Condo was clean with the exception of the floor it needed a good mopping.Loved both bedrooms faced the beach and had access to the patio. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful girls trip at Long Beach condo 303. The condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Location very convenient with easy access to the elevator and trash chute. Great view of the Gulf! The pool area was beautiful and the Titi Bar was a great bonus for drinks and food. Parking was convenient with a guard on duty. The grounds were also exceptionally well maintained. The host was great with communication and made everything easy. I highly recommend this condo!

The resort itself is great. Beautiful pools and easy access to parking. The dryer was so loud we could only use it when we were out of the condo, mattress was nasty and lumpy. It said it was a queen size beds. If it was a queen, it was the smallest I have seen. Iron broken. No kurig. Furniture needs to be updated.

We had a great vacation at Long Beach! The view is great! The rooms are huge and both bathrooms are large too! Check-in was very easy with the door code. The condo was very clean. The kitchen is not very well equipped would be one of my 2 complaints. There is only 1 potholder, the can opener doesn’t work, neither does the hand mixer. If you’re not cooking, all is good. But, if you’re going to cook, this is a little aggravating to not have the things you need. Also, the dryer literally sounds like it’s about to die and you have to run it 2-3 70 min cycles for it to dry your clothes. Maybe these things can be fixed for future guests.

Long Beach Resort

Great week for the kids and adults! The beach was not crowded, the pool was busy but never felt crowded, and the location to Pineapple Willy’s was a short walk on the beach.

Perfect Place

The property was one the cleanest we’ve been to. The location is perfect, with the sound and sight of the ocean right outside! The balcony was wonderful to have. The dryer had a belt come loose, so we had to contact property management. They were there almost immediately and had the issue fixed the same day. We will stay there again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo and loved this resort. The resort has 4 different towers, this one is tower 3 and it is by far my favorite!! I’ve stayed in tower 1 before and that was beautiful also but tower 3 is more of a family feel. Southern vacation rentals really took care of us when we needed it and fixed any issues immediately. The condo itself is gorgeous, amazing view on the 3rd floor, beachy/homey feel inside, great area to cook, and huge balcony.

Exceeded Expectations!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our 40 day stay at this beautiful condo on the beach! When we arrived we were delighted with the condo from the start. Each room had a beautiful view of the gulf that grabbed our attention right away. The condo was tastefully decorated with a beach theme and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The large kitchen was stocked with all the dishes, pans, utensils and small appliances that we needed to prepare our meals. The bathrooms were large and each had a wonderful soaking tub as well as vanities with lots of storage . The staff we met were very friendly and kept the grounds and building very clean. We enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub on the property. We found the location of this condo to be very close to lots of great restaurants, shopping and attractions. Most were within walking distance! We are looking forward to returning someday to make more memories !

This property is adequate but not fantastic. It is in need of some updates. The washer/dryer are old and loud. The kitchen has VERY few pots/pans and they are old and scratched. It was mostly clean but there was food in the trashcan under the bag that was not from us. There are a lot of beach items in the closet which was nice. The complex is great and convenient to the beach. Huge pool with lots of chairs.
