Conveniently located in the idyllic Cottonwood Heights neighborhood, avid skiers will appreciate the short 20-minute drive to Snowbird, Alta, Solitude and Brighton ski resorts. Downtown Salt Lake City is also about 20 minutes away with its array of shopping, restaurants and historic attractions. Tour Temple Square, wander around the City Creek Center shopping mall or simply meander through the shops on Main Street. Dine at Takashi if you have a craving for delicious sushi, or for spicy cuisine try the local favorite Mexican restaurant Red Iguana.

If you prefer to relax in the privacy of your vacation home, you can always sit in the outdoor hot tub until your skin is wrinkled. The interior of this home is also conducive to comfort as the living area features tasteful leather furnishings and a charming gas fireplace. Lounge on the cozy sofa or love seat and settle in for an evening of movies or your favorite television show on the flatscreen TV. After a freezing day out on the slopes, you'll love returning home to sit by the fire with a mug of hot cocoa!

If you crave the comfort of a home-cooked meal during your vacation, a fully-stocked kitchen features all of the major appliances including a refrigerator, stovetop/oven and microwave to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. A formal dining table provides seating for eight guests, and three additional seats at the breakfast bar allow everyone to share food and conversation. And when appetites have been satiated, let the dishwasher make everything sparkling clean once again while you relax in front of the fire with a glass of wine.

Each bedroom includes its own bathroom to provide optimum privacy for each guest. A beautiful king bed frame adorns the primary bedroom along with a regal dresser and wardrobe. Two additional bedrooms also feature stunning antique-style furniture and each contains a lovely queen bed. A fourth bedroom contains two wooden bunk beds totaling four twin beds. In addition there is an optional queen Aero Bed with a frame in the downstairs living room with private bath to accommodate your group.

A second fully-furnished living area downstairs provides additional space for socializing or movie watching on the flatscreen TV. A washer and dryer are included to provide for long-term stays or when you need to pack lightly. WiFi is includes as well so you can send emails or update your social media.

Cottonwood Heights City strictly enforces a prohibition on hot tub use between 10pm and 8am.
Complex quiet hours are 10pm to 8am everyday.
In addition there is an optional queen Aero Bed with a frame in the downstairs living room with private bath to accommodate your group.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
