Welcome to our new modern home in Everett. Your family or friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Boeing airport and Boeing Museum is 5 min a way. Super convenient location with 3 mins from groceries and all local bars and restaurants. Our home is in a privet location, close to Seattle (30min) and close to three Biggest Casinos in Northwest (30min). There is Flying Squirrel trampoline park for kids (5 min a way) , Mukilteo beach and Waterfront.
The space
The home is fully furnished with High-Speed WIFI

The living room is furnished with a seating area, TV and coffee table with family games, pillows and cozy throw.

The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all the convenient items to make your stay more comfortable. Pots and Pans, Dishware/Flatware, Knife Set, Kids Dinnerware/Flatware, Toaster, Instant Pot. Mixer, Nespresso Coffee Maker and coffee capsules, Tea Kettle. The kitchen is stocked with enough supplies for 8 people.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, nightstands, lamps, full body standing mirror, hangers, and shelves in the closet . Master bedroom has a work space this table. Brand new bedding and towels. The shower includes shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, and other essentials.

Guest bedroom 1 has a queen-sized bed, lamp, and hangers in the closet.

Guest bedroom 2 with twin over full bunk bed with trundle, ladder and safety guardrail for kids, side table, lamp and hangers in the closet.

Both bathrooms have bath towels, hand towels, soap, shampoo & conditioner. A blow-dryer and other essentials are all provided.

Pack & play, crib , a highchair and other infant/toddler items are available upon request.

The backyard area includes a BBQ .

Guests have access to everything in the unit.

Other things to note
If you are traveling with a big company, we have two more units available if you would all like to stay in the same place. This triplex has another unit with a 2 bedroom and another unit has 3 bedrooms.

Additionally, if you are traveling with a child or an infant, please let us know what essentials you need. We will do our best to make them available for you to make your trip more comfortable.
