Lovely mountain views from the deck and home. This 3 BR/3 BA + Den 1625 square foot property has stunning views from every room, a well equipped kitchen with commercial Thermador range, Sonos music/sound system, recently renovated outdoor heated pool and spa on site and is open year around. A convenient shuttle to the mountain leaves right outside the door several times an hour during ski season and on-call other times of the year. There is ample parking for 2 cars.

One small dog is allowed upon pre-approval. Please provide information on the size, age and breed of dog with the rental request for pre-approval. The Tennis Complex has a pet policy, please review the following to make sure you can agree to comply with the complex policy:
1. No pets allowed in the pool area.
2. Dogs must be on a leash, under the control of their owner/walker at all times on the Tennis property.
3. Dog waste on the Tennis property must be collected and disposed in the trash.
4. Do not leave the dog unattended in the home or penned on the porch or balcony unless they are crated and will not bark.
5. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds.
6. Failure to follow this policy may result in loss of the deposit.

The Tennis Center has been newly renovated and now offers indoor tennis throughout the year and outdoor tennis when weather permits on newly resurfaced courts..

The Tennis complex was designed by prominent architect Howard Backen in 1978. Completely renovated inside and out in 2009 with new siding, windows, bathrooms and kitchen it is like new. The property is beautifully designed to take advantage of breathtaking mountain views while maintaining maximum privacy,the home is filled with natural light and has a spacious, well designed interior for comfortable family living.

Bedrooms include:

-King Master Suite with walk in closet, full bath and desk, comfortable mattress.
-Upstairs Queen bedroom w/ single Murphy bed, walk-in closet, bath outside the door
-King bed in downstairs BR with walk-in closet, bath outside door.
-Queen memory foam sofa bed in Living Room/Den
-A Pack n Play is available in the unit

There is a high definition (HD) TV and Comcast cable in the LR and MBR and Free wireless internet. The washer/dryer in the unit is convenient and makes it easy to travel light.

The gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters contains everything you might need for family meals including quality cookware, coffeemaker, an espresso machine, Vitamix blender, slow cooker and pannini maker.

Walking distance to Keystone Conference Center, Keystone Lodge and Spa, shops, Keystone Lake, (ice skating and boating) , the snake river and many restaurants. Keystone shuttle a few steps away can deliver you to mountain bases and River Run for festivals, dining, shopping and skiing.

Great Times in Keystone

Our whole family loved our stay here. There was plenty of room for our whole family, and the place was well stocked with everything we needed. Paula, the host, was super responsive and helped us get into the unit when we locked ourselves out during a snow storm.

great ski vacation

We had a wonderful time staying here and enjoying the area. It was easy access to skiing with the bus stop right out the front door. The home was beautiful, well-equipped, and comfortable for all of us to enjoy after a ski day. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay there again ourselves.

Always a wonderful stay at 1334!

Couldn’t believe it could get any better at Paula’s condo, but it had a beautiful kitchen remodel. Anything you could want to cook, play or relax is here. The dog loves to be included and have his own toys. Look forward to going back again.

Secluded by right by everything

The owners and property were great. It feels tucked away off the beaten path , it’s quiet and peaceful, yet just a couple of minutes away from everything in Keystone.

Great Keystone location, great property!

We always try to stay at one of Paula's Tennis Townhomes. They are so welcoming, well stocked and fantastic for our family ski trips. The location along the Silver Bus Line is just perfect!

Perfect!

Paula was a fabulous host! Her home had everything we needed from a well-stocked kitchen to humidifiers in the bedrooms to the most comfortable mattresses. Location was 4 minutes from Keystone and the shuttle stopped outside the home. Check-in and check-out was very easy. We will definitely stay here again next winter.

Just what we needed!

The location was great. It was close to everything we needed and the shuttle picked up really close. It had everything we needed, even some toys, puzzles and games for our kids. The unit was very clean and it was a huge bonus that we were able to bring our dog. The pool and hot tub were a short walk and easy to get to. We will definitely be back!

Everything you could possibly need!

This condo was WONDERFUL! Never have we stayed where everything you could want or need was at your fingertips. The dog even had a basket full of toys! We cook all our meals and every tool or pan was right where you would expect to find it in your own home. Our family enjoyed every minute here and hope to return.

Relaxing stay in Keystone

Condo was perfect size for our family. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Upstairs rooms got a little warm but we found a couple of fans. Probably could use a couple more. Really nice, updated bathrooms. Furniture and overall decor could use a refresh. We thoroughly enjoyed the private patio/balcony and its views. Paula was easy to work with. Loved the ease of walking to Keystone conference center and the river trail into River Run.

Wonderful stay

Great property, highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was very clean and comfortable and the host was very easy to get a hold of and answered all of the questions we had. We loved the array of board games at the property! We never had a boring evening after getting done skiing at keystone. The shuttle was so conveniently located right next to our unit and took us right to keystone resort! We would definitely recommend staying at this property!

This property went above and beyond our expectations. Plenty of space for our family of six. High end appliances and decor. Nice “extras” like books, board games, poker table, and a humidifier in every bedroom. We will return!

We grew up outside Colorado but spent many years as children visiting family and enjoying the Rocky Mountains. We wanted to share this joy with our children and have owned our home for more than 30 years. Our children are now grown but love the mountains as much as we do.

Keystone is family-oriented, convenient and relaxing. It is also close to the many other towns in Summit County. We love the outdoor pool at Tennis with it's expansive views of the mountains and the spacious bright layout of the Tennis units. There is plenty of space for everyone without feeling that we are on top of each other. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is so convenient and makes packing easy. We love the outdoor pool and sitting in the spa watching the sunset over the mountains. It is an easy walk to the conference center and Keystone Lake and several hiking paths.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The feature that sets Tennis apart from other complexes is the bright, extremely spacious interior and views. The Architect of the complex, Howard Backen, thoughtfully located each unit to take advantage of the vistas, he then positioned each unit for maximum privacy.

Home has been renovated with modern kitchen and bathrooms; comfortable beds, and a Sonos sound system.

The design of the unit uses all of the space and accommodates large groups easily. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet and plenty of storage. There is a washer/dryer and this is very convenient for everyone when they are involved in outdoor activities.

The outdoor heated pool is like an oasis in the summertime and children adore it. The hot tub is newly renovated and has a wonderful view of Keystone Mountain. The pool is heated in the winter as well....have you ever been swimming outdoors in the snow? If you prefer an indoor pool or spa the Keystone Spa is right across the street and they offer indoor pool, steam, sauna and spa treatments as well as yoga and pilates classes.
