Welcome to our renovated 3/2.5 historical home located just 2 blocks from the ever popular Wash Park! Enjoy the luxury of staying in one of Denver's top neighborhoods while enjoying the comforts of a modernized and charming historical home. Our home is fully stocked with all of the essentials needed for longer stays - A perfect home away from home.

The Space:
Inside:
Built in 1888, this historical farmhouse features historical charm with tasteful present day upgrades. Upon walking in, you'll immediately be greeted with all of the natural light, dark wood floors, plantation shutters and tasteful design. Enjoy the open concept of 2 living rooms, designated dining for 6, and a large kitchen that is fully stocked with all your cooking needs. A half bath off of the front seating area offers ultimate convenience for our guests.
Head upstairs to the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths smartly spread out from each other. The primary suite boasts a King bed, and an Ensuite bathroom that hosts 2 sinks for traveling couples. One guest bedroom has a Queen bed while the the other guest bedroom has a twin day bed and a bonus designated office space. You'll also find the other guest bathroom w/tub and laundry room located on this level.

Outside:
Step outside from the dining area to find a beautiful covered porch that is enjoyable all year long! Dine outside in the warmer months or relax on a fall evening in our lounge style furniture. A BBQ grill and porch swing enhances your options to enjoying the backyard.
The real show stopper is our proximity to Wash Park! This 155 acre of beautiful greenery, boasts two lakes, two flower gardens, 100 yr + trees and a 2.3 mile loop used by thousands of joggers, walkers and bikers daily.
Walkability to some restaurants and coffee shops makes this home even more enjoyable. It's a 5 min walk to Starbucks, Wash Perk (coffee and pastries), Restaurant Olivia and about 7 minutes to Bon Ami Bistro and Pho Haus.

Getting Around:
We recommend having a car. If you like to bike, Denver is filled with biker lanes and the Cherry Creek Trail (A biking and walking trail that connects most of the city). Catch the trail just over a half a mile North of the house on Downing and Speer!

Other Things to Note:
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Parking is street parking. You'll never have an issue and will likely always be able to park right in-front of the house.

THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10pm. Please bring all noise inside after this time. This is a family neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

Dogs are allowed and we charge a $250 non-refundable pet accommodation fare (per pet, per month) during your stay. Please inquire about multiple pets, a multiple month stay, or if you are traveling with cats.

Complimentary in-stay clean is scheduled roughly 2 weeks into your reservation. If staying 60 days or more, we will provide an additional complimentary in-stay clean around week 6. Please inquire for stays longer than 60 days.

We require an additional $500 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.

TV requires your own log-in credentials

CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible.

TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.
