Beautifully renovated 3bd, 2bth + bonus room home - 1mi from Downtown Healdsburg / 3min from 20+ wineries. Our spacious & thoughtfully designed home is perfect for families & friends. The home comfortably sleeps 8, incl. a pull-out couch in a fully private bonus room. Everything is brand new! The quiet property is nestled on 3/4 acres w/20+ orchard fruit trees, pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, strong WiFi, 6 bikes w/locks, kids items, board & outdoor games, smart TV's w/Netflix/Disney+, Pets Welcome!

The back patio lounge offers ample seating for watching sports or movies on the 60 inch outdoor TV. You can also relax in the hot tub, swing in the hanging egg chairs, swim in the pool, grill on the BBQ, dine alfresco or play one of the many outdoor games we have available - croquet, badminton, bean bag toss, ladder ball, Giant Jenga & Giant Connect Four.

There is a large living room with a 50 inch TV upon entering the home. The smart TV has complimentary access to Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video, along with access to all of your favorite apps.

The primary bedroom has a King size memory foam bed, a desk for working remotely and an en-suite bath with a shower/tub.

The two additional bedrooms each have brand new Queen memory foam mattresses and share a hallway adjacent bathroom with a standing shower. Cozy, allergen-free linens are offered throughout the house.

The bathrooms are stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers, lotion and soap.

The bonus room, which can be fully closed for privacy, offers a custom bar, wine fridge, shuffle board table, games and toys for kids, pac n'play and high chair for little ones, and a pull out couch with additional foam topper and linens for extra guests.

The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking, baking and hosting needs. Complimentary ground coffee and press, coffee pods, tea and mixers are provided. A welcome snack and oatmeal packets are also offered.

The laundry room has a Washer and Dryer for use, as well as iron, steamer and ironing board.

The garage houses 6 adult bikes with locks for ease of getting around town and to the many nearby wineries.

Hosts did a great job communicating and sending suggestions after booking. They had nice amenities with hot tub, pool, tv/game room location is on one end and so quiet for people who wanted to sleep. Loved the coffee area and other nice touches.

Without a doubt one of the nicest VRBO stays I’ve ever enjoyed! The property is lovely — a huge lot with abundant fruit trees situated on a quiet street a short (maybe 15 min.?) walk to downtown Healdsburg. The interior is decorated/furnished more like a boutique hotel than a vacation rental — spotless, with so many attractive/thoughtful touches (s’more makings, coffee table books, candles, plants, abundant throw pillows/blankets, and even a lighted Christmas tree and holiday decor). The bedrooms are spacious, well-lighted, and have ample storage for clothing. There are two separate living spaces with TVs (not counting the outdoor tv on the patio), so the adults could watch football in one area while the kids watched Bluey in the other. Kitchen is well stocked with everything we could possibly need (inc. nice wine glasses and acrylic drinkware for outside). The bar in the den area is so cool, as are all the fun outdoor offerings — besides the pool and hot tub, there are bikes (with helmets), huge Jenga and Connect 4, croquet, ladder ball, etc. As mentioned, there’s also an outdoor big screen tv, which you can see from the hot tub.Overall, the house is incredible, and the hosts were amazing too. The best communication I’ve ever had from a rental host, very reasonable policies/requests, and when we experienced a problem with the hot tub, they went above and beyond to make it right. Our pup was welcomed and loved the yard. Will absolutely return!

Girls Wine Trip

We had an incredible stay at this newly renovated VRBO. The hot tub was a delightful touch, and the location in town was perfect. The complimentary bikes made exploring easy, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. We only wish we could have extended our stay – highly recommend!

Great Vacation Home

We had a great visit in Healdsburg! This property was the perfect size for two families of four to spread out, and had every appliance and amenity you could want. The outdoor space in particular was amazing, and we spent most of our time enjoying the pool and lawn games in the backyard. The hosts were very communicative and easy to get in touch with. We would definitely stay again!

So comfortable!

It is welcoming and lots of light! Very modern with great art! Feels like you are home, your own home, not someone else’s! And so quiet! I have stayed in many VRBO places but this was the best I have ever found! Loved it!

Moms Weekend

We had a wonderful time staying at Vineyards Edge for our annual mom's trip! The location was excellent. Close to the main square and in a beautiful setting. The house was perfect! Spacious house, very comfortable beds, great gathering spaces, fun outdoor space, good kitchen, and giant backyard with beautiful fruit trees. The concierge team was great at communicating with us and very help! We will be back!

Magical Girls Getaway

This house is beautiful, and so well stocked. I stayed with 5 of my girlfriends for a bday trip, and we had a wonderful time. The property is huge, and lends itself to lots of outdoor time. We grilled outside, enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and lawn games. This would also be a great house to stay with kids, as there is plenty of space to run around. Healdsburg is only a few minutes drive away, or a short bike ride. We spent our time by the river. There are two public beaches - Memorial Beach and Del Rio close by. The house is clean, comfortable, and has great energy. The hosts are extremely communicative and helpful! They answered most of my questions almost immediately. I was really impressed. I will definitely be back!

Anniversary Trip w/pets

My wife and I were looking for a Healdsburg location for a long weekend that could accompany our two small dogs. The property was perfect. It is less than 5 minutes to the downtown square in a beautiful part of town facing vineyards. It has a large fully enclosed backyard to allow our dogs some outside time. The hosts were responsive and helped us maximize our experience.

Awesome house, amazing back yard, great hosts!

This home is amazing! Every amenity, entertainment, and backyard activity has been thought of and included! Tom and Mandi have thought of everything, and were so responsive and easy to work with. My group of friends had such a great time hanging out in the HUGE yard and hot tub. On top of all that, the location is perfect and so easy to get to and from town. We loved the bikes. Cannot recommend Vineyard’s Edge enough!
