Two bedroom unit., Master bedroom has king bed. Guest bedroom has two queen beds. 3 TV’s, All Flat Screen, 3 DVD’s, 1 VCR. Entire unit has new flooring throughout to include a tiled balcony. Kitchen has been updated with new stainless appliances. Unit has a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Master Bath has larger than average tub w/no safety bars. Glassed in Balcony w/ sliders that can be opened to enjoy the sounds of the beach. Nice view of shore.

We’re happy to accommodate families and guests looking for a great stay. Please note, in order to ensure a comfortable experience for all, individuals under the age of 25 are not eligible to book a unit. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you!

You can't beat this location! In the heart of Destin, Shoreline Towers is within minutes from restaurants, shopping, water sports, fishing and golf. The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are amazing! Enjoy the soothing sauna, swim in our pristine clean pool, play tennis or shuffleboard, use the exercise room, grill out, or picnic by the lake. We even have a clubhouse for your gatherings with family and friends. Security on property 24/7 for guest safety and convenience.

Area Attractions:

You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and less than a mile from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park. Walk just steps to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop

Summer Vacation

The property location was good. The unit can truly use some updates + common household items. CARPET in bathroom, no no no. I slipped in the master bathroom as there is no rail at all to hold on to. There were at least 4 missing light bulbs in key areas like the hallway and balcony + kitchen lights went out for long periods of time, causing it hard to cook or use kitchen- just needs to be replaced. We felt safe + location was ok.

Updating and beach chairs

All the lights did not work. Some were out. Sliding door did not close properly to the balcony. Need new carpet. Really needs a complete updating. were told on our last day there that the owner had not paid for the chairs after they previously told us our room was good for the chairs. They wanted me to pay and get the owner to reimburse me. We got up and left the beach. Humiliated in the middle of the other guests.

Would not stay again

This location is very out of date and not clean when we checked in. The showers will not work at the same time one turns ice cold while the other shower runs fine. The toilets barely flush, basically every time it either wouldn’t go down or you had to flush multiple times. There are balcony doors on the outside balcony which blocks the breeze on the balcony and makes it hard for family to sit together and view the ocean. There’s no vacuum to sweep up sand during your stay. We were provided only 1 roll of toilet paper for 6 people for a 5 night stay. Most place at least provide double that. There were only enough towels for everyone to shower once so constant laundry just to shower. The curtains in all rooms did not block out any sun so everyone was up as soon as the sun was up which also increased heat coming into the condo. Overall not satisfied and will not recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for a relaxing vacation! The beach service is a bonus as well! The only issue we has was the garbage from the previous renters was still in the trash can when we arrived and had to throw it away (it was really gross garbage) but not a huge deal. The condo was very clean other than that! We also locked our keys in one day and the security man was very helpful in letting us back in to get them. Perfect location close to everything needed!

Great, but needs updated a bit

Place needed to be cleaned a bit better before we checked in. Was food and trash under the couch. Vacuum was very old and didn’t work great. Broom didn’t work great for the sand. Other than that. No complaints really!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my 5th time staying at shoreline towers. Overall, we had a great vacation. I do feel this condo was the worst since staying at shoreline. The property was not very clean when we checked in. Broken furniture, carpet was old, ceiling fan in kids bedroom unsafe and looked very unclean.1. We did enjoy our stay.2. Our room was not ready until 8:30. No one called us to tell us the room was ready. It was still dirty...not sure how well it was cleaned.3. Not sure we would stay again. We traveled with friends. Without warning, their unit was sold and reservations cancelled 3 days before vacation. It would be hard to find another destination in Destin on short notice.

We loved it

It was nice. Maintenance was not kept up. Bathroom fan making loud noise when we checked in, it stopped working. Toilet stopped filling up with water. Something wrong with water heater. Two quick showers and hot water gone. We picked this unit for whirlpool and there was never enough hot water to use jets

We did have a problem with hot water, only one shower could be used because if 2 people showered at the same time the water would be cold immediately. You had to wait at least 20 minutes in between showers.

Beautiful Place

This property was wonderful. The unit was furnished nicely. It was very clean. It had a great ocean view. The property is secure, nightly patrols by security so you do not have to worry about your vehicle or anything inside. Great location in reference to get around Destin. I'm actually staying at the property again in May. Loved It !

July vacation

We brought Lysol and disinfecting wipes just to wipe things off for precaution with the COVID spreading so rapidly; glad we did. We used several wipes to wipe down the toilets, sinks, faucets, kitchen countertops, light switches, and balcony table and chairs. Our wipes were dirty!!!So the cleaning and sanitization was not done correctly. The ice maker doesn't work and maintenance said they would contact the owner because it would need to be replaced. The view was great, location great, staff friendly, and we have stayed at Shoreline towers every year for at least 7 years. We love staying here but the only complaint with this room was the sanitization was not done appropriately!!!

A little disappointed. But over all a great trip.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this unit to celebrate graduation and a birthday. Although it has been remodeled it is still fairly outdated. Upon arriving we dropped an item and had to clean the floors, we noticed then the room was no where near as clean as it appeared. The paper towels were black and we hadn’t been in the room 15 minutes. Also there was empty water bottle behind the nightstand (I left it there as well). The kitchen had 1 dish towel and 1 wash cloth both were soured so I had to rewash them immediately. The pool is VERY far from the beach and the condos although it says it’s located in center of the property. The location of this complex is great but the complex over all needs major overhaul.

Nice Comfortable Condo

Very relaxing, with great living room furniture for enjoying the views of the gulf. The master bath has not been upgraded and to shower you have to step into a large tub with no safety bares, could be a problem for some. Sitting area in Master bedroom would be nice. We totally enjoyed our stay and will reserve again to enjoy our stay in Destin.

I loved it. There ere a few things here and there that may need a tiny bit of attention, but you have to remember how many people have come and gone and used the room, of course there will be a problem here or there. The view was breathtaking! Having said that, we came to have fun on the beach, not live in the room. I did enjoy every minute we did have to be in the room! Thank you for having a clean facility and great employees!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Shoreline Towers is very familiar to us and our taste is modest, so this is a good location. The website shows this unit as newly remodeled, but it did not appear to have been updated in quite some time. The washer leaked water on the floor throughout our trip, as did the fridge. The blinds in the master bedroom were broken, and when I called the desk to report it, they already knew about it but had left it that way. Overall good trip, but this unit is OK at best. Close proximity to the beach and a pretty good view helped alleviate some of those minor issues with the property itself.

Destin Vacation

Reviewer Comments: Everything was good except the washing machine was broke when we arrived and no one told us so when I used it, it flooded the kitchen and when I called they said they would send someone tomorrow and I had to clean up the mess. Then they were bringing a new washer, I waited 2 different days for it, it didn't come which wasted my vacation time. Then it was delivered on the day I told them not to deliver because we would be gone on a boat all day Lucky for them my husband stayed in sick and was there. Then a refrigerator repair man showed up at our door without calling to repair the refrigerator that was also broken and we had no idea. I feel these repairs that they already new about should have been scheduled on Saturday before we checked in. Other than that we had a wonderful time!

We loved the balcony and enjoyed watching the sun rise on the balcony. The beach was not too crowded and was easily accessible from our condo. The pool was heated and we really enjoyed it. Great location to shopping, great restaurants and plenty of activities - but a little off the beaten path so that we were not hung up in the super crowded spring break area near the Back Porch.
