Feel at home while your on vacation. Enjoy the Master BR with King bed, 2nd BR with queen bed and the 3rd floor loft with one queen and 2 bunk beds. There are 2 full baths and an outdoor tiled shower. The beach vibe decor will help you relax in the open living room, dining area and kitchen. The large sectional provides plenty of seating. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or grill on the patio. You can eat outside on the new upgraded patio or inside at the large table. There are 2 reserved parking spaces in front of the unit and extra parking nearby. It’s perfect for a maximum of 6 adults or up to 8 people with children.

We loved our stay! The owner was great and the townhome is perfect. We enjoyed the layout and patio outback. The check in was smooth and we felt so comfortable our entire stay. The kitchen is wonderful for cooking and meals in. We would have stayed longer if we had the time:)

Good location. Communication was good. Great little family location with our pup. Golf courses all within 30 minutes…rehoboth 1 mile away. Dewey 3 miles away. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Time in Rehoboth

The property is a very nice townhouse located in walkable disctance to the beach - we recommend that you bring a wagon to cart. The townhouse is also walkable distance to a variety of restaurants, breakfast bistros -- of course Starbucks, pubs, ice cream parlors etc.The property is very clean -- plenty of space - very well designed. Outdoor shower and back patio great advantages. Quiet neighbothood.Keep in mind it is a townhouse with a health array of stairs.Would definitely rent again.

Very nice house and location!

The property was exactly as listed and checking in was very smooth. Great location for getting to either Dewey or Rehoboth and the outlets. Much more space in the house than I initially thought too which was a lovely surprise!

Wonderful house.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family of six and our dog. Spacious, beautifully decorated, charming and convenient. This was our first vacation to Rehoboth and we look forward to booking with Rob again next year.

Winter at the beach

Perfect size space for our group (including one small dog), amenities are great (including sheets, towels, kitchen supplies, shampoo, soaps and paper products). Nice and cozy in the cold months. The location is perfect for lodging that is affordable- we could walk/ run to town and the boardwalk and back easily. A few minutes drive to the outlets or Cape Henlopen.

Vacation 2020

Very nice townhouse located within walking distance to downtown. Being pet friendly was the main reason we chose this property and we were not disappointed. Other units nearby had dogs as well and you could not hear them at all. Will definitely stay again.

Nice place, very convenient to the boardwalk, downtown, beach. Off the main drag. Only complaint is having to do the laundry. But well stocked. Great service.

Plenty of Space

There was ample space for our family of 5, including 3 teenagers. Pictures do not reflect the amount of space there is, we were pleasantly surprised at the size of the master bedroom and second floor bath! The loft area also has good space that is hard to tell from pictures! Property manager checked with us multiple times to ensure everything was going well. The walk to town/beach is a mile and took us about 20 minutes. The walk is through a nice area and we felt safe even after dark. The listing is accurate & even better than pictures show. Great property at a great price!

Amenities galore!

It was clear that Rob put a lot of thought into providing comfort and convenience for his guests. Everything you need is available...paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, tp, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, sheets, pillows, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer w/ detergent, keurig, apple tv, Netflix, etc. The location was also perfect; close to everything and easy access to route 1. If you're looking for a place where you don't have to lug everything from home and want a convenient location to everything, this is the place for you! Enjoy! :)

5 Day Getaway

First time staying in a townhouse at the beach was a hit! Plenty of room for 8 guests. Very convenient location in a quiet and safe neighborhood. 20 minute walk to beach access through beautiful walkable neighborhoods. The closest beach access is less crowded than father north areas directly off the boardwalk. The house was well insulated so you weren’t kept awake or bothered by others in different rooms/floors or neighboring townhouses. Bonuses - in house washer/dryer, on site garbage dumpster, extra enclosed outside shower, 2 parking slots directly in front of townhouse( included in rental), extra parking on site for a 3rd vehicle. On-site Property manager was readily available for questions or concerns.

My friends and I had a great time at Rob’s beach home. The house is spacious and comfortable, and it’s just a 20-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, which made everything super convenient.We especially enjoyed the outdoor space. The yard is nicely set up and perfect for grilling or hanging out in the evenings. The neighborhood felt quiet and residential. That said, on our first night we did hear what sounded like a few gunshots from a car speeding down the road behind the house. It definitely caught us off guard and didn’t seem typical for the area, but the rest of our stay was peaceful and uneventful.A couple of things to keep in mind: Rob doesn’t send detailed check-in or check-out instructions ahead of time, so it’s worth messaging him to confirm arrival and departure details. The house was clean overall, though we did find what looked like dog hair on some of the beds. The sheets were basic microfiber, which wasn’t the most comfortable, and guests are asked to wash and dry all linens before leaving. That part felt a little unexpected, so just something to be aware of.The indoor dining table is on the smaller side, so we ended up spending most of our meals outside, which actually turned out to be one of the best parts of the trip.Thanks again, Rob!

Comfy, well-equipped, great location

We -- my husband and me, his sister and brother-in-law, and our dog, all of us on the older side! -- really enjoyed our stay at Rob's place. It's very clean, well furnished, comfy beds and couch, good appliances, plenty of kitchen supplies, etc. The location is so convenient -- just minutes to get anywhere -- and was great for my running, brother-in-law's biking, and everyone's walks. The small condo complex doesn't have tremendous curb appeal, but the grounds are well-kept. Rob always communicated promptly, and property manager/caretaker Fin was very friendly. A few things kept it from being 5 stars. One, there's no en suite in the master bedroom; my husband and I used the shower in the main-floor bathroom. Two, there were a couple of minor maintenance things. And three, the back patio is uninviting -- tiny, backs up to Rte. 1B (noisy), and has no privacy from neighbors. All in all, though, I certainly recommend!

Great location and clean!

This newly renovated townhouse is fully stocked with absolutely everything you will need! My husband and I, and two teenagers stayed here. When we arrived, our place was being cleaned by the on-site property manager, Fin. It was the cleanest property we have stayed at so far! Had I known, Fin was going to hand deliver fresh clean linens, I would not have brought mine! He also supplied plenty of bath towels, hand towels and cloths. Fin also allowed us to check in early. The location is perfect for biking everywhere! The neighborhood across the street is quiet and beautiful and the perfect route to the beach and Rehoboth Ave. The Stockley St. Turtle bridge is a must see! Turtles everywhere!! Rob the owner was easy to work with and got back to us in a timely manner with any questions we had. The townhouse has two full baths and an outside tiled shower that is nicer than most inside bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable as well and being able to adjust the A/C to our liking was a plus!
