The premier rental in Zihuatanejo! This magnificent and expansive property is located in the desired Puerto Mio -- but more importantly, is situated on top of the exclusive gated peninsula within the development -- providing not just a visual panorama of the ocean and Bay but a breeze that is often the key to a heavenly day.

Words cannot describe what you feel when you first walk up the steps into the sweeping living space of this incredible home designed and built by noted architect Enrique Zozaya. The alfresco main floor features a soaring Palapa roof which shelters the lounge and entertainment areas, offers formal and casual dining venues, a spacious kitchen and an Infinity pool.

The property encompasses much more than the villa itself! Steps away you will experience the tropical garden with it's lofty shade trees, waterfall, pond and paths to private lounging areas for the utmost serenity. You won't believe you are just a 10-minute walk from the charming village of Zihuatanejo!

Five bedrooms, each with private bath, assure your nights can be as comfortably memorable as your days. Three bedrooms have king size beds with ocean views and secluded lounge areas, a fourth incorporates a pair of twin beds which can be converted to a king and the fifth is furnished with a queen bed. Each bedroom controls its own air conditioner.

Other vacation amenities include 24-hour gated security, Wi-Fi, satellite TV with U.S. news, business and sports, daily prepared breakfast, laundry and housekeeping services with furnished accessories such that you need only to bring your personal items.

From the moment you arrive at the airport, our staff will be available to help and guide you each step of the way. Activities include access to the home's 2-person ocean kayak, the two nearby golf courses, body and board surfing, wildlife and jungle treks, along with Zihuatanejo’s reputation as a world famous ocean fishing destination. We recommend a day of fishing or sight-seeing on our own Fredy's boat!

Whatever you desire, be it a romantic hideaway, a family gathering, time with special friends, or a corporate retreat, Casa Paraiso will create memories of a lifetime.

Beautiful home with great staff

We stayed here for the winter break and had a wonderful time. We like to be busy so we spent lots of time fishing, taking cooking classes at at the beach. We caught fish which Jeimmy prepared for dinner. Don't miss out on her shrimp dishes either!

Simply the best

This was our second year at Casa Paraiso and it did not disappoint. The home is beautiful, expansive, comfortable, taking advantage of the stunning view of the ocean. Our lazy days consisted of swimming in the beautiful pool, reading and sleeping.... not necessarily in that order. We looked forward to our daily breakfasts cooked by Jaimmey. Fredy made sure we saw whales, scheduled in house massages and took us on a lovely walk through a nature park. We miss Casa Paraiso already and look forward to returning soon.

Casa Paraiso is a little slice of paradise!

The pictures are great but still don't come close to capturing what a spectacular property this is. The huge upstairs open-air palapa is amazing. The house in and of itself is a destination. We wound spending much more time there than I would have originally thought because its just such a cool place to hangout! The view is off the charts, the accommodations luxurious, the walkable proximity to town/marina is another a bonus. The staff (Freddie & Jamie) were beyond helpful, they became part of the family for the days we were there... professional, courteous, knowledgeable and resourceful. I left my cell phone in a taxi and Freddie tracked it down the next day!! Where else would that happen?? All in all going to very tough to top this experience!

Amazing!

Casa Paraiso was amazing! The home was well positioned with fabulous views. The staff was beyond compare, in fact I think they played a very big role in the quality of our trip. Jiemmy, Ana and Fredy…You Rock! Words cannot honestly summarize waking up to our daily view. We will be back!

Lovely!

What a fantastic spot for a perfectly relaxing time! Clean, cool, comfortable bedrooms downstairs, lovely spacious living area upstairs with plenty of room to spread out but be together. Close enough to town to walk, but just perfect enough to stay in, which we did the majority of our time!! Everything was seamless thanks to Fredy and Jamie! Highly recommend!!!

Perfection

The house was perfect for our family. The upstairs has a large open living room with a number of seating areas and a kitchen. The pool is bigger than the pictures suggest, and there is plenty of outdoor seating in the garden and the downstairs patios. The staff at the house were amazing and we would recommend having Jeimmy cook dinner. The scenery is beautiful and the house is located close enough to the center of town while also still being serene.

Simply the best!

Casa Paraiso is a stunningly beautiful home above the ocean. The main living room has several different seating areas, all with sweeping views. The five bedrooms are all air conditioned with their own bathrooms. Each morning we would wake up to breakfast made by Jeimmy, a feast of fruits and traditional Mexican recipes. She also made incredible guacamole as well as tamales! We hired Jeimmy to make dinner and we were not disappointed. The pool and grounds are well maintained and beautiful. We spent most of our time around the pool as it was so beautiful and easy. Downtown is a quick 20 minute walk (taxi's are available). Fredy provided transportation when needed as well as suggestions for day trips. This is a 5 star property..... we're already booked for next year!

Absolutely perfect!

This property is absolutely gorgeous! Everything was perfect! It’s a hidden oasis but an easy cab ride or a beautiful walk to town. Perfect for a special occasion or with a big group. The staff was amazing! Don’t hesitate for another minute, book it...you won’t regret it! 😊

Beautiful home in Zihua!

This home is a beautiful property overlooking the bay. Clean, with great staff and excellent communication with the property manager throughout our trip. Amazing pool and open areas for everyone to be together, and lots of privacy in beautiful spots around the property. Bit of a challenging 10 minute walk to and from town for older guests, but taxis were always available and came recommended. Overall we loved our stay at Casa Paraiso!

Casa Paraiso is Fabulous

The property is on a bluff overlooking the clear blue bay and the Pacific Ocean beyond. It is beautifully landscaped and private, insulated by it’s location from the hustle and bustle of Old Town Zihuat. But the jewel is the Casa. A fantastic design that captures the beauty of the site perfectly with magnificent construction. The bedrooms are all on the lower floor and if you want to sleep there is no noise from above, just the sound of the waves against the cliff below. Jamie the chef is in a class by herself. We asked her to purchase all of our food and liquor and prepare all of our meals. They were so good, that we ended up eating every meal at the Casa rather than going to town to dine. I was impossible to find a better view, and her food was always terrific. If you like the beach, then maybe this is not the place for you. But the kids went to La Ropa beach several times by simply walking down the hill and taking a water taxi across the bay to the beach. My wife and I preferred lounging by the pool and enjoying the ample benefits of the Casa.. This was our second New Year’s at Casa Paraiso after several at The Pedrigal in Cabo. Much better choice. Just as easily to get to, and the winter weather is FAR BETTER with 85 degree days and a delightfully warm ocean for salt water swimming. We loved Casa Paraiso.

A Wedding in Paradise

My wife and I flew from Switzerland to Zihuatanejo to stay at Casa Paraiso for our wedding. Zihuatanejo is a fantastic town, and we fell in love with the house. The architecture is beautiful and the views of the town, and the ocean are amazing. We were picked up directly at the airport and brought to the house which was really convenient. The house was kept up very nicely during our stay by Jeimmy, and she prepared excellent breakfasts for us each morning. Overall we had such a great time and we cannot wait to return to Zihuatanejo and Casa Paraiso!

A Wedding in Paradise

Serenity beyond compare!

There really is no better way to experience Zihuatanejo than staying in this lovely vacation home. The views alone (especially from the swimming pool) are worth the trip but there is so much more. We stayed in this home with a large group of couples. The design of the house was perfect for this as we had the option of being social in the common areas of the home or enjoying privacy in our room or while getting an outdoor massage in the private garden. Jamie, Freddy and the staff will take great care of you and are fantastic- very knowledgeable and attentive. The house is in a perfect location for venturing out to spectacular nearby restaurants and beaches. If you have the opportunity to rent this home, I recommend doing so without hesitation.

Spectacular!

We had a wonderful time at the house. It is so beautiful and comfortable and the staff couldn't be nicer. I love that all rooms are so open to the outside and also that there are places to be alone if you want. Jeimmie cooked for us several times and some of the best meals we had on the trip were hers. Fredy, the concierge, arranged a wonderful day for us-- a boat trip to IXtapa Island with beautiful beaches and delicious sea food. And along the way we caught 3 fish which later turned into sashimi and ceviche. Fredy was also helpful in all other ways, helping us arrange transportation and other excursions. The bedrooms facing the sea are spectacular and we all loved the beautiful showers with the large opening to the view.

Would go back to Casa Paraiso in a heartbeat.

I highly recommend Casa Paraiso. We loved, loved, loved our stay in this beautiful authentic house. The place is impeccable and so very spacious with many options to cozy up on a variety of private verandas or in a sweet nook in the garden. Our group spent most of our days gathered by the pool or just under the palapa to keep shaded with ease to take in the gorgeous view. The kitchen had everything we needed, to cook and serve the fish we caught and/or bought at the local fish market that day. It's decorated tastefully and the beds are beyond comfortable. The showers in every room are also a real treat, each overlooking the bay and twinkling lights from the ridges across the way. We visited many of the recommended restaurants and beach resorts. We also enjoyed all the locals art along the way. It was a magical vacation home and I cant wait to go back!

No place quite like it.

This is our 4th stay at this lovely home overlooking the Pacific. We love the design and views. There are comfortable lounge areas under the palapa and in the gardens to hide away, if desired, while the pool acts as a centerpiece for those who want to gather. The walk down the hill may be steep for some, but being within an easy walk of old Zihuat with its shops and markets is just about the perfect proximity to the community. Staff are friendly and do great work. Feels very safe and is a great place to relax completely. For restaurants, we enjoy Banditos near the church or Casa que Canta near Playa de Ropa for a fancy meal in a spectacular setting. Get Jaime to cook you a meal at the house, though, and take in the view from around the table with delicious food and your companions. Kayaking the river delta was a highlight. In addition, we always get up early one morning to visit the fish market on the beach in town. I really like the city and its people.

A New Years to remember.

Casa Los Tres Amigos was the perfect setting for our family gathering. The view is unbelievable and staff made us fell right at home as soon as we got there. The fishing of sale fish was unbelievable and Freddy was a master skipper. The house is extremely comfortable and the food fantastic. I would give Casa Los Tres Amigos a 10 out of 10. The owners of Casa Paraiso have been married since 1967. Over the years they have raised two children (currently enjoying their five grandchildren), and built a successful construction management and real estate investment company.

In the late 1990’s they began looking for a winter retreat. After exploring as far afield as South Africa, New Zealand and Costa Rica, they settled on trying to find the perfect place with the convenience and ambiance of Mexico. For three years they chartered a boat and for weeks at a time they would explore the Baja coastline and the mainland coast from Keeno Bay to Huatulco.

Each year brought them back to Zihuatanejo, drawn in by the warmth of the traditional village experience, with the most beautiful natural bay on the Riviera of Mexico. Each year they visited it became more difficult to leave.

During their times here, they became friends with a local landowner and the well known Mexican architect, Enrique Zozaya.

Enrique designed, and as is customary in Mexico, built the home as well. After a year of construction, primarily hand labor, Casa Paraiso was completed on budget and more beautiful than the owner’s could have imagined.

Over the years, the many weeks spent in this beautiful place with family and friends, has provided them a touchdown in paradise.

They love the outdoors and any activity that gets them outside. Along with their love of fishing they enjoy hiking, boating, bird watching, spending time with their dogs and working on their small urban farm. As parents and grandparents they enjoy time with family both at home and together in their Zihuatanejo paradise.
