Discover the perfect Charleston getaway in this spacious downtown retreat. With room for up to 14 guests, this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home offers stylish interiors, a gourmet kitchen, comfortable gathering spaces, and modern amenities, all just a short walk from the City Market, dining, shopping, and historic attractions. Please note: This listing includes the 4 bedroom layout, with one bedroom unavailable during your stay.

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to this three level condo in the building. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety right next door to the famous SNOB Restaurant. You can pull your car off the street and into a parking lot with a reserved space, located right down the street, which makes parking a breeze. For additional parking there is a paid public garage right behind the building.



The Neighborhood:

The French Quarter is the oldest section of Downtown Charleston, bounded on the south by Broad Street and the north by the City Market. It is home to the Charleston Art Walk, an evening held many times a year where Charleston residents and visitors alike enjoy gallery hopping and wine tasting along its storied streets. Here you will also find theaters like the famed Dock Street, churches, inns and secret gardens waiting to be discovered. Charleston's historic French Quarter is a small neighborhood on the Southeastern corner of the peninsula, with Broad, Meeting, East Bay, and South Market streets acting as perimeters. The neighborhood is filled with historic churches and museums, theaters, art galleries and even some haunted cemeteries. The French Quarter may be the most romantic of Charleston's districts, and is perfect for leisurely walks, exploring historic sites, and immersing yourself in centuries of city history.

Good vacation stay

We appreciated the lots of space to spread out in this rental. Great location to get around Charleston. Very good New York pizza on the ground floor. Would stay here again when we come back.

Great location

We had a great stay with our three kids under 9. Great location to walk or take a bike taxi to the downtown sites. Nearby parking to take the car to spots a bit further away.

The location is absolutely perfect and the house is very clean, trendy and perfect for family or friends. We visit Charleston a few times a year and we will definitely be booking again.

We were there for a girl's weekend and the house was in a perfect location in the middle of everything. The house was very clean and I am extremely picky. The host was responsive and wanted to ensure we were having a perfect time.

Beautiful house and great location! Unloading everything was a little inconvenient because there was not always a spot in the front available. It was worth the inconvenience though to have such a great location. Outside noise was also an issue, but again is to be expected being right downtown. I just used a noise app on my phone to help. The house was super cute and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and loved being right near all the great restaurants and shopping!

Perfect Location

We are a family consisting of one grandma, two moms, and four kids aged 8-16. We LOVED both the location and the historical significance of the property. It is right in the center of everything. We walked everywhere; no car needed. We learned that when we crossed King Street, we were at the highest point in Charleston: fourteen inches above sea level! Built in the 1700s, the unit has been updated and renovated beautifully. There was plenty of space to spread out and a lovely living room/kitchen area to gather. We had a wonderful experience.
