Step into Ocean Village Club N14, where the charm of an oceanfront resort awaits. From swimming pools and tennis courts to outdoor grilling and a 40-inch HDTV, this pet-friendly condo offers delights for everyone. Just a short stroll from the beach, it features one bedroom, one bathroom, and accommodations for up to four guests, promising a cozy, comfortable vacation experience. Relax on the shady lanai overlooking the grassy courtyard and breathe in the invigorating sea air. The rolling waves and white sands of St. Augustine Beach are just steps away via a private walkway over the dunes. Two sliding doors connect the lanai to the living room and bedroom, keeping you close to the outdoors wherever you are. The living room is cozy and inviting, with plump couches surrounding a 40-inch HDTV with DVD player. One couch converts into a bed for two, offering lucky guests a sunrise view. The dining table seats three and doubles as a game or work space, with free Wi-Fi throughout the complex. The updated kitchen is fully equipped for any cooking task, from broiling fresh catch to quick breakfasts, and includes a dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, blender, and icemaker. The bedroom offers a king-size bed, TV with VCR, reading chair, and private lanai access for restful sleep. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower, plus a washer and dryer for convenient laundry. Outside the condo, Ocean Village Club provides shuffleboard, a fitness center, and a lending library. Nearby, you’ll find golf, shopping, dining, and historic St. Augustine. This was our second stay at the condo. It was immaculate just like in November. The small seafood restaurant across the street has delicious food and the Hurricane grill has a fun atmosphere. The Oasis is also within walking distance.

It was definitely the cleanest condo that my husband and I have ever stayed in. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch, with no insects present. Everything in the kitchen looked brand new, and the washer/dryer helped tremendously. It’s a short walk across the property to the beach. We would certainly stay there again.

Loved our beach week!

Lovely, clean, well managed and maintained family friendly beach front condo! We loved the pools and the beach access! It was perfect! We will stay again! Was my husband and i and our 5 year old son.

Nice stay near the water

Check in was a little difficult as I had to crouch down to reach the lockbox with the key and the combination dials were very hard to read. Once in, the place was lovely. Kitchen was furnished. Would have been nice if a sample of coffee would've been available. Bed was comfy. Outdoor area was great for our dog. The walk to the beach was a little distance but worth it. The location was close to stores and restaurants so we could walk about everywhere. We would stay again.

Quick Visit to St Augustine

As always, a visit to St Augustine is pure JOY! This is the second time staying in this set of units. Our unit this time was a little farther from the beach, but the exclusive access is awesome! We visited the beach everyday and went into the city in the evening. The unit was excellent! Everything we needed was there, kitchen fully stocked and comfortable. I will definitely visit again soon! We were lucky this was available last minute as it was where we always love to stay!!

Somewhat misguided

Property was clean and perfect for our stay. Somewhat disappointed even though it's winter that the pool was not up and running and it was really dirty with no water in it whatsoever outside property looks like it had been not well maintained

Great place to unwind.

The property was exactly what we needed. Walking distance to the beach, dog friendly, easy assess to the local area. The only complaint we had is that we were not notified that paper products would NOT be supplied, we stopped at the grocery store first. Also we were asked to start a load of laundry before we left and again there was no soap. But if you want a no fuss, close to beach, dog friendly, clean, comfortable and very relaxing this is the place for you. We will definetly be back, this time we will bring toilet paper. Thanks for having such a great affordable place.

Vacation getaway but close to home

We had a wonderful time at the beach and were very happy we could bring our dog. Welcoming neighbors and great weather. We went on the Old Towne Trolley and did a Tour of St Augustine Distilleries.

Why?

Very nice condo. Weather didn’t always cooperate. Had a little problem with screen door and bathroom sink but you responded quickly.

Inaccurate

This listing while semi clean was located almost on A1A and it was incredibly loud. I was under the impression this was on the ocean. I was told of views of the rock garden and this is also not true. The linens were loaded with fabric softener and the washer dryer was rusted. I did however enjoy although a long walk to the ocean bridge.

Great Birthday Trip Getaway

Condo was very clean and cute as can be. My husband was ecstatic you guys had a Keurig in the condo. Convenient to the beach and to town. We love coming to St. Augustine and we cannot wait to come back again. Thank you for letting us rent your place!!!

Great rental property

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. The screen has been replaced with new and was secure.. pet friendly really worked Ewell for us and our puppy. The beach is close to walk. It we drove onto the beach everyday and it only cost $10 per day and was very convenient since we had a lot of beach gear. Condo was clean and quite gred community.

Nice Vacation Home

This property was as shown on line. It was nicely decorated. Spacious enough for two people. The kitchen was well-equipped. Plenty of towels. We felt the walk to the beach was way too long from this building so we just drove onto the beach everyday. The pool was not close to this building either. Beach chairs provided were just OK. This location is very nice and close to restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this property.

Property was very nice & very clean.

Property was very relaxing. The decor was very soothing, and it had everything you would have at home.. Only thing the beach was a little far from the building we stayed at. But over all it was exactly what you see on the website. Highly recomend..Too bad the weather was not the best..

Overall a Good Stay

Really enjoyed the stay. Unit was updated and had everything we needed. When we arrived, however, the outer glass of the two-pane sliding glass door was broken, with a considerable amount of glass on the patio. We did not get a response from the Management company until Monday (we checked in Saturday). We were surprised that the cleaning company didn't see this, as it was a significant hazard.

Great time, but the porch was not screened in

Had a great time! Only disappointment was that the little patio/porch was not screened in as advertised. We have a dog and booked specifically because this property had screened in outside area. So for that reason I may notebook this property again. We will have to see.

St. Augustine - Beach

The property was just as it was pictured on the listing. Everything was clean and it was well stocked with kitchen needs and linens. The only negative is the location between the front drive of the property (a bit of traffic in and out at night) and A1A. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Bad Experience with VRBO and Property Management Company (VTrips)

This is a good unit. Clean and comfortable. It is not "less than a 5 min. walk from the beach" as advertised though. The property is right at the entrance of the complex, so it is a 15 min. walk from the unit to the beach, or you have to drive to the beach access, which was not bad. That said, the process of booking/adding an additional night was a nightmare ; booking a vacation shouldn't be this difficult. My daughter has autism and we were promised by VRBO customer service, before booking, that my daughter will be able to bring her emotional support animal (a small 18 lbs. Cocker Spaniel) at no extra cost. I had other options for rentals that accepted the emotional support animal, but VRBO insisted the owner/property management company (VTrips) will approve the dog at no extra cost and to go ahead and book it. This was not the case. Long story short, after talking to customer service reps and managers at both companies, there was a lack of honesty and accountability where each company will tell me to contact the other in order to resolve this. I was ready to cancel the reservation, but VRBO insisted they will pay the unit's pet fee ($150 - including pet registration). However, when the grace period for cancellation was over, they backed out of it. I ended up putting the dog in a kennel last minute being 10 hours away from home, and leaving my autistic daughter without her emotional support animal. As if this was not enough, we had to stay an extra night. Adding the extra night at the advertised rate on VRBO was a hassle even though the manager at VTrips said it was ok to add it at that rate, but as always they sent me to resolve everything with VRBO. I ended up paying a higher rate than advertised for that particular date, just to stay an extra night. Overall, customer service was terrible from both VRBO and VTrips telling the customer what he/she wants to hear until they charge your credit card. I was baffled by their complete disregard for my daughter's disability instead of being honest from the beginning that they could not accommodate the emotional support animal, and then we would have reserved a different rental. The unit is nice, but not worth the hassle.
