Enjoy this Newly remodeled, stylishly decorated condo and experience the best and unique amenities of this wonderful, luxury, Ocean Front Resort which is perfect for families. Located in the heart of Panama City Beach, this condo is near restaurants, shopping and Amusement parks, just 2 miles away from Pier Park and Gulf World.

-Included in your stay, beachfront at the world's most beautiful beaches. Enjoy your morning coffee with spectacular sunrise and sun sets in the evening!
-Covered Lazy River Aqua Park with slides and basket of water!( not heated)

- 2 Covered Front beach pools ( swimming pool seasonally heated)

- Covered Lazy river! ( seasonally heated )

-Hot tub ( heated all seasons)

- Splash Pad for the little one! ( Not heated)

- The second swimming pool is partially covered and one swimming is not covered.

-There's even the "Frog pad" for the little ones (available on request) not heated

-3 Gas Grill on the East side!

- Big fitness gym with the ocean view!

-This is a 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms (sleeps 6) and is located in the East Tower with sweeping 17th floor with ocean views.

-Queen bed in the master, twin bunk beds , a queen sleeping sofa bed in the living room!

-Two Full Bathrooms with hair driers.

-2 Smarts TVs in the condo! 55 inch TV In leaving room with Roku remote and 55 inch TV in bedroom! Prime Video is available for TV in living room and you can connect with your accounts for other streaming options to watch your favorite shows!

-Fully equipped kitchen(cooking pots, plates, cups)

Washer and dryer in condo with Iron and the ironing board in condo. We provide the detergent.

-Delicious coffee and fresh donuts in the West tower!

-Pool bar and grills next to the swimming pool with drinks and food! Purchase delicious food or grill your own! ( open March 23- Nov 23)

Grab your coffee and delicious donuts or ice cream at the on site coffee shop! Open all season.

-4 Floor Covered parking garage.
- The HOA is on the second floor!

** $35 per vehicle, one-time registration fee required on arrival that will give you parking pass and wristbands to access the pools and waterpark. This covers the whole group for the duration of your stay. **

Was perfect for our Family of 6. Lots of thought was put into meeting the needs of guests in this unit. It was just like being at home but with a beautiful ocean view! Will definitely book here again!

The condo is beautiful and the view from the balcony is breathtaking! We appreciated that there were some kid-friendly plates, bowls, cups, and utensils. Our kids loved the bunk beds. The master bed was comfortable as well. We had everything we needed. Noot was very responsive to any questions and needs that arose. We saw marine wildlife from the balcony! (Manatees, sting rays, and a sea turtle) Our kids LOVED the lazy river! With it being only 3ft deep, they loved being able to swim without their floaties in it. The food and drinks poolside were so convenient! The beach was a very short walk from the condo and the free beach chairs and umbrella were super convenient. I would 100% stay here again! Can't wait to come back!

A wonderful getaway for family of 5!

Over all my family had a wonderful trip! The day of arrival I was greeted at our door with cleaning ladies as they were behind on units. Overall was not impressed with the way they cleaned the unit. However me and my husband made sure to clean the unit. Mentioned this to our host and adjustments were made and was returned the cleaning fee plus more. That made a rocky start a bit better. The unit had plenty of cooking utensils, a good working washer and dryer.. I have stayed in other units at splash and had to run the dryer 2x just to dry towels.. my only recommendation for the unit is a new shower liner as it appeared to look a bit moldy- I did not inspect we just rolled with it and also maybe a small dresser to go under the tv in the bedroom. I had 3 children along with myself and husband- we just kept our clothes in suit cases for our stay. There are two night stands however just not enough room for clothes. Overall great views, and my family had another memorable Stay at Splash! Also want to add that we had great communication with our host Noot and co host Dana! They are on it! Everything was smooth and I would stay here again!
