Welcome to your perfect mountain retreat! This newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers everything you need to feel at home. Enjoy stunning gondola views from nearly every window and let adventure inspire your stay.



Relax in the cozy living room after a day of exploration, where you can enjoy a movie by the gas fireplace with provided cable TV. Gather around the 4-seater dining table to share meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring updated appliances and all the essentials for cooking. Start your day with a fresh brew from the 5-cup drip-style coffee maker and savor your morning coffee on the private balcony.



A full-sized washer and dryer are available in the unit, and we provide detergent for your convenience.



Unwind in the community’s year-round hot tubs or, in the warmer months, take a dip in the pool (open Memorial Day through late summer). The community also features grills, picnic tables, a fire pit, and a playground for family fun. (Note: grilling equipment is not provided.)



For heating, baseboard heaters keep the condo warm and cozy. While there is no air conditioning, fans are provided to draw in cool mountain air during summer nights.

Parking: Free parking for up to two vehicles.



Transportation: Access Steamboat's adventures with ease via the free city bus, conveniently located at the community entrance (Stop #116, Shadow Run).

Transportation: With the free city bus stop (#116) located near the entrance of the community, you have access to endless adventures right at your doorstep at no cost. Use the green or orange line to get to downtown Steamboat or Gondola Square.



Other Things to Note:

The Gondola Viewhaus is located on the second floor and does not have an elevator.



There is no air conditioning at this listing.



In the event that the HOA requires repairs for any amenities or fireplace, we are unable to guarantee the use of these items during your stay. We do not have control over any closures, cleaning days, or any other reasons for them to not be open for guests. If these are very important to you for your stay, kindly reach out to our team to ensure they are going to be open during your visit. The fireplace is only available during ski season months.
