Recently renovated and professionally decorated, Shoalwater 705 features lovely décor, porcelain wood-plank flooring throughout, and comfortable furnishings. You will experience amazing gulf views from the living area, master bedroom, and expansive balcony.

The balcony includes a polywood table with seating for 4 plus two Adirondack chairs. The open living area includes comfy seating for 5 with a 65’ Roku smart-TV. The dining table seats 6 plus seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. The well-equipped kitchen includes granite counters, stainless appliances, custom cabinets, and tile backsplash.

The master bedroom features a new plush, upgraded king mattress offering total comfort, balcony access, and a private bath. In the master bedroom, there is a 55' Roku smart-TV. With a queen bed in the second bedroom with a 50' Roku smart-TV, twin-size bunk beds in the third bedroom with a 43' Roku smart TV, and a queen sleeper-sofa in the living area, Shoalwater 705 can accommodate up to 8 guests. The master bath features a large walk-in tile shower. The second bath features a large, deep tub/shower combo surrounded by glass tile. Each bedroom has a TV. This 1260 square foot condo has a full-size washer and dryer and WIFI.

Shoalwater is located in the heart of Orange Beach, near all of the fabulous shopping, dining, and entertainment that the area has to offer. Complex amenities include 3 pools (an outdoor, beachside pool, kiddie pool, and indoor heated pool with hot tub), tennis court, BBQ area, and fitness facility.

Guest Access:
Shoalwater Guests have access to the entire condo common area and amenities.

🅿️Parking: Up to 2 parking passes for the complex come with the reservation. Overflow parking is available at our office (across from complex) for an additional $50.00/ vehicle, subject to availability.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
