Tower 4-104 Long Beach Resort. Free Beach Chair Service!

Free Beach Chair/Umbrella Service (March 1-October 31) Exterior Construction Improvements around the resort will be on-going through March 2026. Enjoy the white sandy beaches along the Emerald Coast on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico when you book our beautiful 2-bedroom, 2 full baths condo that sleeps 8. This 1st floor condo is equipped with a full kitchen and supplied with everything you will need to prepare meals when you come in from a long day on the beach. Enjoy amazing ocean views from the balcony just off the living area or wake up in the master bedroom with king bed or the 2nd bedroom with two queen beds with full windows for the amazing views as well! Our condo has a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience during your stay. Condo 104 is located in Tower 4 on the 1st floor - very close to the seasonally heated pool between Tower 3 and 4.

When you stay here, you may enjoy all we have to offer, such as the beachfront view, 3 community pools, a hot tub, a poolside restaurant that offers sandwiches, snacks and drinks.

There's so much to do here in PCB when you book with us! Stay on the beach and enjoy the sand and water, go parasailing, deep sea fishing, swim with dolphins, golf, paddle boarding, rent a jet ski, play mini golf, go to Wonderworks for a fantastic fun time! When it comes to what you'll be eating down here, you're in good hands! If you decide to dine out, you're in for a treat! There's a great amount of amazing traditional food and seafood spots throughout the area! We are actually located just down the beach from the world famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant and Bar. Four beach chairs and two umbrellas are provided in the condo for guest use. 2 Seasonally Heated Pools!

Short beach stay

It was a really nice condo . I was sad part of the bigger pool not usable . Great beachy vibe . Highly recommend . Farah was excellent to work with .

Love this condo. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The condo was clean. The king size bed was very comfortable. Loved having the big stand up fans in the closet if needed. Living room furniture was also comfortable. The kitchen was nicely furnished. There was only two of us so didn’t use the queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Being on the first floor was great because this resort is undergoing renovations and one of the elevators was being worked on. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay!

This entire condo was amazing. If I knew it was going to be this nice and peaceful I honestly would’ve stayed another day or two. The decorations just made it feel so different and not to mention the king size bed was fantastic!! Beach and pool were a couple feet away from us which made it easier for me with kids. Everything was smooth- from booking to checking out. Loved this place and would definitely be coming back!

The view!

This condo was absolutely perfect for us and our friends. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, beds were comfy and the view… unbeatable! We loved how close we were to the beach so even if we needed to come back to the room to grab something, we were able to get right back to the beach within minutes. We will definitely rent this condo again! We flew in so we were very thankful for the beach chairs provided!

We were very pleased with every aspect of our stay,

This is the third time that we have stayed at the Long Beach Resort. The views from the rooms can't be beat, and the beach is so clean and well maintained. Every day we would watch for the dolphins. This was a first level unit and was very convenient to parking. Walmart is within walking distance. Kitchen had everything we needed and beds were comfortable. Host had excellent communication skills, and was very quick to answer any inquiries that we had. We stayed a month, and really enjoyed our stay.

Simply Incredible!

Spent a week in paradise at this property, and everything was PERFECT. Farah was friendly and helpful. The property and rental was clean, beautiful, and well kept. Comfortable beds and lot of space! It's in a great area of town, close to great restaurants and convenient stores for supplies. The views were AMAZING. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Great location, great condo, but A/C didn't keep it cool.

The location was great, and the condo itself was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked, and the condo had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint would be that the A/C did not keep us cool, especially at night. We continually had to bump the temperature down. The thermostat would reset, or the management or owner would bump it back up within a couple of hours. Other than that, the condo was perfect.

Great condo- DIRECTLY on the beach

I loved that this condo was on the first floor. It is the closest condo to the elevator which is convenient. I have never been to a condo this close to the beach. There isn't even a long boardwalk. You literally step foot through the gate and a few steps you're on the beach. This would be particularly helpful for an older couple or someone that is physically constrained in some sort. Both bedrooms have a gorgeous view of the beach and ocean. Condo is gated and secured- loved that. SO close to a Wal-Mart which is very convenient. Everything was great and we even got to check in early which was helpful!!
