Welcome to Lotus House.

This luxury villa has all the amenities and comfort to provide you with unforgettable moments with your family or friends.
In the garden, you can relax in our heated pool, or in our jacuzzi, or prepare a meal on the barbecue.
5 minutes from the beaches and 10 from the center of Ponta Delgada, the house is in an excellent location for discovering the entire island. There is also a minimarket 50 meters away and the Continente supermarket a 5-minute drive away.

It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, distributed in the following manner:
• The first bedroom on the groundfloor comes with a queen size bed and a private bathroom.
• The bedroom number 2, on the first floor, comes also with a queen size bed, with pool view and a balcony connected to beedroom number 3. It has a private bathroom.
• The bedroom number 3, on the first floor, comes with 2 single beds with acess to the balcony and to a walkout terrace that is connected to bedroom number 4.
• The 4th bedroom, on the first floor, with a queen size bed, has acess to the walkout terrace. It has a private bathroom.

The outside area is very spacious and gives you a sense of being inserted in nature, where you can enjoy the heated pool and jacuzzi in a relaxing environment.

Please note:

Check-ins between 8:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. incur a 25euros fee.

Check-ins after 10:30 p.m. incur a 35euros fee.

The same 35euros fee applies to check-ins before 8:00 AM.

All check-in fees are charged upon arrival in cash.

The standard check-in time is after 5 pm. If it's possible it can be earlier, but it has to be confirmed first.
The standard check-out time is 11:00 am. If it's possible it can be later, but it has to be confirmed first.

We would like to inform you that, as of January 1, 2025, a new law has come into effect in the Azores, which requires the charge of a tourist tax of €2 per night, per guest, for the first 3 nights of their stay. This charge will be applied to all guests, unless they meet one of the exemption criteria set out in the legislation.

Exemptions:
The following categories are exempt from the tourist tax:
a) Guests under the age of 13;
b) Guests whose stay is motivated by the need to receive medical services, for the duration of the necessary treatment plus one additional night, with this exemption extending to one person accompanying the patient (even if the companion does not stay overnight at the establishment due to health reasons);
c) Guests with a physical disability of 60% or greater;
d) Residents of the Azores.

Required Documentation for Exemption:
To qualify for an exemption, the following documentation will be required at the time of payment:
a) For guests under the age of 13: Citizen card or passport;
b) For guests receiving medical services: A copy of the medical appointment or service document, with the date clearly indicated;
c) For guests with a disability of 60% or greater: A document proving the disability;
d) For residents of the Azores: An identification document showing the place of residence (such as a citizen card, identity card, residency certificate, or proof of address).
