This is a two bedroom unit. The master bedroom has a king bed. The guest bedroom has two double beds. There is a 25" TV in the living room with a DVD/VCR player. Master bedroom has a 20" flat screen DVD/VCR. Guest bedroom has a 13" TV with VCR. New couch and love seat in the living room with a new table and chairs in the dining room. Open Balcony with Carpet. Closed Kitchen. Sleeper Sofa in the living room. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Maximum Occupancy for this condo is 4 people.

We’re happy to accommodate families and guests looking for a great stay. Please note, in order to ensure a comfortable experience for all, individuals under the age of 25 are not eligible to book a unit. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you!

You can't beat this location! In the heart of Destin, Shoreline Towers is within minutes from restaurants, shopping, water sports, fishing and golf. The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are amazing! Enjoy the soothing sauna, swim in our pristine clean pool, play tennis or shuffleboard, use the exercise room, grill out, or picnic by the lake. We even have a clubhouse for your gatherings with family and friends. Security on property 24/7 for guest safety and convenience.

Area Attractions:

You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and less than a mile from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park. Walk just steps to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop

Great Great Condo

We had a great time! The condo was clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for our family of four. Communication with the manager was great. The location was the best!! Could walk to many locations for food and ice cream. Grocery store and Target were just across the street. Loved the ocean view and a minute walk to the beach! Never had to wait for an elevator. We loved it and will be back!

Reviewer Comments: Our unit we rented a year ago for January through to March 2023 had the balcony closed off and tinted plastic on all the glass that limited us to no view of the ocean nor using a balcony. We were given a choice of another outdated unit but 1 of very few that didn't have balconies closed. So we moved the next day. Renovation going on with lots of areas blocked off and noisy.

We had a great stay! The unit is centrally located and a 2 minute walk to the beach. It has beautiful views of the beach from the living room and master. The 3 towers on the property were primarily occupied by families. There’s carts to assist with luggage and belongings up to the unit. There’s plenty of parking spots to choose from. All of the beds were very comfortable along with the pillows. The kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed. The unit has a Keurig, which was perfect. The only downfall was that the building is under construction and could hear the commotion 2 mid-mornings during our stay. The unit also has a camera inside the dining room area, but it was unplugged. I had to call the office to reassure it was the only one. There’s 2 elevators in the building, but only one was working the last 2 days. It wasn’t a major issue though as it wasn't overly crowded. I would definitely consider this unit again for our next vacation.

Wonderful Vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo. It’s much bigger than most 2br/2ba we’ve stayed in. Some things are a little dated but not a big deal. The walk to the beach was a little far since it’s not beach front. We bought a wagon to tote our beach things and that really helped. The condo was pretty clean when we checked in. There were a couple things that were missed. The bed in the master was extremely comfortable but not the 2nd bedroom. My sister in law and nephew said theirs was not as comfortable. Check in was easy initially. I was given the wrong keys and had to go back to the office for the right keys. Overall it was great and I would stay there again.

Great View of the water for a sub-par Condo

Reviewer Comments: For the last several years we come to the Destin area for vacation, having stayed all along the coast from Navarre, to Miramar, to Grayton Beach, never staying in the same place twice. This unit was by far the worst we have stayed in for the price. Location was great, kitchen was stocked very nicely, but unit is in major need of upgrades. The unit smelled of mold/mildew upon first arrival. I did not call to report because there really isn’t much that can be done and I didn’t want any other room sprays to be dispensed as that would only make it worse. The smell did seem to diminish as the week went on. Also, we noticed stains on the underneath side of some of the bedding. I will say that while calling to book, the young lady that booked the unit for us (we came with friends who also stayed in Tower 3 so we were trying to be near the unit they booked) made a comment that the gentleman who owns the unit we stayed in hadn’t had any renters and now it seems clear as to why that is. It really needs some updates for the price being charged. Overall, we enjoyed the sun, sand and emerald coast waters!

Another Great Stay

The condo was clean and supplied nicely, I cook so this is important to me. Outstanding beach service as always too. When our preferred unit is not available this will be our backup since come down 2-4 times a year now and don't always book a year out.

Exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted

I thought this property a good value for us - a clean, nicely-furnished unit right at the beach - very short walk onto the sand. I was pleased with the level of security. We felt very comfortable here.

Shoreline Towers 3114 Destin

We really enjoyed our stay at Shoreline Towers. The location was perfect. Right on the beach with just a walk across the parking lot. Winn Dixie was just across the street, so we got all our groceries fast and easy. The only issue was traffic. It was pretty congested in the area but we didn’t mind because we spent most of our time at the beach. The unit was nice. The only thing I would note is that the master bathroom needs some updating. Everything worked just fine though.
