Casa CorazĆ³n, nestled in the hillside and surrounded by lush tropical landscapes is a 5 minute walk from the sandy shores of Playa La Ropa and a 20 minute walk or short cab ride to the energy of Zihuatanejo.

Step in to luxury in this 2 level architecturally unique custom designed penthouse property with 3,500 square feet of living space. Casa CorazĆ³n sleeps 8, has 4 bedrooms and a den.

All bedrooms have full ensuites, air conditioning, 3 with private patios and all have a spectacular view of the Bay and Playa La Ropa. Three bedrooms have king size beds and one bedroom has two twin beds which can be converted to a king size. Sleep well in your king sized bed dressed with 400+ Italian percale linens. Enjoy the spa like bathrooms featuring onyx under lit vanities and soak in your granite bathtub while enjoying views of the Bay. All bathrooms have generous glass showers and there are 2 granite tubs. Ample hot water available with on demand heated water.

Mix your favourite margaritas in your gourmet kitchen under the vaulted ceiling palapa with seating for 10, wine fridge, stainless steel appliances, full size washer/dryer, Weber BBQ, granite and sile stone counter tops, and designer furniture.

Lounge in the air conditioned den while you watch your favorite movie.

Relax in your private full size pool on the terraza while enjoying the expansive view of the Bay. Meditate on the green grass beside your private lily pond and waterfall as you listen to the waves roll in to Playa La Ropa. Enjoy a shower outside by the pool to cool off after a day in the sun.

Common areas of the boutique 6 suite complex include onsite air conditioned fitness centre with floor to ceiling ocean views with Life Fitness equipment. The common area salt water infinity pool, sits next to a large palapa topped shared lounge area with a full kitchen. Ride the dramatic funicular from street level to your private penthouse entrance after parking in one of two private parking spots.

Casa CorazĆ³n is located in the heart of Playa La Ropa, a wonderful walking beach that provides a string of great seafood and international restaurants of all price ranges and water sports and activities ranging from boogie boards, water skiing, parasailing, jet skiis, and catamarans to beach volleyball and horseshoe pitching. The waves on La Ropa are generally mild and allow for great swimming as well as water skiing and banana boat rides.

Relax in comfort where the average temperature is 78.8 degrees and the sun shines approximately 340 days a year.

A short cab ride or 20 minute walk will take you to Zihuatanejo, an authentic Mexican fishing village with a relaxed ambiance. Here you will find a diversity of restaurants from gourmet cuisine in tropical gardens to the classic beachfront, thatched roof family owned restaurants. If you want to cook, buy the catch of the day from the local fishermen right off the beach or stock your kitchen at the colorful Mercado (market where locals shop) or at the one of the two modern super markets.

Ixtapa, located a short 15 minute cab ride away is where you can find 2 world class golf courses, tennis courts, gourmet restaurants, small intimate eateries, huge selection of shopping, discos, live entertainment, tours, top 10 ranked Sport Fishing, incredible scuba diving, kayak tours, offshore tropical islands and much more.

Everything was beautiful. The property and the view was outstanding. If you dont have a car you will have to walk up a steep hill from the beach. We did not mind as we got our workout in each day. Our host Erica was always available if we had a question.

Perfect Multifamily Property

3 suites and the 4th bedroom are exceptional. The Kitchen/Living/Dining/ Pool area keep all together to play games, swim, cook, mix drinks with out leaving by the group. Each bedroom very private for the privacy you may need. This property will not disappoint!

We stayed for 10 days & enjoyed each and every moment! Beautiful, clean & the views are amazing. I would recommend this to anyone if youā€™re looking for a great place to stay!! The walk to the beach is only about 5 minutes, but we loved hanging out by the pool!! Lots of space (we had 8 people) with privacy when you need it! Beautiful house, great stay

We stayed for a week at Casa Corazon with family. Eight people altogether, the yougest 17. The house is beautiful and worked well for our group. It's a short 10 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Loot, just down the street, is an excellent option for coffee and breakfast. Erica was very helpful and arranged for a breakfast at the house one day and we hired Brandon to cook two excellent dinners for us as well. Hard to find anything to complain about. The house is on a steep hill but we still did plenty of walking to and from the house. Taxis were easy to get for longer trips. Zihuatanejo is an amazing place and everyone enjoyed the week. We're hoping to make a trip back at some point and would be happy to stay at Casa Corazon again.

Zihuantanejo Heaven

Spent a fantastic, relaxing week at Casa Corazon with my small family and one other small family. The house is truly spectacular and spacious, with all one needs to enjoy the soothing environment of Zihua . . . from taking in the beautiful view of the bay and coast from the infinity pool to cruising down to the beach for parasailing and a couple of margaritas. The staff at Ensuenio 10 were all very helpful, especially Lynda (the manager), who made arrangements for groceries and snorkeling, as well as offering several restaurant suggestions. And Margot, the owner, was very responsive and helpful with setting up our stay. We have used Homeaway/VRBO for years, and this is definitely a 5-star accommodation.

The only thing better than the condo was the property manager. Lynda was amazing! This condo will not disappoint. The views are something out of a magazine. You can hardly believe your eyes. Infinity pool was the icing on the cake! Bedrooms and living areas were impeccable! If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. Looking forward to spending many more weeks there in the coming years! Mexican Paradise

Casa CorazĆ³n is a paradise rental. The description is 100% accurate. The views of the bay and sunsets are endless. The pool water temp is perfect. The kitchen has everything you need (unusual for a rental.) The rooms are spacious and quiet and the main great room is airy, spacious, and dreamy. I just can't say enough about this property. A quick walk to the beach and restaurants and located in a safe area with lots of recreation. Finally, the service was exceptional. Jade not only attended to our needs, but recommended a variety of recreation and restaurant options. Our family highly recommends this property for your special vacation.

This was our third stay .. we also stayed in April 2014 and 2016. As in past visits Margotā€™s communication with us was fantastic. Really is our favourite vrbo property. Jade was amazing helping us arrange a chef to come in for a couple breakfasts and a dinner with Margarita ( delicious) as well as massage therapists one day. We also had an fantastic dinner with chef Brandon. There are so many great restaurants in Zihua but we love dining at the condo. Margot has a list of restaurants in the area ( might take a few more trips to get through them all ) Quick and easy access to getting taxis is nice as well . We had 4 couples in our group the property has more than enough seating for everyone to lounge about as they want in or out of the sun or even better in the pool.

Beautiful property with great layout for couples!

This was our first time visiting Zihua and looked at many properties. This one stood out to us online, but you just never really know how well pictures represent the actual house/condo. Casa Corazon exceeded our expectations and then some! Margot, the owner, was so helpful giving us tips on where to go and how to make the most of our trip. She connected us with a chef to come to the house and make an amazing meal for our group on my husband's Bday, the pool was warm enough to be comfortable but refreshing, the house was clean and the staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. Be prepared to get your workout on the hills and steps to the top of the complex but there are also plenty of taxis available if you'd rather! Overall it was a wonderful vacation and we hope to be back soon!

Heaven on Earth

There are not enough words for this amazing home. We spent a week at Christmas time here with 7 adult family members. Margo was amazing communicating and answering questions before hand. The welcome, by Flora and her margaritas, was outstanding and unexpected. The home is exactly as pictured....STUNNING! Beautiful decor, fun colors, very clean and spacious. There was even a beautiful Christmas tree with lights for us! We had a minor problem early on and Flor was immediately on top of it and took care of it efficiently. It is so close to many 5 star restaurants or easy beach places. The views of the sunsets in the evening were ones we will treasure for a lifetime. Thanks, Margo!

The most beautiful place we've ever stayed!

We stayed in the most amazing place. It was the penthouse condo on the side of the hill and definitely the nicest place we've ever stayed. Its modern decor, outdoor elements, infinity pool and amazing views were the highlights. It had 4 large bedrooms and bathrooms which was perfect for our group of 4 couples and the rental fee was incredibly reasonable. We were treated like royalty by the concierge, the night guard and the property manager. We often laughed that the concierge would magically appear whenever we needed him! We ended up using the infinity pool numerous times a day -- this was great relief following the approximately 117 steps up to the front door in plus 30 heat (please be aware that there is no elevator). When we had some downtime between checking out and leaving for the airport, we enjoyed the quiet solitude of the common area pool and palapa. I could have spent my entire vacation just staying inside this penthouse...but it was such a short walk to the beach!

An Amazing Vacation Home

From the moment you arrive, this home welcomes you with it's elegant yet creative vibe. It is a beautiful space with extraordinary views of the ocean. The living space is open and comfortable, easy for 8 people to enjoy. We never did get to try the communal pool because the private pool was perfect. A step from the living space, with that amazing view, we swam, dipped our feet in or just chilled out on the lounge chairs. The bedrooms were very comfortable and private. Lynda, the condo manager was extremely helpful and we were lucky enough to enjoy the personal chef. Her cooking was outstanding with more food than we could eat. The walk to the beach was easy peasy and we went daily, enjoying paddle boards, walks on the beach and lots of swimming. We went into Zihuatanejo a couple times taking the boat taxi over. A charming town with lots to look at. We were spoiled rotten by the whole experience.

What a great find!

This casa was everything and more than all the great reviews that led us here. Immaculate, peaceful., everything you needed from the kitchen to the bathrooms done so thoughtfully. We vacationed with 3 other couples in this beautiful home. Many of us had been to Zihuatanejo before and have always loved the sun, the beach, the restaurants, the town and the lovely people. We can now add that we really loved where we stayed ~ so much that at times it was hard to leave. Sitting by the pool or in the open air living room/kitchen with the most amazing view of Playa la Ropa was a strong competition to the beach. The onsite property manager,Jade, took good care of us. We were able to buy local fish and vegetables and cook at home for a few nights ~ delightful. Communication with Margot was easy and she answered all questions and provided us with detailed instructions on how to get to and from airport etc. I highly recommend Casa Corazon to anyone wanting a relaxing and beautiful getaway. We are a professional couple (cardiologist and RN) from Vancouver Canada. We first visited Zihuatanejo in 1991 and after traveling to many destinations around Mexico we could not find a better place for our retirement dream than at EnsueƱo 10. While retirement is still many years away we hope to enjoy our property during short visits and share the beauty of it with other travelers.

We were drawn to this particular property because of the spectacular views, the unique architectural design of the 6 unit boutique development and eco-friendly philosophy of the talented designer/builder Andres Saavedra.

We love the total relaxation Casa CorazĆ³n offers with the uniqueness of the private full sized pool, architectural design and luxurious details. It doesnā€™t get much better as you relax by the pool while you listen to the waves on Playa La Ropa.
