Rehoboth Beach 6 BR In-Town Dog Friendly~Walk Everywhere ~Made Beds Included!

We started renting our Philadelphia Street home in 2012. We then used it as a family for several years, and now we are opening it up for rent in the summer of 2025 for a limited period. We will update our calendar as soon as we have our family's schedule. We will also add/update first floor photos as it is undergoing some facelifts this winter.

Pack your swimsuit, sunscreen, and come to the beach! We offer everything you need, from beach chairs and boogie boards, to premium toiletries, upgraded bed linens, bath towels and beach towels. We know that you expect pampering while on vacation, and we strive to provide the extra touches that set us apart from the rest!

This is our second home; lovingly decorated in a colorful coastal-style with our favorites including Lilly Pulitzer and other premium cotton bedding, reclining chairs, and comfortable sofas. We are located just over 2 blocks to the famous boardwalk and beach, and 2 blocks to Rehoboth Avenue, the center of town. You can park your car in our 3-car driveway, and put the keys away until it's time to go home. Rehoboth Beach is home to over 100 restaurants and unique shopping within walking distance of Philadelphia Street.

Our spacious 15' X 20' screened porch with a ceiling fan is perfect for your morning coffee, dining al fresco, curling up with a book, playing board games at the table, or enjoying an afternoon of frozen blended drinks and appetizers.

Our kitchen is equipped with fun dishes and serving pieces in addition to every utensil, pan, or griddle your creative cook needs, and we have a Weber gas grill outside.

Dining: Please note that our dining seats 8 in kitchen area. Our porch seats 6. If you all dine at home, you will be split up.

The home has hardwoods and ceramic tile throughout.

We are dog friendly! We welcome one well-behaved housebroken adult doggie when you visit (owner approval and pet fee applies). We have a crate and bed for your convenience, as well as leashes and bowls to borrow, a jar of treats for our canine guests, and flashlights for your late night walks. You and your pooch will enjoy the roomy yard with a rear privacy fence and side/front 3-4 ft fence.

Our posted rates include normal departure cleaning and linens (bed, bath, beach). We use our home, and it is well-maintained. We also provide laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, hand soap, toiletries in the baths, TP and paper towels for your stay (not just starters). In the kitchen you will find aluminum foil, baggies, saran wrap, and all the convenience items you use to pack for your stay at the beach.

Cleaning: We have consistently received 5-star reviews at this property as well as the property we sold on Laurel Street. Our cleaner has been with us for 7 years, never disappoints, and needs the full alloted time to clean, so we cannot assist with early arrivals or late departures.

Please note: if you plan to bring any animals, please include that information in your inquiry, as well as the number of guests. Our maximum occupancy is 12, and all ages count in our occupancy. Our price and amenities are for a maximum of 12 guests (age 2 and up) and 3 cars.

Reserve: 1/2 due at booking, balance due 60 days prior to arrival. $1,000 security deposit is fully refundable if no damage. There are no guaranteed refunds for cancellation. We refund only if we re-book at same rate, minus $300 cancellation fee. Please refer to contract regarding our cancellation policy and recommendation for trip insurance for those who require a refund if they cancel.
