Open kitchen remodel. Two master suites with private bathrooms, one with King size bed and the other with Queen size bed. Master bedroom has large walk-in closet. Updated furniture throughout the unit. Washer and dryer inside the unit. Flatscreen 50" Hi-Def TV in family room, 42" TV in master bedroom. Free Wi-Fi. Couch in family room is a fold out. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and family room. Retractable awnings on back patio.
Perfect location in the resort, with the back patio on a large, beautiful greenbelt, just steps away from the swimming pool and hot tub. Unit faces the east, so you can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio in the shade and your evening drinks watching the sunset around the firepit.
Resort offers golf, tennis and pickleball. Clubhouse serves breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner, as well as a full bar. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, with a golf course and lake view from the clubhouse, along with a fire pit on the patio outside the clubhouse.
Resort offers the perfect combination of being quiet and relaxing, yet is close in proximity to many restaurants, shopping, casinos and entertainment.
Premises are gated and 24-hour patrolled for safety.

Location was convenient to attractions. The pool was nearby. Golf course is excellent. We would definitely go back to this location.

Great Coachella Stay

I stayed at this property with my husband and I for Coachella, and it was awesome. The house was close enough to the festival that getting to the shuttle stop was super easy, but far enough that we didn't have to deal with huge crowds and loud parties or anything all weekend. The space is pretty spacious, and we enjoyed being able to keep some snacks and food on hand so we didn't have to eat out constantly. Beds were comfy, the air inside the house stayed nice and cool (which was a great relief from the heat outside), and the quiet neighborhood offered some great rest after a long day outdoors at Coachella. Also, there are restaurants, grocery stores, etc. all within a very short distance. It was a really nice, convenient spot.

Great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay and I would definitely do it again! Very clean and put together and had a great patio to relax outside. Our customer service was great and the owner responded in a timely manner whenever I had a question.

perfect getaway for coachella

place was just what we wanted! beautiful area and perfect location. house was spacious with a beautiful patio area. was just 3 miles away from a shuttle pick up and drop off location for coachella. Thanks for letting us stay in your home!

Perfect location + beautiful condo!

My husband and I, along with another couple, needed a place to stay during Coachella weekend. The condo was such a great place for the 4 of us. Condo was clean + perfectly situated for us. Rooms were very spacious and kitchen was well equipped to cook breakfast each morning. The location was very important to us and access into the community was a breeze. Homeowners were very accommodating and we're already considering the same place for next year!

Easter Holiday get-away!

Great location in the green belt, just steps from the pool, very clean, and roomy condo. Had a relaxing, and fun time in the pool every afternoon as well as a good round of Golf with Hubby and daughter. We appreciated the owners no fuss check-in and check-out program and it was nice to have the "how to" list of the basic needs and expectations in the condo when we arrived. Would stay in this property again...

We found this property to be in very good shape and matched the discription as advertised. It has been updated and was well maintained and very clean.
