We went for a girls weekend and everything was excellent! The house is in a great location - far enough from the pier so the beach was less crowded but still close enough to still be able walk. We would definitely go back!

What a wonderful property! So clean and convenient to the beach! It was well stocked with dishes and utensils and we loved the patio in the back!! Would definitely stay again!!

Paulee Suites was in a great location, a quick walk to the beach and an easy walk to the Pier. The condo was very comfortable with every convenience, and very clean. Paul was available at all times for questions. Parking was right out front so no problem. Lots of beach chairs and toys. It was a lovely stay.

Another awesome beach getaway

This is the second year in a row that we stay at Paulee Suites. Last year was Unit B, this time Unit A. It was perfect! You have everything you need, just like if you were at home. If we have questions or concerns, KMA is super quick to reply. We will definitely be back. Thanks for making our trip thta much more enjoyable :)

The location of the property was great! We loved being at the uncrowded area of the beach. The inside and outside of the condo was very spacious, clean and well maintained.

A wonderful vacation home steps from the beach. They have chairs umbrellas and towels and some toys for kids. It was our second time and we can’t wait to come back

Great location and accommodations

Stayed here with our family (4 adults and 3 kids) the check in process was seamless and the owner was nearby in case of any issues. The place is very spacious and perfectly located next to the beach. It’s well equipped with beach chairs/towels/umbrella. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back

Fun in Old Orchard Beach

The property was well maintained, spotless and roomy. The owner Paul went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Loved this place

Fully stocked for anything you need. Close to beach access but far enough away from the pier crowd!! Nice to sit on the 2nd floor balcony and view the comings and goings and the ocean across the way!!

Beach Vacation

Property was really clean and as described in the listing. Communication with host was abundant and clear. The location was amazing, just a 30-second walk to the beach and 1-mile to the pier. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place!

From check in to check out this was a fabulous experience. House was clean and comfortable. Our grandchildren had a safe and fun backyard to play in. The beach is a 2 minute walk and very clean. I highly recommend it and we are planning to go back next year !

Perfect family getaway.

Beautiful home and a great location. Great layout for the entire family to visit. Love that it has 3 full bathrooms. Being able to walk across the street to the beach was perfect. It was cool watching the trains go by too. The best part was since the house is not located near an intersection, the horns did not go off.

Great spot

Nice spot, extremely clean and even bigger than it looks in photos. Everything you could want or need has been thought of and provided, and carefully labeled. Very happily pleased with the condo. Close enough so teens could enjoy the boardwalk but far enough away from the noise and action for a peaceful stay. Beautiful beach access right across. Made for a very easy vacation with space for everyone.

Exceptional property and location

This beautiful property is in a wonderful location and the hosts are great people. The house is a one minute walk to a beautiful family friendly beach, 30 second walk to a convenience store, nice 15 min walk to downtown (just far enough away from all the traffic), and plenty of space in and around the property for a family of five. I’d highly recommend this property if you are looking for a really nice, clean, spacious, large rental on the beach at Old Orchard Beach.
