Heated pool, BBQ, half basketball court and several outdoor seating areas including an area with fireplace .Fenced in yard with a Koi pond and fields beyond with an abundance of wildlife to look at. Plenty of room to stretch out or take a walk through miles of trails and bike paths. Ten minute ride to downtown Edgartown or Oak Bluffs.

We had a lot of fun here. The property, the pool, and the location are all amazing. One thing I underestimated was the number of linens we needed to bring. If you're like me, you want to bring more than one set of towels and beach towels, as well as at least three or four hand towels.

Wonderful vacation

The property was perfect for our family. Spacious, clean, enough bedrooms, wide open kitchen, pool. We were far enough away from town but close enough too. Right on bike path. Minutes from MV airport. Centrally located from Edgartown, Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven.

The home is more beautiful than the photos! Our ladies group thoroughly enjoyed the home and amenities. The host was also very responsive and helpful! Close proximity to the airport and Oak Bluffs was the cherry on top!

Large Private home, perfectly situated on the outskirts of Edgar town

This house is an amazing property to be with your family. The backyard is amazing along with the black pool provided a wonderful setting for our reunion. it would helpful for the host to suggest cleaning services, chefs, but especially the linen companies from which to rent the linens as none are provided.

Great house for family vacation

This is a wonderful house, near Edgartown, with plenty of room for adults and children, a lovely pool, and a large kitchen. This was our second visit, and we look forward to returning a third time.

Absolutely fantastic place! The owner is very nice and the house had everything you could want for eight adults and eight children from one to fourteen. Huge kitchen double refrigerators double dishwashers great range. Very comfortable beds and living spaces. The yard is a great place to play games go swimming in a big heated pool and watch the deer and wildlife. Just simply very enjoyable!

Spacious and Scenic

We enjoyed our stayed at Deirdre’s home. Our kids especially loved seeing the wildlife and playing on the basketball court and swings.

Lovely Oasis in the middle of the island!

We had a wonderful time at this great house. Three generations but the house has spaces for everyone. Fabulous pool, lovely manicured yard, and centrally located so just minutes to Edgartown, Oak Bluffs or Vineyard Haven. So calm and peaceful. Highly recommend it!!

Incredible place to make memories!

We absolutely loved our stay. We came to celebrate some major milestones and left with great memories. From swimming in the pool at sunset to watching the deer that frolicked on the property, cozy meals made in the kitchen and cheers around the large dining tables, cards and even watching a movie together, the house felt better than home. Not to mention the owners were easy to communicate with and took care of everything easily.

Magnificent

Glorious in every way

I can't describe how happy we all were to stay at this magnificent estate. The home is clean, updated, and comfortable. There is space for 14 people with ease. We had an amazing time making smores and drinking at the outdoor fireplace, swimming in the beautiful heated pool, and even playing a game of one on one basketball on their private court while the kids drew with sidewalk chalk. It's truly a dream! Just remember you are responsible for linens and towels.

Perfect Family Stay

There were three generations aged 16 - 80 gathered for a family reunion/trip. Deidre’s house was the perfect venue. Spacious, comfortable and bright in a gorgeous setting and an incredibly convenient location. Highly recommend!

Dream rental! Beautiful large home in gorgeous serene setting

Huge estate property with plenty of space and privacy for our big group. Enormous well-equipped kitchen, lots of baths, lovely pool and fenced rear yard. Great location for getting to all parts of the island. Owner is wonderful to work with.

Spectacular Week at the Vineyard

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at Deirdre's property. There really are no words for this. It's gorgeous. The kitchen is huge & spacious with everything you would need. The bedrooms are massive with so much sleeping space. The backyard is immaculate with the pool and the yard. We were overjoyed. We have been going to the Vineyard for years but this house stands out from all of the rest and it made our week the best one we ever had. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful house!

Exceeding Expectations in Edgartown

You never know for sure what you will find when you get to a vacation rental. This property surpassed our expectations. Our multigenerational family was comfortable, and delighted, with multiple rooms and well furnished outdoor spaces to explore and enjoy. Our hosts, Deirdre and Mark, were responsive to all incidental questions and made us feel most welcome and relaxed. The kitchen and outdoor spaces are much larger than they appear in the photos. There are excellent heating and AC systems, if needed. We couldn’t have found a better place on the Vineyard to spend our time together and from which to explore the island. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Property

This property is amazing. The pictures didn’t do this place justice. The house is at the end of private road with massive lush yard that gives your party plenty of space to run around in. The fireplace outside is great for gathering at night and making s’mores. Overall, we really enjoy our stay at this house and Deidre was very responsive.

Georgeous, Comfortable Edgartown Rental

A large group of us recently stayed here over Labor Day weekend for a wedding. The house and grounds were beautiful and everyone was comfortable in the ample bedrooms available. Number of baths were perfect accommodations for the 15 people that stayed in the home. The outdoor space was amazing. Great pool and patio with fireplace. We enjoyed watching the turkeys that welcomed us to the home. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed (kuerig, utensils, large range, ice maker, etc). We appreciated the separate freezer and fridge as we had ample room for all our beverages and food for the entire weekend. Wifi in the house was also great. We took ubers to get all around the island and felt the home was very conveniently located. Deirdre the owner was amazing and very responsive to any questions we had. Overall great stay. We chose this rental over others as this was one of the few we could find on the island that weekend that didn't have a 7 night min requirement, which was perfect as we only needed it for 4 nights. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, private home for a large group.

This is an amazing rental for a large group. The house is beautiful, spacious, and private. The pool and fire pit areas were perfect places to socialize. The seven bedrooms were lovely and the kitchen was a fantastic place to gather. The house is located inland but is a short 10 minute drive to Edgartown. It is also close to bike trails and super close to the airport. Deirdre was wonderful to work with and was always quick to respond. A few helpful hints for future renters... You are responsible for bringing your own towels and sheets. MV Clambakes is just a few minutes away and was an easy way to feed our group. Morning Glory farm is a short drive or bike ride down the road. Overall, an amazing home that I highly recommend.
