Villa Lavandas, Kaya
Levent the manager is very friendly. Everything on the website is provided, however, be warned. The reviews for all 3 villas are identical.The villa has an extremely clean interior but is sparsely furnished. While it is nice, with a little more attention to detail it would have been lovely. Outside, the grass and weeds hadn't been cut for some time and the sunbeds were placed in amonst them - uncomfortable and uncertain underfoot. Company policy is to remove absolutely everthing consumable from previous occupants so the first task on arrival is to shop despite your time you get there. Unlike the sister villas next door, sunbed mattresses are not provided or sun umbrella.
In the villa there is limited storage space for clothing (no drawers only 2 rails with hangers and a shelf with each). There is no information pack or First Aid pack and no hand towels or tea towels for the kitchen.Only 2 small cushions available for use anywear on chairs. No pegs were supplied for the clothes drier and pool towels are not supplied. The main bathroom shower also drains outside the cubicle - built wrong, looding part of the floor. ere was also no mid term clean, or sheet and towel change.
That said, we had a lovely time once overcoming the proviosions hurdle. I wouldn't recommend this villa for 4 adults (space) or children (space and steps hazards outside) though it is adequate for a couple. It's a pity, it can be so much better. Perhaps this villa is better suited to the local market. Sorry.
