Serendipity is a warm, family friendly home located in the gated Sunrise Beach subdivision next to Gulf Place. With 2,607sq of living (1,890 interior), Serendipity sleeps up to 8 guests and offers 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, multiple porches offering either Gulf or pool views, private fenced, heated pool (heating fee applies, available only March 1st thru May 15th), parking for 3 cars ONLY, Wi-Fi, private neighborhood boardwalk to beach and a short walk to the delightful restaurants, eclectic shops and colorful galleries of local 30A artists in Gulf Place. Daily beach service set-up (4 chairs, 2 umbrellas) is included with your rental!

Please NOTE - On-street parking is prohibited in the neighborhood. Golf carts are allowed, but must be parked in the driveway of the home only and counts as one vehicle toward parking maximum.

It is not recommended to heat the pool in colder weather, as heaters will not be able to heat to the desired setting as ambient temperatures fall below 50 degrees. This was our second time to stay at serendipity house and fourth trip to Santa Rosa beach and we cannot get enough. This house is clean and so close to the beach! Makes it so easy! Coming in may the weather was fantastic and the beach was gorgeous as always! So sad to leave but we know we will be back again soon!

Absolutely perfect in every way!

I can't begin to describe how wonderful our week was. The home was perfect and just steps to the beautiful beach. Everything was amazing... from the check-in process, to the decor, to the location and the list goes on. The pool was great as well. Such a beautiful neighborhood so close to everything. We rented a golf cart and I didn't get into our rental car once! We will definitely be back!!!

Great place for family of 6

This was the perfect house for our family of 6. Sons had a room to share daughters each had their own space and the master was great. Pool was bigger then most and hid you from the sun when you needed it. We have never stayed in Santa Rosa always further east on 30A and this is our new home. Way better area much less crowded great food options and golf at sandestin was fantastic. Overall great expereince and customer service.

We've all had a great vacation, sad to leave!!The house was perfect, home from home with all the comforts and amenities!! 360 Blue were great with communication and addressing our needs! Location was fantastic, so close to the beach and restaurants and things to do, trail rides highly recommended at Arnett's. Top floor was great for taking in the evening sun and watching approaching storms! We will be back!!

The house was great with plenty of room for all. Great pool. Walking distance to several shops and restaurants. The only issue was with restaurants Not allowing take out or delivery especially with Covid still prevalent. Kinda forced one to dine in. But we did not let that deter our visit.

We enjoyed our stay at sunrise beach ! Top floor had some beautiful views of the ocean! The bottom and top floor stayed cool but the second floor never seemed to cool off . There was some mold in the master bathroom around the bottom of soap shelf . Other than that it was clean and convenient !

Very clean, roomy and excellent access to the beach. Large TV in the main room near kitchen with open space made it family friendly. 3 different porches also provided personal space. Short walk to the retail on 30A nice for the kids. Pool at the house was private and a nice backup to the beach. Homes in the neighborhood are a little close to each other, with people loud at times, but manageable. We had 7 people and would rent this home again.

Another great week on 30A!!! This has been our third year staying at Serendipity. Our family just loves it. It's a great, clean house with super amenities. We cooked in almost every night and found the kitchen had everything we needed. Each bedroom is spacious for our family needs and the attached bathrooms are just perfect. The third floor view is breathtaking. We enjoyed several evenings there. The walk to the beach is convenient from the house. It's also a close walk to all the Santa Rosa shops and not a far drive from the Silver Sands outlets. Another fabulous trip, can't wait to return.

Book it now! This is a wonderful choice!!!

If you want a lovely home, truly walking distance to a lovely beach, well- equipped kitchen, well-furnished, wonderful private beach, private pool that is big enough to really enjoy, and walking distance to restaurants and shopping - then this is your place! The private beach and included chairs are wonderful - truly is close enough to walk back and forth to the house for lunch, snacks, etc. The four included bikes and great for riding around the neighborhood and to restaurants and shopping. Our 12 year olds could ride them - they are about 4' 11" tall. Anyone shorter would probably need a smaller kid's bike. The kitchen is very well-stocked with most anything you would need - we cooked several meals and had plenty of utensils, pots/pans, bowls, even some pyrex for leftovers. The owner and local property manager are wonderful - very responsive - we had one minor issue with the AC and they had it taken care of in under 2 hours! While there - walk over to the Gulf Place center- around the back is a neat area with local vendors selling unique items. We also highly recommend Shunk Gulley's and PecanJacks Ice cream! The neighborhood is quiet overall, sometimes heard neighbors in the evening but nothing loud or bothersome at all. Overall I highly recommend this home with no reservations! I thoroughly research when booking vacation rentals - (probably too much!) - and I can definitely say quit looking - this place is great - we would absolutely stay there again!

Amazing vacation home

We absolutely loved this home and property. The house was extremely clean and beautifully decorated with lots of extras included, pool toys, chairs, fishing nets, etc. We loved the pool and pool area, very clean and private. The home was super close to the beach and the beach was gorgeous, access was right at the end of the street. We loved the rooftop patio for beautiful views and relaxing with cocktails. Very family friendly area. We canā€™t wait to return next year, highly recommend!

Nice property beautiful home

The house is a little smaller than anticipated but it worked well. The only thing is that there was dog hair all over the rugs snd floor. I had to vacuum and sweep several times Iā€™m glad we are not allergic dog hair.

Perfect location. Great house. Not over decorated so relaxing with small children.

The pool is a great size. The house is designed perfect for privacy for multi generational family vacation. The kitchen has everything and the front porch is perfect for a shaded outside lunch. Super clean. The house is as advertised, no surprises. The beach is beautiful and being private means your not crowded. I loved my trip and already making plans fir next year. Thank you Serendipity!!!!

Our vacation was wonderful as was Serendipity! We loved the location, and appreciated the beach chairs being set up for us each day. Serendipity is centrally located near it all, a quick minute walk to the beach, or a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants in Gulf Place. We also appreciated the beach cruiser bikes that were provided and the private pool. The only thing missing was pot holders for cooking and kitchen towels, other than that the house was well stocked.

PERFECT location

Could not say enough nice things about this trip. Giving 4/5 stars for accuracy just to note the kitchen and pool fence have been updated - new and improved and the pictures donā€™t do it justice. Could stray renters away if they are looking for certain asthetic. House is 100 steps to the beach access, we counted. Huge plus with kids. The water pressure in the showers could definitely be better as you want some power in there after a long day at the beach. Would be nice if the outside dining table had an umbrella for some shad al fresco. And bewareā€”the side porch/steps to the house from the pool get dangerously hot. If you are barefoot and rush in it will still burn you but there is a handy hose and shower right next to it. Just remember to hose it off before walking up. We will for sure be back to this location. We loved it.
