Want to be smack dab in the middle of everything: a short walk to Katama General Store, walk to Edgartown, and a South Beach that is down the street! This is a perfect stay for a family with kids -- or couples who love hanging out in a quiet sanctuary.

Our home is very comfortable, inside and out. The private backyard has a large patio to laze out on by the swimming pool -- and a landscaped backyard big enough for ballgames for your kids and family!

This house is the perfect location, steps from the Katama General Store, 1 mile to Edgartown, and 2 miles to South Beach. Right on -- seriously, right on -- the bike path. Has game room downstairs with ping-pong table and entertainment center. Very comfortable bedrooms with an en suite for every bedroom! Also boasts two laundry rooms to help your family stay clean!

We have a circular driveway for safety, but do be careful coming out because the Edgartown-South Beach Bike Path runs right in front of the house.

Family trip

Came to the Vineyard with our five kids grandma and five year-old niece. Wonderful house and the host was incredibly responsive. Location and cleanliness were great. Would definitely rent again.

Awesome Katama rental!

Immaculate and beautiful new home. Plenty of space for our family of six (four teens) to spread out and enjoy. Pool a definite bonus. Perfect location, situated between Edgartown and South Beach. Stuart could not have been a more responsive and communicative host!

Amazing place to celebrate my 50th

This property is fantastic. So clean and bright. Everything is brand new. We never left. We just cooked in, cooked out and enjoyed the property. It is fully stocked with everything you need. Stuart was so responsive to us and Zach was great. This weekend vacation surpassed our expectations. Will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Amazing new property and great with kids.

Super place. I mean -- fantastic place. We absolutely loved the interior: the bedrooms are light-filled -- and everything is new and immensely comfortable. And the two laundry rooms made the stay very, especially with active children. The basement is a cool hang-out place for kids when the weather isn't cooperating, and the backyard is absolutely stellar. Super perfect. We simply loved the place: location, pool, everything. So close to town -- and really close to the beach. The host was very easy to work with and the new is brand new and clean. A real, top-shelf experience.

Absolutely wonderful

Loved everything about this house! It was perfect for our group of six - plenty of room to spread out but also plenty of places to hang out together. The pool and backyard are amazing, and the rec room in the basement (ping pong, large screen tv, comfy furniture) is a huge bonus. The beds are very comfortable (as is all the furniture!) and the kitchen and bathrooms were immaculately clean and fully stocked with plenty of soap and dish detergent and toilet paper. The location is great - an easy walk or bike ride to Edgartown center in one direction, or the beach in another. I honestly can't say enough good things about this house - by far one of the best we've ever rented. And Stuart was very communicative and responsive. An A+ experience all around.

Impeccable house, Amazing hosts, Perfect location! Can’t wait to return!

This house is absolute perfection! The impeccable attention to every detail is beyond excellent. The stylishly, elegant appointments throughout this house are unreal, yet everything is so comfy, too. It is truly immaculate! It is full of natural light thanks to the many windows, and the location is second to none! We enjoyed ping pong games in the finished basement, corn hole games on the sprawling, beautiful back lawn, and lots of time on the gorgeous back bluestone patio and in the pool. We love this house so much! Not to mention walks and biking on the bike path running right out front. Make a right for a quick 2 mile walk/bike/run to beautiful South Beach or a left for a 1 mile walk/bike/run to Edgartown shops. Our family of 5 (3 teens) had a truly amazing time and cannot wait to return. Stuart is an excellent communicator, friendly, and accommodating. This experience was a true pleasure in every way. Thank you, Stuart!

Slice of heaven for all the family!

Amazing home, in a fantastic setting. We wanted to get away from it all and THIS WAS IT! This place is fantastic!!! Everything is brand-new, modern, and immaculate. We absolutely loved this place: the house, the pool, the yard. Everything was super: the living room is an amazing space, the bedrooms are very comfortable and well-decorated, and the kitchen area and the basement entertainment area are amazing. A great home for our group, with space for everyone to hang out and spread out. Beyond the house was a backyard setting that was perfect!!! The patio, the pool, the huge yard. The overall setting was really calm and we could have stayed here for the duration, in the pool, at the outdoor table or just with a book and the new lounge chairs. Finally, the location was perfect. Located between Edgartown Village and the beach, we could walk either way quite easily. Fantastic local restaurants, and beautiful beach made this more worthwhile. We’re absolutely coming back when we can stay longer and will very much look forward to staying here again! Thanks Stuart for being a great host, and responsive to anything we needed.

Martha's Vineyard Katama Heaven!

Imagine that you've just opened the door to your new home for the first time. The front entry greets you as you step inside. Immaculate hardwood floors throughout lead to the main living area, overstuffed couches, fireplace and large flatscreen above for easy viewing. Many hours of Scrabble and boardgames played here.To the right is a spacious kitchen, center island and all the kitchen amenities needed for large family meals at the dining table for 8 or at the counter for 4. High ceiling throughout give an added sense of openess. However most compelling is the view outside where an 81 degree heated saltwater pool, patio lounge chairs and huge lawn provide hours of fun. Even during our fall visit with unsettled weather and a crispness in the air didn't hinder our enjoyment of these features. The top floor primary bedroom, bath with soaking tub, large shower, dual vanities were a place to rejuvenate at the end of a long day or the beginning of a new morning. With an additional bedroom, twin beds, laundry room on the 2nd floor, 1st floor bedroom and full bath and full floor basement with bunk beds, ping pong table and media center, this 4000 sq ft home could easily accommodate 2 or more families. With wet feet, an outdoor shower and separate entry mudroom and laundry room provide a practical way to live outdoors/indoors with an entourage of youngsters. South Beach, Morning Glory Farm, Edgartown all close by. We loved our stay. Stuart was a delight to communicate with.

We love the walkability of the neighborhood and the ease with which you can get on the bike trail. Getting to Edgartown is a glorious walk (or a short drive), and it's easy to get anywhere on the island easily from Katama.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Few other properties have such a great and private setting -- and yet so close to town, beach, and the rest of the island. Not far from golf -- and of course, any activities.

On the inside, we have a great gathering space for everyone, but also very comfortable, private bedrooms. And if you need to wash anything, we have two sets of washers and dryers.

The place is professionally-cleaned, so your week will always start for you in the best frame of mind.
