Spring break 2017

The condo was very nice. Perfect size for my family and the view was great. Close to beaches, restaurants and shops. I did have a problem with the dishwasher wouldn't work. Called to complain. The maintenance guy came out and slammed the dishwasher door and said it was working fine. Caught him at the door to tell him it comes on but wouldn't run water. Never did repair it. With 4 teenagers they like to eat. But overall great spot!

We stayed in a different unit both summers of ‘21 and ‘22 and wish we had gone back to that same unit. When we walked in it was very stinky like stale cigarette smoke and mold and the supply 8 bath towels for 8 people was pathetic. Mgt sent plenty of extra towels and a maintenance guy replaced the BLACK air filter and left us with air freshener plug ins. The ice machine was filthy, so we cleaned it and then it stopped working. They sent a countertop unit that made 12 tiny cubes every 30 minutes. The kitchen cabinets needed a wipe down. There was a full broken glass in the dishwasher. The hall bath shower curtain had a large blue stain. The living room furniture looked old and soiled. The deck furniture was subpar with paper thin cushions and with the glass missing from the table - it was pretty useless. We really didn't appreciate only 4 dishwasher pods, 1 dishtowel, 1 dishcloth, 4 clothes washer pods, 1 paper towel, 2 trash bags, and 8 paper thin beach towels for our one week stay. We purchased what we needed to get through the week and left behind what we didn’t use - hopefully the next guests get to use it. We cannot recommend this unit and we will be careful not to rent again from any unit managed by Florida Beach Rental.

Wonderful week in clearwater

The condo is so spacious and the layout is so nice. Everything was clean and the view is beautiful. We loved watching the dolphins in the morning. We will definitely be back again!

This unit was absolutely beautiful, super clean

This unit was absolutely beautiful, super clean all furniture very nice and well appointed very comfortable beds, we couldn't be happier. It's couple minutes walking distance to the beach and right next to all the restaurants and shops, perfect location. We love this unit and we will back to stay here again for sure in the same unit.

Absolutely beautiful Condo! The furnishings were lovely and decorated with a peaceful and relaxing tone. The large king bed in the master suite was very comfortable. We were accidentally locked out of our condo on a Monday evening and the maintenance supervisor resolved it very quickly. The rental management staff was also very easy and friendly to work with and also accommodated us with a late check out. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Really Nice Condo

This is a really nice condo, good location and we’ll equipped. It’s only a short walk to the beach and the balcony provides a great view of the bay. Covered parking area is also a nice feature.

Unit is very spacious and well equipped. My only suggestion would be to replace the beach towels, especially for travelers like us who travel long distance and have limited luggage space. View from unit is very beautiful and peaceful, love seeing the dolphins in the AM.

Condo is okay--a few things to be replaced

The view is incredible. The condo is spotless. However, there are a few things that are old and need to be replaced such as the mattresses in the bedrooms, bedroom pillows, and living room furniture. Although there are beach chairs and an umbrella available in the condo there isn't any beach towels---bring or buy your own.

Wonderful Condo

We loved this condo for its spaciousness, tile floors instead of wall-to-wall carpeting in bedrooms, and the fact that it has queen beds in additional rooms instead of some twins as most properties have. Also it had a full size washer and dryer instead of the smaller 2-in-1 unit that so many places favor. There were a few minor issues but the rental company addressed them immediately. We would definitely stay in this condo again and appreciate Florida Beach Rental for always providing excellent customer service.

Beautiful View

The View of the Harbor is beautiful! Upon arrival we found the condo to be spotless, nicely decorated and very spacious. We would have liked a few more kitchen items (spatulas, cookie sheet, more frying pans), but we made do with what we had. One problem was there is a note to keep the thermostat on 72 degrees or the a/c unit would freeze up. It was fine during the day but the nights were stuffy. Florida beach rentals were excellent to work with, very accommodating. We will be back next year!

A wonderful property in a great location.

A wonderful property in a great location. You get to enjoy the beach, shops and dining while also feeling secluded because it's so quiet. The security is great, we never felt unsafe with a gate for entering the parking (covered VERY NICE) and security code just to enter into the building. The view of the Harbor is amazing, especially the sun setting and rising.

Great for Spring Training vacation!

Stayed here while attending spring training games. Condo was larger than it looks in the photos, very spacious, spotlessly clean and well stocked. Gorgeous view and a walk- able distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. Only comment would be that the third bedroom looked like it was originally meant to be a study or something, as it had no closet. This wouldn't be a big issue if there was a dresser in the room instead of a T.V. wall unit. There was no place to put out any of your belongings, and no place to put a suitcase except on the floor, and if you are there for a week, it starts to be an inconvenience. Other than that, we LOVED this place and would definitely rent there again!

The Harborview Grande units are fantastic and yes, the third bedroom does seem set up to be a home office or study. I will send a not to the owners regarding a dresser. This is a new rental unit and the owners are keen on making it sparkle. Thank you for the review!

Awesome!!

It's a beautiful place. Love the condo. Great location. Also so pleasant to set on the balcony and overlook the bay. Only thing I see is the bedrooms need some mirrors for getting ready. But hey we will be back. This is our 2nd time staying here. My friends all love it to here.
