This unit has a designated parking space marked 1012 on the bottom level of the garage directly across from the main entrance and elevators. Your 2nd car can be parked in any unmarked space in the parking garage.

This property is perfect for a family beach vacation. The condo has been professionally decorated. The condo allows for all the luxuries of home plus the breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. This complex is located in an area of Orange Beach that is quiet and not crowded. Guests can enjoy the spacious balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico that has entries from the living room and the master suite. The large balcony is wonderful for outside dining or just relaxing in the lounge chairs. The condo has 3 large bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The master suite is beautifully decorated to make you feel right at home with a king bed. The master bath is spacious with a walk-in shower, jetted corner tub and one large closet. The balcony can be accessed from the master suite. There are two other wonderfully decorated bedrooms with king beds. Each with flat screen televisions, their own private baths and balconies overlooking Old River and Ono Island. The living room provides for an exquisite view of the gulf. There is a large sliding glass door for entry to the balcony. There is a 55' flat screen television mounted on the wall for your enjoyment.
Guests that enjoy cooking can make themselves at home in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The large dining room table seats 8 comfortably. There is also a breakfast table and a kitchen bar area for extra seating. Our laundry room equipped with a full size washer and dryer, brooms, mops and other cleaning supplies. It is quite convenient for guests to enjoy the wet bar with the free standing ice pellet machine. The unit offers free wi-fi. There is a parking area marked for Unit 1012 on the ground level in a covered garage. The condominium complex offers many amenities including: both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, sauna/steam rooms, fitness/aerobic room, picnic/cooking pavilion with gas grills, volleyball court, horseshoes, and putting greens for the the golf enthusiast. The business center/conference room has internet access, copier and fax machine available.
