We are pet friendly, (2 dog maximum) $100. for the first dog, $50. additional for each dog thereafter. Fees for second dog will be added after booking. No cats please.
We are located on over 2.5 forested acres in the desirable mid-valley. Just a 5-minute drive to Hailey and 10 minutes to Ketchum and the River Run Lodge and Gondola.
The home is a very large (approximately 4,000 square feet) 5 bedroom/4 bath home that sleeps up to16. This home was designed for entertaining many guests. It is comfortably stocked and with so much space, it is perfect place for family and friends to get together.
The property is uniquely designed so that the five bedrooms & a loft fold bed are discretely tucked away from each other, providing plenty of privacy for everyone. There are 3 bedrooms with queen beds and a master bedroom with a king bed. There is also a queen size futon in the loft and an additional studio attached to the garage with a queen bed accommodating 12 guests. We also have 4 folding twin mattresses to you can place on the floor accommodating an extra 4 guests. (great for the kids)
What you will love about this property are the glorious vaulted ceilings with floor to ceiling windows, cozy gas fireplaces & the location and views out onto the seasonal creek. With multiple patios, there is plenty of outside space for entertaining, relaxing in the hot tub, or just playing outside in the glorious Idaho outdoors. All the rooms are spread out so everyone has there own privacy. Have a musician in your group? They will love the 7-foot concert grand piano!
The open living room – dining – kitchen complex (about 1,500 square feet of contiguous space) is the heart of your vacation and entertaining experience. Beautiful dining room table that seats up to 12 and additional kitchen bar seating. Multiple doors provide easy access to brick patios, the barbeque and hot tub, all in a natural wooded setting. In addition, the living room features a 7-foot concert grand piano, foosball table, TV and plenty of seating. This downstairs living space is augmented by a 300 square foot loft overlooking the living room, which provides a quiet place to retreat and talk.
The kitchen is upgraded and well stocked with pot, pans, utensils and dishware for 20. It is open to the dining room where the table seats 12 with additional seating for 6 at the bar. The open floor plan lets the those who are cooking stay connected to the action.
The enormous master suite is located on the second floor, away from other guest rooms. A king bed is warmed by its own fireplace and looks out onto a private balcony nestled in the aspens. The luxurious ensuite master bath features a marble-clad steam shower, jacuzzi tub and architecturally unique flat granite sink. Each of the remaining bedrooms are discretely located and private from the main living spaces, providing the opportunity to relax, read a book or just soak in the location.
For the more introverted guests, one bedroom is completely private, located across the patios with its own private entrance and ensuite bath. Each room has a queen bed and easy access to a bath.
For those of you traveling with kids, we are stocked with baby gates, toys, puzzles, games, pack’n’play, and kids' plastic silverware.
Included is a heated 2+ car garage. While a necessity for keeping your cars out of the snow during the winter, guests have also creatively used the space for indoor games (there is a ping pong table that can be opened), hosting a party (the garage is fully plumbed and has an awesome counter and refrigerator) and storing bikes, skis and all the other things you want to use.

OUTSIDE GROUNDS
Outside is a wonderland of what the Wood River Valley offers. We are on 2+ acres of forested land located on a seasonal creek which usually runs April through October (it has sweet little trout - please get a permit before fishing). There is also a large patio off the Main House with a beautiful hot tub.
Our landscaping was designed by a local landscape architect, and the creek-facing side of the property features expansive patios with unique quartzite bench features, hot tub, BBQ grill, firepit, and a beautiful secluded view of mature aspens. You may be lucky enough to see some wildlife.
EVENTS or PARTIES
We will consider events for up to 20 guest's upon approval. Additional fees apply. Event guests cannot park on property. Must arrange shuttle service.
