Awesome House!

Everything about this place was amazing from the check in to the cleanliness to the amazingly responsive owners was awesome! This place was exactly as presented. The location was very convenient to the beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The place had lots of amenities and especially the well stocked kitchen! We thoroughly enjoyed and will most certainly book with these owners again!

Relaxing vacation

The condo was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed being able to ride our bikes on the trails, walking to the park and for breakfast. The pool and pickleball court were great. A short drive to the beach was perfect.

Wonderful Stay!

My family and I stayed at this new condo recently for a family vacation, and we loved it. It was very spacious and found the condo to be beautifully decorated and very convenient. My son loved the playground and the pool. It was a short drive to the beach and all of the shops and restaurants downtown. You won't be disappointed if you stay here!

Incredible!

Once again, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is perfect and is fully stocked, organized, and clean. Everything that you could possibly need in the kitchen is there and in good working order. The location is wonderful - as you do not need to go out to route 1 to get to the beach. Also, it is directly across from the pool and the fitness center. We absolutely love it here!

Loved it

The condo was exceptional. It had all the necessities that we needed. It was very comfortable, clean, and organized. The space was decorated nicely - not too many things sitting around, plenty of space for our belongings. We loved being located near to the pool and the ability to get to the beach was barely impacted by traffic. We would love to return.

Excellent Location For a Beach Getaway!

The owners were very thorough and timely in providing all of the needed information. The property is newer and extremely well kept and clean. Decorations are all tasteful and nothing is cluttered. Located directly across the street from the swimming pool and clubhouse is a massive bonus! Also being located on the Rehoboth side of the highway means very fast and easy access to downtown without having to drive on the highway. Highly recommended and one of the best places we’ve stayed over the years. We hope to visit again! Thank you!

Nice quiet modern community Close to everything you need

The process of renting was smooth. Only disappointment was we came during Covid and the pool was closed. We asked the owner the question about the opening of the pool and we did not get an answer until after our bookin was processed. Would have liked to get an answer before we booked. Overall great experience and great place to stay!

Beautifully appointed condo

Our 4 night stay in this lovely condo was perfect! It was the most comfortable and beautifully appointed place we have ever stayed in Rehoboth. The owners had available to us all the comforts of home and more. Any questions we had about recommendations, etc were answered quickly. The main living area and 2 bedrooms were roomy. We love porches and theirs did not disappoint with high back chairs and even a high top table and matching chairs to sit at and enjoy a meal. If you are looking for a relaxing get- away in an environment next to the Breakwater Junction trail and close to downtown Rehoboth, this is the place!

Beautiful condo

The condo was in a perfect location for our first trip to Rehoboth Beach. The well stocked kitchen rivaled my own. Beautiful decor, clean, comfortable, light and bright. The condo is on the second floor, with an elevator very close by. Communication with the owners was first rate. Thanks Beth and Tom for the restaurant and activity recommendations!

Rehoboth Beach vacation

We had a great time in Rehoboth, our condo was in a great location, very clean & beautifully decorated. The kitchen was like new & had everything we could possibly need for our visit. Lots of delicious food at the downtown & Highway 1 areas. Beaches were clean & easily accessed. We will definitely return.

Beth & Tom are Delaware residents who have been frequent visitors to Rehoboth Beach for many years. There are several reasons why Rehoboth has become ourfavorite getaway. The Delaware beaches that are part of the state park system are undeveloped and have a natural beauty that we have come to love. Rehoboth offers so much more than the typical beach town. It has become a culinary destination that rivals big city cuisine, but yet remains a small, walkable town. We have enjoyed grazing around town and sampling the amazing menus any time of the year. Bike riding is a pleasure here whether it is through old, established neighborhoods or on the newly constructed bike path to Lewes. Lastly, the shopping is abundant with numerous Rt. 1 outlets as well as unique boutiques in downtown Rehoboth.
