Walk to Pier Village — <1 mile to beach
Village Green is a favorite on the Island! The condo is ground floor (no steps!) and the back patio has view of beautiful oak trees and is steps to the private, gated pool.
You can walk to the Pier Village and grab lunch and shop. Then head to Mallery Park to play tennis or pickleball. The beach is about a mile away. You can easily bike or walk to the beach. Nice beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels are provided for you to use during your stay. There is also parking at several public beach entrances.
The remodeled condo is open concept with the living room and kitchen in one large space with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The living room has a 55” Roku smart TV so you can use your Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Apple TV, etc. and also has Comcast cable (ESPN, HHTV, Disney). There is a a sectional sofa with pull out bed, recliner chair, and coffee table. You'll find games (UNO, Connect4, Othello, Scrabble) , cards, books, and extra blankets in the console.
You'll love the bar cart with wine glasses, martini glasses, ice bucket, shaker, and napkins to make yourself a cocktail to wind down.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a plush foam mattress topper. Quality bedding, including 4 pillows, a quilt, and down comforter. Large windows face the beautiful oak trees in the courtyard. The ensuite bathroom has a single sink vanity and shower/bathtub. Soap, tissues, hairdryer, and basic supplies provided. The full size washer/dryer is located in the master bedroom and detergent is provided. The master has a 42” Roku TV with Comcast cable (ESPN, HGTV,Disney). Master closet has a new built in system including drawers, shelves, hangers, and hamper. The master also has an alarm clock with USB port so you can charge your devices on the bedside table.
The second bedroom has two full size beds. Both beds have very comfortable mattresses with mattress toppers, pillows, quilts, and down comforters. There is a dresser and a closet with hangers for your clothes and suitcases. The double bedroom has 40” smart TV. The closet has an iron and ironing board for you to use during your stay. This bedroom has a large window with natural light and an alarm clock with a USB port so you can charge your device while you sleep.
The second bathroom is in the hallway outside the double bedroom and has a single vanity and walk-in shower. It has makeup towels and a hair dryer.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs. In addition to the essential pots and pans, there is a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, a coffee grinder and milk frother, a blender, toaster, and hand mixer. Also, basic kitchen needs such as oil, salt, pepper, sugar, etc. are supplied. The full size kitchen has a refrigerator, electric stovetop, oven, microwave.
You can see the pool from our back patio and the gate is a just steps away. The pool is private and you'll need to use the key to enter the gate, but no wristbands are required. Easy peasy!
The back patio has two large chairs and a table for you to enjoy your coffee in the morning and cocktail (or mocktail) in the evening after a day in the sunshine. The colors of the sunset come through the oak trees for a serene view. There is a gas grill on the patio you are free to use. The storage box on the patio has 4 nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs, two umbrellas, and floaties to use at the beach or pool.
This beautiful, beachy condo has everything you need for your visit to St. Simons Island!
Come stay with us and rent a golf cart or bikes to easily get around the island. There is plenty of free parking in the complex and the condo is steps to the newly renovated pool.

Bridget was an excellent host. Provided the right and timely information. The unit is well located for walking to Pier Village for good restaurants, shopping, library, pier, and great coffee shops. The unit is well appointed for cooking if you want. Also well located for exploring the rich history of the Island. Would rent again when coming back to the Island.

Great place!
This was our fourth year to visit SSI and the fourth condo. We finally found the place we want to come back to. In fact we have it reserved for next year already. It is in the back of Village Green so it is also nice and quiet. We love the walk from the condo to the beach or Pier Village. It’s a nice stretch of our legs. It’s very convenient to get to other places on the island. We never had problems getting onto Mallory because of heavy traffic. If you have a bike or golf cart you can get around very easily. The Turtle’s Nest has everything you need. In fact we did a lot of cooking while there. If you don’t want to cook there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We loved it here and can’t wait until next year.
