A 360-degree view of quaking aspens, evergreen thickets, and snow-capped mountain peaks awaits at this stately, spacious lodge in Crested Butte. Brimming with warmth and Old West atmosphere, this is a place for days spent skiing, hiking, curling up by the fireplaces, and soaking in the hot tub in the crisp alpine air.

This three-story home enjoys a spectacular position in the outskirts of town, with the center of Crested Butte five miles south. It's an ideal blend of scenery, solitude, and convenience, only three miles northwest of the lifts and slopes of Crested Butte Mountain Resort.

Summer days here are something special, whether you're sipping your coffee on the porch at sunrise, barbecuing lunch on the gas grill, or unwinding in the hot tub as the alpenglow illuminates the landscape. Yet the crisp autumn and snowy winter are every bit as alluring, with two living rooms - each with its own gas fireplace - inviting you in.

The lodge is a natural space for gathering, offering a charming and well-equipped kitchen, a dining room with a saloon-style wet bar, and ample seating across the two living rooms. Stream your favorite movies in the evenings, gaze at the crystal-clear Milky Way through the telescope, or sneak away upstairs to catch up on email in the private home office. All four bedrooms are on the lower level - two in the north wing and two in the south.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
