Perched on a private ridge overlooking Coral Bay with easy access on a private road, this 2-bedroom and 3-bath home with a pool is the perfect home base for your St. John vacation. The 2nd bedroom has a private, exterior entrance. While there are many wonderful restaurants and bars in the area, the house has a modern kitchen and an outdoor grill for preparing home-cooked meals to be eaten in nice spaces to enjoy views of Coral Bay. You will need a 4WD vehicle (Jeep or similar vehicle) for this property. The house is a short drive to Northshore Beaches, Coral Bay restaurants, National Park Hiking Trails, and grocery store. It is a 25-minute drive to Cruz Bay. Not recommended for children under 10 years old. Must be 25 years old or older to rent this property.

Please note that the second bedroom/suite, located on the lower level, is separate from the main floor with its own entrance. Also, the pull-out bed is located in the living room, which is well-ventilated, and there is also an air conditioning unit in the living room. Both bedrooms have air conditioning units.

You will be asked to sign a rental agreement that will be due within 7 days of receipt. This agreement is uploaded here for you to see and will be emailed to you personally after booking. It is important to understand that the rental agreement and our signed approval is necessary to bind the reservation.
