Great visit

We definitely enjoyed the time in Bonita Bay The pool, spa, bike paths were wonderful and using the shuttle to go the beach was easy. Location of Condo and the view was great.

Beautiful views from 1st floor condo

Pretty much as advertised. First floor unit facing 1st tee on golf course. The larger couch and master BR mattress and springs are showing their age. Unit is newly renovated, but the couch and bed are not new.

Great location and ammenities

Great location and amenities. Condo was spacious and clean. Only complaint is the linens and mattresses. All 3 beds were not comfortable at all. Old hard box spring and mattress with metal frames. We'd expected better for a condo inside prestigious Bonita Bay. We would stay again, but only if the beds were upgraded.

Sorry James was not satisfied with the bed. The mattress in the Master is only two years old. Hard to get a mattress that will please all guests. Is the first complaint

NICE UPDATED UNIT

Our overall experience was very positive. We had stayed at Wild Pines several years ago in a different but similar unit. The location is perfect for access to Highway 41 and the nearby shopping. The layout of the 2br condo was very functional and the view across the golf view attractive. The only negative was the king bed in the master bedroom, which was too firm for our taste.

I am pleased the guests enjoyed their stay including the view of both the golf course and lake. Unfortunately it is not possible to change out King size mattresses according to individual preferences. Experience has taught us the majority of guests prefer a firm mattress. I am sorry it wasn’t to their satisfaction .

Bonita Bay Condo

Very nice lower floor unit in Bonita Bay. Overlooks golf course. Large corner lanai for comfortable seating outside. One king bed, which was comfortable; second bedroom twin beds. Loads of towels, washer, dryer worked perfect, All appliances in good working order; had what we needed in kitchen to cook meals. Manager easy to get in touch with, helped with tv remote within the hour of our arrival. Unit very convenient in location to shopping, food stores and entertainment. Had a lovely vacation here.

Our stay at Wildpines was the perfect . The unit is truly all new. The interior including much of

the furniture has been redone and replaced. You will love the updated look and the nicely appointed kitchen. The location is wonderful if you enjoy a great view, privacy, and easy walking distance to the pool and spa. I love sitting on the large screened porch having my lunch and reading (well maybe a nap too). You will also enjoy all the activities and easy access to Barefoot Beach at the Bonita Bay Beach Club. You have many nice restaurants to choose from in a 2 mile radius. The Coconut Mall is only 10 minutes away with great shopping and more restaurants. We have been going to Wildpines for 6 years enjoying each time. This unit surpassed all of our past stays. They also offer Wi-fi.

Bonita Bay is wonderful.

The Bonita Bay community sells itself. There is much to do - bike, swim, kayak, pickle ball, bocci ball, free rides to the beach without the hassle of parking, and beautiful landscapes all around. People are very friendly too. Our unit B105 in Wild Pines could use some updating however. Description states it sleeps 6. If 6 stayed here, 2 would have to sleep on the floor. There was no hide-a-bed. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. This might be a problem if 2 couples were staying. The bed description for each room was omitted from the listing. The Kitchen could use new drinking glasses. There were only 2 larger drinking glasses. The rest were juice or wine glasses. Sheets, bedding, and pillows were old and worn out. Furnishings overall were "tired". I know the higher prices are commanded for Bonita Bay condos.... it really is a very nice place to vacation. Just wish this unit could bump it up a notch.

The guest was told it comfortably sleeps four but there is also blow up mattress . The cabinets could not hold another glass which were all recently purchased. Unit was completely renovated a few years ago and considered one of the top in Wild Pines. Klare may want to stay at the Ritz next time at $1,000 a night

Great Stay

Stayed here for a week with 3 others and it was a perfect size. Really enjoyed the linai for relaxing. The hot tub was great for after dinner dip! The owners were easy to contact but we did not have any issues!

Nice Property

First floor corner location on the golf course was nice and the kitchen and baths were remodeled. Could use some beach towels and a towel and linen upgrade, but overall a nice property. We would stay there again.

Updated condo with amazing view

This first floor corner unit at Wild Pines not only is beautifully updated but has an amazing view. The condo is fully equipped- our family especially enjoyed the bikes that were available for our use. The shuttle service to the private beach is another great amenity. We also enjoyed how close it is to many shops and restaurants. The owner was very easy to reach and very quick to respond to any questions. Thank you for a great stay!

Great time in Bonita Bay

Thank you so much Lawrence. We had a wonderful time. We loved the kitchen as it was well equipped for cooking some meals in. Location was wonderful. Perfect location. Second time visiting!

3651 Wild Pines unit 105

The property was clean & the location is close to shopping, restaurants and main roads but far enough away that it is also quiet. The kitchen & baths were great. The broken screen door, the less than stellar amenities in the master bedroom, & the rusty bikes did not meet our expectations. That said, over all, we enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

The master bedroom has a TV as well as a King Size Bed. It has beautiful wood floors a large dresser and two end tables. There is also a double closet. We are one of the few if it not the only owner that allow the renters to use our personal bicycles. Neither bike is rusty but may needed to be wiped down. They are kept outside in a protected area . Unfortunately the front screen door must have been broken by previous renter.

Wonderful accommodations, and clean! New bathrooms and kitchen made for a comfortable stay. Owner was very pleasant to deal with. If you want a condo in a great/central location this is for you!
