Smoky Mountain stay

Excellent location up on the mountain so it is quieter, but only a few minutes from activities and restaurants downtown. Absolutely stunning views of the mountains from the living room and master bedroom. Beautiful new building. Will definitely come back!

Great location and view, spacious, clean

Overall a great stay. Our only recommendation for improvement would be to provide a few extra essentials - a spare roll of paper towels and toilet paper, another load of dishwashing and laundry detergent, etc. For travelers arriving via a flight, it’s hard to bring those items on the trip.

Great Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We could have not asked for a better rental property! The Highlands is an absolutely gorgeous condo with brand new interiors and furniture and a stunning view of the mountains right when you walk in. It was a quick drive to the park or down to town but away from the hustle and bustle. The heated pool and hot tub was great for a mid day swim after a long morning of hiking. The discount amusement tickets were also a great deal! We had never been to Tennessee before but loved this trip so much we will most definitely be booking at Highlands again.

Wow—thank you so much for the glowing review! We're thrilled to hear that The Highlands was everything you hoped for and more. It sounds like you made the most of your time here—from mountain hikes and relaxing dips in the heated pool to taking advantage of the discount tickets (so glad you enjoyed those!). We’re especially honored to have been part of your first trip to Tennessee—and even more excited to hear you’re already planning to come back. We’ll be here to welcome you with open arms when you do!

Fall Break Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was beautiful and very spacious! The pictures on the website are accurate showing the details of the condo. The location was quiet and away from the busy strip of Gatlinburg, but still only a 15-minute drive away. The view was beautiful from our windows in the condo. The unit was very quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. The only downside to this unit was the balcony was close to the elevators, so it was not very private, and the view from the balcony was slightly blocked due to the clubhouse. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to returning again!

Stunning!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental could not have been more perfect! We had our elderly mother and aunt. Everyone had their own space while we could come together and enjoy the common area of the living room with the stunning view and kitchen. One bed was low enough to the ground that our mother was able to easily get in and out. The bathrooms were also designed such that a person with a walker could easily manage. Since we were in town for evening concerts the condo and resort were perfect to relax and enjoy during the daytime. The kitchen was wonderful so we didn't fight the restaurant crowds instead relaxed around the lovely table and took in the amazing view while we ate. While extremely close to downtown, we enjoyed the peacefulness of being in the mountains. Like almost any location outside of the downtown area, the location is in the mountains so caution is needed when driving. The property management and staff are wonderful and very kind. Thank you for a very special vacation stay.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that the rental was a perfect fit for your family, especially that the space worked well for your mother and aunt’s needs. It’s great to know the accessible features like the lower bed and bathroom design made everyone comfortable. We’re glad you enjoyed relaxing in the condo with the stunning views and appreciated having the well-equipped kitchen to avoid the crowds. It sounds like the balance of peaceful mountain surroundings with close proximity to downtown really added to your experience. We truly appreciate your kind words about our property management and staff—it means a lot to us to know you felt well cared for. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us and for sharing such thoughtful feedback. We’d love to welcome you back anytime for another special vacation!
