Perfect for the family: quiet cove, private beach, hot tub, boat slips and more!

This house speaks for itself - located in a quiet cove near mile marker 51 on the Lake of the Ozarks, you will be greeted with stunning views and all the amenities a family could need and more! There is something for everyone.

The inside is meticulously maintained and cleaned. It includes two master bedrooms (main floor and upstairs) and two downstairs bedrooms. If those bedrooms aren't enough then there are plenty of other sleeping spaces including a kids bunk in the main floor master bedroom (perfect for the little ones that need a quiet, dark space), a bed in the upstairs loft living room and another pull out in the downstairs living room. This house can sleep up to 16 adults comfortably! The kitchen is fully stocked and there is also a downstairs bar area if additional space is needed.

If you are more active you might enjoy jumping off the diving platform, using the water slides or the beach toys. When you are ready to relax you can enjoy the hot tub, white sand beach, hammock or lounge on the gorgeous two story deck.

This home also has a private boat ramp on the property as well as two open dock slips, one will hold a tritune and the other can hold a speed boat. The use of this is included in the rental and not an additional fee.

Additional water toys can be added for a daily fee. Please reach out to the owner after your stay is booked to add this on.
- Daily Water Package Rental: includes three adult kayaks, two kid kayaks, paddle board and heavy duty floating mat. ($50/day)

Making memories at LOZ

This is our 2nd year doing a summer trip to LOZ with my family of 5, my brother’s family of 4, and my parents. We had the best time at this home. First, the home is beautiful. It’s very clean and set up well for kids and adults. The beds were great, kitchen was well stocked. Second, the dock and cove are incredible. We spent many hours swimming and kayaking. The water seemed to be about 12’ deep around the dock, and the cove is very calm. We loved every minute of our stay at the quiet quarters. We are already planning for a return trip next summer!Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Just got back from a four-night vacation at the Lake of the Ozarks with the fam, and my heart is full (and so is my laundry basket). We left smelling like lake water, sunscreen, and pure joy. 10/10 recommend—and would definitely jump off that dock again! The grandkids loved our day of boating, but they all agreed that the double decker dock was the highlight of the whole trip. We quickly lost count of how many times they launched off the top deck. Oh, and even grandma jumped a few times off that dock. We had seven adults and seven grandkids and had plenty of room with bed options. We saw ruins of a castle, explored Bridal Cave, even swam in a cave bar, and hiked part of Ha Ha Tonka State Park to one of the largest natural springs in the area, but mostly we just laughed and relaxed while embracing these moments of sheer joy! 🤩 Paul was an exceptional host and went above and beyond with suggestions and answering questions. Our sunburns will fade, but the memories will last a lifetime. We are definitely coming back!

Beautiful Property

This home is such a beautiful and spacious property. With 7 adults, we all had privacy. The common/shared areas of the house are great. This is a very clean, comfortable home with many well-thought-out amenities. The dock and swim areas are perfect! The host is amazing and very easy to work with. We cannot wait to return!

The Most Relaxing Spring Break!

Our stay was lovely, the most peaceful and relaxing spring break trip ever! The house was very clean and comfortable for our family. Very quiet time of year to visit the lake. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking, hot tubbing, BBQing and soaking up some sun! We explored the area with a few half day excursions to check out some local sites! Great communication with our host… thank you so much!!

Family and friends vacation 2024

This house is beautiful and big enough for a large group. We had 14 total in our group. The dock was a huge hit with the kids and adults. Definitely order the water package. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you can possibly need. The beds are extremely comfortable, and after a long day in the sun and on the lake you’ll appreciate them.i have rented a lot of houses on the lake and this is definitely one of my favorites. Well taken care of and clean. We will definitely be renting this again. Thank you for hosting us!!

This property is beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. It is in a great location. The amenities in this house were beyond our expectations. We had a group of 7 adults. The best place

We absolutely loved this place. It is even better in person!!! We had kids from 2-11 and there was plenty of room. They absolutely loved playing/fishing on the dock, jumping from the platform, using the slides, and playing with all of the water toys. The whole property is very clean and detail oriented. The property owner is very great at communicating. We hope to stay again, Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Family time on the lake

What an amazing time. Paul was amazing host. He was in continues contact without us and answered all our questions. We are a very large family and the house fit us perfect. The steps to the basement had a baby gate and they had everything you could want for younger children. The older grandkids and kids enjoyed the slides and diving platform. We spent almost all day at the dock and evening doing sun set lake boat drives. The beds were comfortable and clean, and our favorite feature was the ice maker. We 100 percent will be back!

Perfect spot for a long weekend!

Our group of 11 ranged in age from 15-50+. The house was beautiful with enough space for everyone in our group. We enjoyed our time on the dock and enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. We were fortunate enough to enjoy a fireworks show from neighbors nearby as well. We would definitely rebook in the future! The property was perfect.

Beautiful, cozy, and quiet retreat

My family has rented a property on Lake of the Ozarks for three summers now, and this has easily been our favorite! The home itself is beautiful and very thematically decorated. It was just the right size for our family, with plenty of nice showers and very comfy beds! But the best part was the location and lake itself! We were a bit worried at first about this house's distance from Lake Ozark and Osage Beach (where all the things "to do" are located). Ultimately, it was not so far to discourage family day trips to do things, and the tradeoff was that the cove the house is on was incredibly peaceful and beautiful. It seemed like most of our neighbors were locals, occasionally taking boats out to fish, but otherwise the waters were fairly calm. The home takes advantage of the great lake access by having an amazing dock. Compared to past rentals we had, this one was quite large and accommodating, with ceiling fans and tables, so the whole family could enjoy time by the water. The slides and swings were a big hit with the kids...and maybe some adults too! We had a great time just lounging in the lake and taking paddling excursions. The host was very communicative and frequently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Could not be more pleased with their level of care and accommodation. This vacation home was definitely a cut above the rest and gave us a summer we won't forget!

Wonderfully quiet location

Amazing home

This home has everything for adults and children of all ages, from the waterslides, beach, firepits, hot tub and great location for waterskiing and tubing with little traffic on this section of the lake. The four children had a blast on the dock jumping off the dock roof and going down the waterslides. The home is modern with updated amenities. Having another refrigerator/freezer in the lower level came in very handy. The owner and manager were very prompt with any question we had before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Family weekend

The group of 11 of us ages 2-74 had an amazing time! The dock and the water toys were the hit of the weekend! We had such a wonderful time playing in the lake. The house was amazing and communication was easy and helpful ! We even had instacart deliver groceries .

Phenomenal View & Better Stay

Amazing place, warm and inviting. Dock and slide are awesome for kiddos and parents alike. Fishing was amazing. Host was excellent. Highly recommend this home for families, with kids or otherwise. A few local watering holes and stores with 15-20 min. Nature around was also beautiful. -Jackson family and Polston family. We even filmed 2 different soon to come out YouTube channel videos for our respective outdoor / fishing channels. 🎣👍🎉😃
