Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the cabin itself, though we’re sorry your stay did not feel perfect. We want to clarify a few of the concerns you mentioned: 1. The dresser in the master bedroom was unfortunately broken by a prior guest. A replacement had already been ordered at the time of your stay, and it has since been installed. 2. Regarding the cleaning items you noticed on arrival, our housekeeping team offered to return right away to address them, but we understand you preferred not to have them come back during your stay. 3. For pet accommodations, we do provide a designated doggie bathroom on the balcony, which is sanitized after every turnover. We also have a waste station at the front of the property, and most guests find these sufficient. We’ve never had guests need to take their pets elsewhere, though we certainly understand that every dog has different habits. 4. While the grassy area near the property is not part of our grounds, we went ahead and had it trimmed after your stay to make it more convenient for future guests.
