This lovely cottage home is just a short block to the beautiful Atlantic blue waters in the Crescent Beach area. This great beach house has been smartly renovated and family friendly details make it summer ready. The vintage charm comes thru in the original knotty pine wood walls and high soaring ceiling, lovely decor, bedding and furnishings, will make for a comfortable coastal getaway.
The kitchen has been smartly updated with full size appliances, quartz countertops. Well stocked with essentials for cooking, or plan a great seafood feast, grilled by the pool. There is a large pantry off the kitchen offering more shelf space for weekly provisions and extra kitchen necessities are perfectly stored. The full-size, front loaded, washer and dryer are also included. The owner provides towels for the pool use but not for beach use.
In total, there are 4 bedrooms, with 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds and 4 Twin beds. The downstairs bedroom with 2 Queens, has its own private bath/shower combo. The downstairs bedroom with 2 Twins, shares a bath (shower stall only) with the downstairs King bedroom. Upstairs is a private main suite with a King bed and a single Twin bed. The main bedroom offers a great remodeled bathroom (shower stall only). Downstairs, in the sun-porch entry, there is an additional day bed (twin) for one extra person.
The living room allows space to gather around the large flat screen TV and relax after your busy day. This lovely beach house comes with a huge fenced-in yard and a private pool. The pool will be open and cleaning services continue thru October. Private pool is not heated. On a normal day, the outside temperature (sunny/cloudy) will determine the daily temperature of the water, The pool is appx. 5 feet at the deepest point.

*Please Note - reservation requires minimum age of 25. Groups must consists of half adults over the age of 25. Adults must be present on property from arrival date to departure date, to supervise and accept responsibility for group.

Enjoy this perfect summer retreat! Bring your bicycles to cruise the neighborhood. You might enjoy renting a golf cart from one of the local vendors -- most will drop off and pick up at your location, and use it to shuttle back and forth to the beach and around town for ice cream excursions in the evening.

We give weekly and monthly discounts. A $1,000 security hold is released 3 days after check out if no damage. Beach towels not provided.

* Minimum rental age is 25 years - groups must consist of half adults over age 25
