Charming vintage home in the heart of Edgartown Village on a quiet one-way street, with newly added addition and pool! Parking Downtown Edgartown- Priceless! Walk to Shops/Movies/Restaurants/Fuller Street Beach. Wireless Hi-Speed Internet! New Additions Include - New Patio/Pool Area with Huge Outdoor Shower & Weber Grill, Breakfast Room, Sun Room with Wood Burning Fireplace, New Master Suite, Sitting Area on 2nd Floor, 1st floor Laundry area & 1/2 Bath. Driveway parking space for two cars.

Layout of Inside House:
1st floor Living Room Dining Room, Eat-In Kitchen with Breakfast Area & peninsula, Bedroom with Queen bed, bathroom with shower stall. 2nd floor- Full Bath with cast iron tub/shower, Bedroom with Full Bed, Bedroom with (2) Twin beds, Loft Area with Apple TV & Cozy Sofa, Private Master Suite with King Bed, Marble Bath with frame-less Walk In Shower and Marble-topped double sink vanity.

Available to tenants: beach chairs/umbrellas/toys, boogie boards, coolers, adult bikes, child bike, 1 bike trailer.

Beautiful property in a gorgeous town

We were a group of 5-7 family members and we all had a comfortable and relaxed stay. We highly recommend the property. The pool was definitely a delight.

DREAMY Edgartown location!

We had a wonderful stay at Tina’s home. This was our 12th visit to the island, and it’s easily our favorite house and location so far. A classic in-town home with thoughtful, modern updates - super clean, comfortable, and full of charm. We loved being able to walk down Main Street multiple times a day. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming, and Tina was incredibly responsive and accommodating before and during our stay. We hope to return!

Great Location - Walk around Edgartown

Beautiful home. We had a great stay. It is perfectly located to walk to restaurants and shopping in Edgartown. The house itself is on a quiet street but close to everything. The pool is a great bonus. We loved staying here. Thank you!

Great Family Vacation

In-town Dream

Charming old home in the Edgartown style of old home, which is to say, fabulous! There is a seamless and stylish addition and beautiful pool. The location cannot be beat on a quiet street very close to downtown. Our 6 adults loved it. Great spaces to be together or off on our own if we chose. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was immaculate. Location perfect. Hosts responsive and lovely. Edgartown is a gem. We had an amazing time and plan to return to this house on annual basis. Wonderful memories were made and looking forward to making many more!

We just love the location and the house if perfect! Plenty of room to spread out and we did not have the chance to use the pool, due to weather. Would have loved a hot tub. Tina was terrific and so easy to work with and we definitely will come back! Thank you!

50th Year Wedding Anniversary ..Family Celebration

The Property has a feeling of welcoming. They Family felt relaxed and right at home. Beautiful grounds/pool. Location is perfect for either walking to store or driving to beaches near by. My husband and I are in our 70's and had no problem accessing the pool or any room in the house. Our agent Tina, helped me with any questions I had and it was a pleasure working with her. Already trying to plan a return visit!

Amazing location and great amenities

We enjoyed a week at the home with my older parents, my husband and two teenagers. The location was awesome for everyone in our group. Close walk to town, restaurants and stores. The house had everything to cook with which was a plus. The weather wasn’t great for the beach so the pool was a fantastic alternative since it was still hot out. The homeowner outfitted the house with a ton of beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes and even beach towels. We will definitely be back again!

Wedding weekend

What a fabulous house!!! Wish I could have stayed longer. It had everything - amazing kitchen, great hang out spaces inside and out, a POOL, comfy beds, walking distance to everywhere. Truly a perfect rental! Hoping to get the opportunity to rent again. I love the Vineyard and was so happy to have found that property. And the hostess was so easy and flexible to work with. 5 stars!

Best House! Best Host!

The house is cozy and warm - we immediately felt at home! It's spacious with several seating areas for movement and flow of guests. Outfitted to perfection with cooking supplies, bikes, beach chairs, pool towels, more than one laundry facility, comfy outdoor pool/patio and lovely flowering plants - all visually pleasing and comfy. . Easy walk to town and harbor. And best of all, the host, Tina, was fantastic! Both she and the property manager were attentive and responsive to our needs. All Good!!! Totally Bueno! Thank you, Tina! .

The Perfect Vacation

We have been enjoying the Vineyard and what it has to offer for the past 19 years. It’s a special place for our family. For the past four years we had the good fortune to experience the Vineyard by staying at the charming in-town home on 8 Green Avenue in Edgartown. Having spent time in various towns and homes on the island I can truly say this is a wonderful location and home. You are in walking distance to beaches, restaurants and shops. It’s the best equipped house, for enjoying an at home dinner to playing at the beach or cycling to explore the island, they have all that one could desire. If you’re planning a stay on this majestic island this is the perfect location to experience your vacation. We look forward to many more years and memories. Thank you to the wonderful owners for opening their home to our family. This is a must to experience.

Lovely Gem in Edgartown

This was a trip for 3 generations of my family. We’ve been renting houses on the Vineyard for 7 or 8 years and this was far and away our favorite for the following reasons: 1. Location: we were a 5-10 minute walk from all our favorite restaurants, shops and ice cream places, but the quiet street made it feel far away from the bustle. 2. Comfort/Space: the home had everything we knew we wanted and much more (space for our group of 6 to be together and nooks for people to retreat; a well-appointed kitchen, a wonderful heated pool, books, indoor and outdoor games, bikes, beach stuff…) 3. Our host was great about communicating prior to arrival and throughout our stay, but all I needed to tell her during the week was how much we were enjoying ourselves. We could tell a lot of love was poured into the property and we felt like pampered guests. 12 thumbs up!
