Harbour Oaks #604 is an upstairs 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium. This unit has an open living and dining room area and is the perfect place for hanging out with family after a day at the beach. The dining room has seating for 5. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combinations.

The Harbour Oaks community is situated in a quiet gated area off Mallery Street. You are just a few blocks from the famous St. Simons Island Lighthouse, the Village and Pier area, Neptune Fun Zone and one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants. Harbour Oaks Community amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts and a fitness room. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lagoons throughout.

CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am

• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• 1 Covered parking spot is available. Additional parking is available in unmarked spots.
• Sorry, NO pets are allowed in this unit.
• Approximately 1 mile to Public Beach Access; easy walk to the Pier and main Village area, pickeball and playgrounds.

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 2 TVs located in this property for streaming
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Property was clean and decorated nicely. Instructions were provided for everything from TV to trash pick up. We did not use the pool but checked it out and looked like a nice area. Would have liked some beach towels but there were 2 chairs and an umbrella

Great condo

The condo itself was very nice, big and clean. The balcony is practically nonexistent. We like to sit outside in the morning drinking coffee and at night, but this balcony is only big enough for one. The pool is very small for the number of guests. Only standing room for granddaughter. A great place to sleep, but outside is lacking

Checked in during office hours, staff was friendly and accommodating. Location of unit is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Unit furnishings exactly like displayed on VRBO site. Upstairs, very quiet, covered parking for 1 car.Improvements: 1) there was no bath soap provided, 2) there were only 3 wash cloths in unit, 3) when stripping the sheets on bed on departure the matress pad was soiled (blood stains)Suggestions: This could be a 4* unit with less than a weeks rental by only a few upgrades. 1) Clean carpet, 2) Replace living room furniture, 3) Paint vanity and mirror in bathroom off sunroom, 4) Stock with new towels and pillows

Location fantastic, easy to walk to restaurants. Condo very spacious, clean and comfortable. Next to tennis, pickleball, park, soccer and basketball so great for families. Complex very quiet.

Staying in Paradise

UGA vs FLA weekend

Overall decent. Very, very musty smell. Had to light several candles to make it tolerable. Beds are incredibly uncomfortable. Was fine for the few nights we were there. Great location for dining, walking to shops and getting to the pier.

Everything You Need for a Family Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we’ve stayed in Harbour Oaks 604 and it feels like “our vacation home”. It’s comfortable, provides everything you need and is well taken care of. It’s always very clean upon arrival and we try to leave it that way, too! It’s less than a minute to the pool. The balcony is small, but private! It’s conveniently located to the parks, Pier Shops and the pier and not a far golf cart (or car) ride to the beaches! We’ll stay here over and over again!

The only thing I think needs to be added to the condo is cable television. Not everyone that rents.

Needs to add cable to condo. Not everyone who rents has streaming accounts and so more mature renters wouldn't not know how to access streaming.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great property in a good location. You can easily walk or bike to Pier Village, or many other places like the grocery store if you don't mind a little exercise. It's also right next to a park with pickleball courts, playground, etc.The gated community it is in is a quiet one, with very friendly permanent residents, which was refreshing as no one seemed annoyed at renters. It is NOT a place to stay if you want to party at all hours. The pool closes at 9, which seemed quite early for summer. The gym room had older equipment but everything was still in good shape to do a basic workout. The condo itself had a very spacious living area- plenty of room to not feel like you're on top of each other with 2 sitting areas, plus a dining table area. The 2nd bathroom is located in the 2nd bedroom, and not accessible directly from the living area, which may be an issue for some, especially if utilizing the pull out couch. The bathtub/showers in both bathrooms are in need of replacement soon, as is the front screen door. This is the most well appointed rental we've stayed in as far as linens, kitchen supplies, and basic necessities, and plenty of of storage in the bedrooms and bathrooms. It's very homelike inside, with older furniture that still serves its purpose well. We found the covered parking area is big enough for a minivan and 4 beach bikes.The management company was very helpful when we had a small issue with the tv. They took care of it in a very timely manner, even though it wasn't an urgent matter at all.Overall, this is a great place to stay for a small family or anyone wanting a peaceful, private place but still close enough to many places to avoid having to drive everywhere.

Oven pilot was out on top of stove, dryer is kinda loud when getting it started. The beds were comfy but the not plan to eat a leisurely breakfast in the mornings. You can barely fit one person on it.

Lovely condo in quiet neighborhood

It was easy to check-in and checkout with clear directions. The condo was very clean, with a well-stocked kitchen. Large capacity washer and dryer. Very peaceful and quiet. Neighborhood in close proximity to the village area. Covered carport too.We enjoyed it very much!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was delightfully surprised at how easy it was to pick up keys from Real Escapes and our condo was literally 2 minutes away. The condo is located in a gated community just blocks from the St. Simons Pier Village, easily walkable, but the golf cart was a hit! The condo was super clean and comfortable, everything you could need was there! From kitchen utensils to laundry detergent (w&d inside the condo), plenty of towels, linens and in the closet were lots of hangers and surprise extras, like tennis rackets and a beach umbrella! Two bedrooms, a pull-out bed in the living room and a wonderful little sitting space have everyone options for sleeping! This condo is ideal in every way! A little balcony provided a special spot for coffee in the morning! The pool was relatively close and very relaxing! The condos must be super well insulated because you could not hear the kids from one room to the next! That alone is priceless when on a family vacation!

Unit was fine. My other family members indicated that the unit smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, but i didn't smell it.

Very nice

This was a nice, clean condo. Location was very quiet which we enjoyed. Good layout for 2 couples as the bedrooms/bathrooms are separated. The furnishings/decorating are a bit dated, but it is a very clean, well maintained condo nonetheless in a great location. Easy to walk to the village and pier and plenty of great restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

The unit had very poor water pressure and the toilets didnt flush a few times but we made it work. We played in a golf tournment and the condo was convenient so that was a plus. Overall satisfied. Would use again.
