NEWLY updated house & backyard oasis! Comfortable living space. Spacious Backyard with multiple areas to relax, lay in the sun, read a book, visit, get away by yourself. Large heated pool with basketball hoop, benches, floaties. Outdoor shower. Triple gazebo with hot tub, bar, TV, misters and comfy sitting area. Beautiful rock waterfall and pond. Relaxing, shaded hammock area. Grassy area for outdoor games - play cornhole, spikeball and KanJam. Lighted Gazebo with a ping pong table. Beautiful extendable outdoor table that seats up to 10 people. Also umbrella with round table and chairs for more outdoor seating. Outdoor grill with umbrella, bar and four bar stools. Four chaise lounges - great for sun seekers and naps!
The inside of the house has two large great rooms. One with sectionals, comfy chairs and a 75 inch smart TV. Ready for a game night, movie night or just visiting. The second great room has a pool table, gas fireplace, and two more seating areas. Plenty of space to cheer on the game or turn the chairs to cozy up to the fireplace.

We have recently updated the entire 4 bedroom & 3 bathroom interior with new flooring, brand new furniture, and paint. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the second floor. With one bedroom and bathroom on the main floor - Just off the pool table great room. The main floor also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Plenty of pool towels provided, along with bath towels, robes, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and soap in each bathroom.
The second floor also has a coffee/beverage bar complete with a small refrigerator, Kuerig, pour over coffee maker, French press and hot water kettle for your early morning coffee or late night beverages.

* There is an extra fee if you decide to heat the pool. Depending on the weather it is between $75 & $150 per day. But so worth it for a winter getaway to the sun! The pool temperature without heating will be similar to the night time low temp.

* Our home is in a quiet, residential community. As such we work very hard to be good neighbors. We have designated quiet hours which are from 10pm-8am each night to limit any noise across the fences to our neighbors. We make use of noise monitoring hardware to monitor for excessive noise, however this only monitors for sound levels and does not record audio.

* Any violations of the quiet hours policy may result in a $300 fine and immediate cancellation of your reservation and eviction from the property without refunds.

* Occupancy and use of the home is restricted to the named guests in the rental agreement only unless prior written approval is given. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND ARE PERMITTED. If you have any questions about this, please reach out to us before booking and we are happy to help clarify.

* This home is a completely non-smoking home, inside and outside. No cigarettes, cannabis, cigars or vaping allowed. Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee.
