Pet Friendly Private House w/Pool & Game Room + Free Attraction Tickets!

This 3bd/3ba private beach house, called "Beaching On The Dunes" , is only 0.2 miles from the beach (4 minute walk) and has been recently renovated. "Beaching On The Dunes" features a private pool that is heated as needed from March - October (can NOT be heated November - February), game room and screened in porch with TV and comfortable outdoor seating (firepit shown in photos is not functional and for decorative purposes only) . This house can accommodate a total of 12 guests with1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom, 2 bunks beds in the 3rd bedroom with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top (2 fulls, 2 twins total) and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

"Beaching On The Dunes" has all the comforts of home while at the beach. This private, 1 story, beach house features a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, full size washer & dryer, cable TV in all 3 bedrooms and the living room, free Wi-FI, free parking and BBQ grill. This house is also pet friendly so your fur babies are welcome to come. (Dogs only, $200.00 non-refundable pet fee)

Exterior of property is under 24 video surveillance.

"Beaching On The Dunes" is located on Dunes St. in the Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach (hence the name "Beaching On The Dunes"). To get to the beach, you simply walk down Dunes St. to 37th Ave South and then 2 short blocks to Ocean Blvd (0.2 miles = 4 minute walk). This house is also just a 5 minutes drive from Barefoot Landing which has several restaurants as well as shopping & attractions.

The property is in good condition. The neighbors were very friendly. The yard could use some attention for aesthetics. My son stayed in the secondary bedroom and he didn't find the mattress to be comfortable for him but that might just be personal preference. We are considering renting the same property again in the next year or two.

The pictures are extremely deceiving and not worth the money. This is not a “you get what you paid for” house. For the price we paid for the 3 nights (nearly 3,000 including fees and tax) it is horribly overpriced for the condition and cleanliness. We were appalled. We left a day early. The house is outdated, not maintained at all. Very poorly cleaned. Black dog hair was found all throughout the house. The pool was very dirty. Pool cleaner showed up and said the filter needed replaced, but hadn’t been yet. Dog hair was found on furniture, eating places and throughout the pool. Mold on the fridge, dishwasher and bathroom areas. Outdoor screened in porch had mold covered cushions, floor covered in debris. Not worth the money. We have stayed in the area at numerous rentals, this was by far the worst home we’ve ever stayed in. The only positive thing from the house was my kids liked the “game room.” Needless to say we will not be repeat guests.

Great place

We needed somewhere last minute for bike week that allowed 4 dogs since our other place cancelled on us without warning. This house was available and allowed the amount of dogs we had. It was very reasonably priced and had all the amenities we needed. The WiFi wasn’t great which wasn’t a big deal since we weren’t at the house a lot. The pool was maintained every couple of days and the neighbors were great. The only complaint I have is that it was far away from murrells inlet but that is no fault of the property. It is located in a quiet area and is very close to the beach. Also close to restaurants and such. 1000% recommend to anyone looking for a place in north Myrtle. You won’t be disappointed by the shower and jacuzzi tub in the master! Plus the pool is perfect, has a shallow area for tanning and a deep end for swimming. All around great place to stay!

Myrtle beach

Love the layout of the house. Was perfect for my family. Overall areas were clean, but furniture quite stained and baseboards very dirty.

Wonderful week at the Beach

The house was as advertised! The kids loved the game room and the pool is bigger than the pictures give it credit for. The house is located minutes from everything you need for shopping or dinner. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

All the good parts of Myrtle on the quiet end of Myrtle!

Pros: Finding a dog-friendly rental is always tough so I really appreciated the fenced in yard. The property is close to the beach—literally a 4 min walk. The pool is shaded and nice, with a nice screened in porch. Kitchen is fully furnished, which is a huge plus. Maintenance guy had to come when we had an AC issue in the middle of the night and he was both prompt and responsive. Video games, books, and board games for the kids to play with was a nice addition. Cons: pool was definitely NOT cleaned on Saturday when we checked in. It’s ok bc we cleaned it but it wasn’t. WiFi passwords don’t work and no on can help you until the office opens. The actual info is on the back of the router, so check there. Overall, my kids had a great time. This is a quiet place where you’re close to all the things but still far removed from the drama and hustle and bustle of the strip. The private pool is what sold me on this property and it was perfect for my 7 and 9 year old. Thank you for providing a nice rental in this area!
