Cozy Condo Close to River Run & Mountain House Base Area & Shared Amenities!

This cozy studio condo sleeps 4 with a king and queen sleeper sofa. It is located nearly equal distance from River Run Village and the Mountain House Base Area. Walk to shopping and restaurants or take the shuttle anywhere in the village. Gateway Mountain Lodge features shared amenities, including an indoor pool and hot tub.

This studio features a king-sized bed and a queen-sized sleeper sofa that has a memory foam mattress. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The king-sized bed is on our Ivory White Bedding program featuring an uncompromising standard of cleanliness. The flat screen TV is mounted above the dining table across from the sofa. The kitchenette is stocked with essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home as well as a mini-fridge, microwave, crockpot, hot plate and a coffeemaker. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination and is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

Nice, but a bit tacky

Room was nice. Couch was terrible. Elevator didn't work. Wired everywhere hanging from the crooked tvs. It just seemed like the owner didn't care. Location is idea and we had tons of fun.

Great location

Great location walking to the ski resort. All you need for 2 people and short weekend stay. The only thing was bothering us that ac/heat inwall unit. It was so loud and making some weird noises. Also 2d evening we lost light at the entrance. Bulb just burned down .

It was small and tidy, perfect for 2 adults. Couldn't get the TV to work and thermostat was off kilter but room temp was still fine. Loved the coffee shop/brewery right below the unit.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family is from Texas and we stayed 9 days-8 days. The rental was ok. It was advertised as having A/C,Which was a requirement I had set when looking for a rental,when arriving it was 78 in the room. I set the temp to 65 to try to and cool the room off. We stayed around the room the first day and it got pretty warm inside so we opened the window. The next day again it got pretty warm inside and the "a/c" wasn't working. I messaged Summit and they sent someone to look at it. They then informed me that this unit in fact does not have A/C and that i should just open a window. When I sent in screen shots of the description stating it should the team just stopped responding. I have a baby and having A/c was A requirement I set to make to she was comfortable. I was extremely disappointed when I was told just open a window, with no apologies about the misinformation. That was the only thing we had a problem with.

The room was decrated nicely and very equipped with every thing you would need. Plenty of clean towels. The part I didn't like was everything seems like it took on a hevy snow season and never recovered. The carpet in the hallwas were filthy and the oder was not good. The stairwells were filthy as well. Other than trying to get some rest in a hotel that is 81 degrees at 9 p.m was not fun. I was in town fo my sons wedding the net day so I was kinda disappointed for the price but it was close to the venue. I did enjoy staying anyway and than you for having me.

The studio was neat and clean. We had all the things needed for two people. We always like staying here because of the garage space and steep coffee downstairs.

The mattress needs to be replaced. Drawer on dresser is in-usable because it doesn’t has struts to hold it in place. There’s was 2 rips in the sofa about 2” long. Couldn’t find any silverware for our bowl of cereal. And couldn’t get the TV to work, called maintenance twice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed for two nights in early ski season. Rental was clean but a bit dark - an extra table light or two would have helped. The studio had what we needed, including a reasonably well equipped mini kitchen and overall we were comfortable. We walked to the lifts, which took about 15 minutes - we would probably have been better off taking the car to the resort parking lot. Snake River Saloon 100 yards from the condo is a gem.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I traveled at the end of August this year & my complaint is that it was hot with no airflow. You have no control over the thermostat/room temp which is highly inconvenient, especially when sleeping. Yes, they make it to where you can open the windows, but that does not allow for sufficient air flow to the entire room/bathroom (even with the one box fan they supply).

Great place to stay.

Location was good, right off Highway 6. The only con I had was that the cushions on the couch need to be replaced. When I sat on it I had to use 2 bed pillows.

Great place for two!

We pretty much had everything we needed. Easy access to room- painless. Had pretty much all kitchen utensils for cooking. Parkkng was great and safe- if you’re driving from Denver - I wouldn’t take Loveland pass to get there. It was a pretty rough drive- take the Eisenhower tunnel if you can!

The guestbook checkin was very detailed and super simple! It was nice to have everything you need to cook and clean. It’s also nice to have Steep right downstairs for some delicious coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. The location was good for walking to River Run but too far to walk with ski boots. It was a little warm in the room so we tried to adjust the temp but it didn’t work. We were told the thermostat doesn’t work and to crack the window. We did and it was fine. I read about hearing the neighbors through the thin walls and that did happen one night only. On the fridge is a phone number to call after hours to address those situations. Overall it was a great vacation and we were very happy.

Condo was small, easy to hear the neighbors, needs some TLC, bed is not comfortable, and couch is beyond needing replacement. Pretty good location to the lifts and bus stops. Covered heated parking. The heating unit squeals when it is on and made it hard to sleep, and the spa area was not functioning the entire time. I would not recommend Gateway to anyone and would not book there again..

Great location bad management

This property was in a beautiful location in Keystone. It was walking distance to a brewery and restaurants and a short drive to the resort and even more restaurants. The property didn’t quite live up to our expectations based off pictures, it is practically just a hotel room, but it was clean and the location was worth it. The property management company was unnecessarily difficult to work with. From the second we booked, to the horrible instruction packet provided with many errors for check in, they were difficult.

Reviewer Comments: We were so excited for this trip but were very disappointed in the condo overall. The pullout bed had a dirty mattress pad cover (blood stain) and the blankets were dirty also. The shower handle was very loose and thermostat wasn't working when we arrived- (we purchased batteries for it). The location was nice but it was definitely not worth the cost. I'm not the type to leave negative reviews, but wanted to try and help save another family from the same type of experience.
