Check-in and check-out were effortless and our host at the desk made taking care of the parking pass a piece of cake! The unit was well maintained and comfortable but there were several issues that were less than acceptable. The ice maker had two lights indicating the need to clean it and replace the filter. A note was left on it from a previous occupant that led us to believe that we were not the first to encounter this. Additionally, the refrigerator ice maker was not working correctly, although we did manage to cox it into working some while we were there. We are used to having a good selection of family oriented games any time we stay at Phoenix West but that was not the case this time. We were frustrated while getting the TVs to work. It was an adventure, with remotes not properly marked and dead batteries. We did manage to get the the ones in the main living area and the front right bedroom working, but the one in the master suite never would come on, even though the power lights for both the system and the TV were on. As far as the rest of the kitchen is concerned the ladies were surprised that there was not a paring knife. The last real downer was that even though there is a nice jetted tub in the master, the jets didn't work.The last item worth noting was the railing for the screen door to the patio is broken. That certainly makes the screen door fairly ineffective. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay and the furniture and beds were very comfortable.
