This is a ground floor condo. It has one bedroom in a soft camel color to snuggle you at your bed time while you enjoy watching a big plasma tv. The bathroom is a soft light green walls and turquoise and white towels for a soft dry. The shower has a rain head and regular head in front for a real rain forest shower. The living room is a light green with navy decor, and a 45' t.v. for your enjoyment. The living room and kitchen have an open space for better mingling and fun. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. The patio has an opening to the living-room and the bedroom. The patio has a table and chairs for you to sit back and relax while having a nice cool drink and day dreaming. This condo is in section E on the ground floor right in front of the heated pool. It is walking distance to the beach. The property has beautiful gardens through out. Recently remodeled kitchen has a dishwasher, blender, coffee-pot, French press coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, pots & pans, dishes & utensils and granite counters with 3 pendulum lighting over stove, with under cabinet lighting and over the top cabinet. This unit also has a washer/dryer unit in the closet for your use.

Furnished great. Great experience

Great location. A 5 minute walk to the beach. Check in and out process was really easy. It was furnished really nice on the inside. Would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone

Friendly staff and immaculate gardens.

Will stay here again next week come padre. The weather wasn't great..very windy, but we made the best of it😊 Pool was very well kept.

Luxurious Getaway

Home away from home with every amenity you will possibly need. Right next to pool & a brief walk directly to beach front. A truly luxurious getaway. I would recommend this condo to everyone! !

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time at the Tiki. It was very relaxing and very close to the beach. This was our 2nd time to stay here and we will return. I didn't talk much to the property manager bc I dealt directly with the owner of the condo where we stayed but the office staff was friendly and helpful the 2 times that I interacted with them.

Beautiful Condo

I have stayed at half a donzen units at The Tiki and this was the nicest. Modern, updated interior and right by the pool. There were pool and beach toys on the patio and everything was just perfect.

The Best Stay on South Padre!

I love this stay because it’s perfect for just unwinding. The location from the room to the pool is very convenient and the fact that it’s on the first floor for my mother who is disabled was even better. Flora communicates well with guests and easy to work with. Don’t pass this Gem up if you get the chance.

Great Condo!

Great location! Condo had everything and was clean. We love SPI and would totally stay here again. The grounds on the condo were so nice and loved that the pool was so close. Washer and dryer came in handy. Can’t wait to stay here again.

The condo was just the right size and the kitchen was stocked very well.

We were comfortable in our condo, and Flora was amazingly friendly and helpful while we were there. We prepared our own breakfast and lunches to go while we were there so we were really happy that the kitchen was well supplied with all kinds of cooking and eating and storing supplies. We would stay there again.

Great Comforts

Although we missed having a vote of the Gulf, we really enjoyed our condo and it's location right by the pool. The courtyards and ground were kept really nice!

This property complex has access to the pool and beach. You can enjoy the beautiful gardens that this property has to offer. Our condo is one the ground floor and on the inside of the complex, which cover the north wind and has a great south wind breeze in the summer. The wonderful view of the firework display every Friday and Holidays are fantastic.
Winter Texans are welcome
Children are welcome and
pets are welcome also
